Inquire towards the cultural and spiritual belief of countless reincarnations of a permanent infinite immortal individual self existence

Inquire towards the truth of everything, including all kinds of teachings/interpretations/transcriptions/translations of yoga and buddhism coming from everyone and everywhere as well as all kinds of worldly cultural and spiritual beliefs/values/practices, upon coming in contact with all kinds of inputs, information, and knowledge, including all that is here, regardless of agreeable or disagreeable to the mind based on the intellectual reasoning power functioning under the influence of the existing particular type of inherited and adopted cultural/spiritual/religious/ancestral/political/philosophical beliefs/values/practices in the mind,

to be purifying and quieting the restless impure modification of the mind,

to be performing self inquiry to inquire towards what the selfless mind perceives/acknowledges/thinks/believes/identifies as its unique individual permanent independent infinite immortal self existence/acknowledgement/identification of 'I', that the selfless mind acknowledges/thinks/believes/identifies as what it is, or, what and who 'I' am,

to attain direct self realization towards the truth of Impermanence (ceaseless selfless impermanent changes in all and everything) and Selflessness (there is no permanent independent immortal individual self existence (permanent independent infinite self identity/spirit/soul/individual consciousness) that exists in and belongs to any names and forms to be undergoing ceaseless selfless impermanent changes (ceaseless births and deaths within the selfless impermanent physical structure of forming/growth/decay/disintegration - ceaseless cells regenerating, new cells arising and changing/decaying, and old cells passing away/disintegrating, and in the selfless impermanent restless modification of the mind - ceaseless thoughts/ideas/desires/feelings/emotions/actions/reactions arising and passing away) that are happening ceaselessly in all kinds of names and forms (all kinds of sentient and non-sentient/conscious and non-conscious living organisms and non-living objects) that are arising, momentarily existing and functioning, ceaselessly changing, and passing away, under different qualities/conditions/causes and effects, in NOW,

is the one same upmost essential teaching and practice of yoga and buddhism.

 

Inquire towards the two basic and yet highest teachings/dhamma/dharma/realization of both yoga and buddhism - 

Impermanence (諸法無常)

Selflessness (諸法無我)

and the direct self realization of Impermanence and Selflessness that leads to -

Silence (极静, 涅槃)

Transcend 'ignorance' and 'births and deaths' (超越'無明'與'生滅')

 

All kinds of physical and mental practices are merely serving the purpose of preparing the egoistic impure restless mind to be performing self inquiry under a non-grasping, desire-less, identity-less (I-less), intentionless (devoid of expectation), purified, and quiet state of mind.

Inquire towards -

"Ceaseless births and deaths (諸法生滅) governed by the nature's law of cause and effect transitioning/changing in between different conditions/qualities/states within the selfless impermanent existence and function of the selfless mortal physical body and restless selfless modification of the mind in NOW" vs "The worldly egoistic cultural and spiritual or religious belief/values/practices of the countless reincarnations/rebirths (生死輪迴) of a permanent independent infinite immortal individual self existence/identity/spirit/soul/consciousness transitioning into countless different life existences under different names and forms/conditions/qualities/experiences in different realms/states/worlds/spheres determined by the past and present continuous accumulated boundless and endless good/bad/neutral karma"

The cultural/spiritual/religious/worldly egoistic beliefs/values/practices is about the belief of there is an infinite permanent independent individual immortal self existence/identity/spirit/soul/consciousness that has been undergoing countless different reincarnations of different life existences under many different names and forms/conditions/qualities/experiences transitioning in different realms/states/spheres/worlds determined by 'the belief/values/practices of past and present continuous accumulated boundless and endless good/bad/neutral karma' being generated from the countless past life existences and the present life existence.

The dhamma/dharma is not a belief. It is what things are, as they are.

The teachings of yoga and buddhism is about all kinds of existence under different names and forms being manifested under different time (timing/era/duration, and selfless impermanent changes between arising and passing away or formation and disintegration during the momentary limited and conditional existence), space (restricted location/presence/volume/shape/size/physical structure), and causation (cause and effect), are all selfless and impermanent. That there are ceaseless selfless impermanent changes of ceaseless births and deaths that are happening ceaselessly within the selfless impermanent existence and function of the mortal selfless physical structure and restless selfless modification of the mind, where this selfless impermanent body and mind is ceaselessly changing/transitioning in between different impermanent conditions/states/qualities, governed by the nature's law of cause and effect, as well as inevitably and ceaselessly decaying/aging and disintegrating, in NOW.

There aren't countless reincarnations/rebirths/ceaseless births and deaths of an infinite permanent independent immortal individual self existence/identity/spirit/soul/consciousness that exists in and/or belongs to any particular selfless impermanent mortal physical structure and restless modification of the mind, that are being reincarnated into countless different life existences under different mortal physical structures/names and forms/conditions/qualities transitioning in between different realms/states/worlds/spheres governed by the worldly egoistic cultural and spiritual or religious belief/values/practices of boundless and endless accumulated good/bad/neutral karma or merits and virtues/sins.

There is only the one same selfless universal consciousness that pervades all and everything, within and without, that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, that hosts and witnesses all kinds of selfless impermanent manifestations of different names and forms ceaselessly arising, changing, and passing away under different conditions/qualities/causes and effects, that gives rise to the selfless impermanent limited and conditional different states of consciousness or conscious awareness to the selfless existence and function of the mortal physical body that comes with the selfless impermanent restless egoistic impure modification of the mind.

There is not any countless different infinite immortal permanent independent individual self existence/identity/consciousness/spirit/soul that exist in or belong to each of the countless different names and forms that are all selfless and impermanent, that are limited and conditional, that either had been manifested or are manifesting (forming/coming into existence) in NOW, that either had ceased existing or are existing in NOW, that are changing (growing and decaying) in NOW, and that either had passed away (disintegrated/decomposed) or are passing away (disintegrating/decomposing) in NOW.

And thus, both the teachings of yoga and buddhism stated - Upon the direct self realization towards the truth of Impermanence and Selflessness, there is only NOW that is ceaselessly changing, where there is neither past nor future, 'All karma - regardless of good/bad/neutral' vanished, 'The beginningless and endless wheel of ceaseless births and deaths/reincarnation' ceased existing, 'The individual consciousness' is one with/non-distinctive from/non-separated from the selfless universal consciousness, form is emptiness and emptiness is form, form is non-distinctive from emptiness and emptiness is non-distinctive from form, neither good nor bad, neither 'I' nor 'not I', there is no 'I', all are impermanent, all are selfless, all are subject to selfless impermanent changes, decay, and disintegration governed by cause and effect, regardless of wise or ignorant, kind or unkind, good or evil, healthy or unhealthy, strong or weak, flexible or non-flexible, understand or don't understand, happy or unhappy, rich or poor, knowledgeable or non-knowledgeable, intelligent or non-intelligent, peaceful or peaceless, accomplished or non-accomplished, long-lived or short-lived, easy life or difficult life, all are impermanent and selfless.

Time - past, present, and future, are merely the reflection of the ceaseless selfless impermanent changes of formation/coming into existence, growth, decay, aging, disintegration, and all kinds of activities (movements or motions, and speed of movements or motions), in NOW.

If past and future exists, anyone and everyone can just go back to the past or travel into the future, to change or edit or undo the past, and to control or dictate the future to be in certain way, but that is not possible, because the past and future doesn't exist, that there is only NOW, and it is ceaselessly changing. 'The past' is merely some flashback of memories and 'the future' is merely some wild imaginations/anticipations/projections.

The thinking, or the thought process, that consists of the names and forms that the mind comes in contact with/is aware of/perceives/experiences internally and externally in the present moment, the memories flashback, and the future imaginations/anticipations/projections, are all happening in the NOW. The thinking, or the thought process or activities, is always in NOW.

Time doesn't exist, or timelessness, or there is only NOW where the past and the future doesn't exist, it doesn't mean that there is no history (memory) of all the selfless impermanent manifestation of names and forms or the mind perception/experience/knowing/learning/understanding of everything in NOW, that is impermanent, where all and everything (the perceiver and the perceived/the experiencer and the experience/subject and object) is changing inevitably and ceaselessly.

The direct self realization towards timelessness, will also lead to the realization of - 

There is no past live(s) or future live(s) of any particular permanent independent infinite immortal individual self existence/identity/spirit/soul/consciousness (that is non-existing, that doesn't exist).

There is only this selfless impermanent momentary life existence of this selfless impermanent limited and conditional ceaselessly changing and decaying mortal selfless physical structure that is existing and functioning in NOW under the selfless support of the selfless supportive energy and elements, while ceaselessly changing and decaying governed by the nature's law of cause and effect, in NOW, being perceived/experienced/witnessed via this selfless impermanent momentary perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting mind under the presence of the selfless conscious awareness 'deriving' from the one and only timeless causeless attributeless all pervading unchanging unlimited unconditional selfless universal consciousness that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

 

And hence, live in the present moment, as it is.

That is the freedom (自在) that exists in all and everyone, that is also selfless and impermanent.

Inquire the truth of everything, including all that is here.

Attain direct self realization, and be free.

To be selflessly existing, functioning, and living freely in the present moment NOW as it is.

 

Be free from being conditioned and limited by any kind of worldly egoistic cultural/spiritual/religious/ancestral/political/philosophical beliefs/values/practices that are neither good nor bad, that were being created and introduced by the worldly egoistic impure minds under specific intentions/desires/aspirations/ambitions/visions/purposes functioning under the influence of ignorance and egoism, the idea of 'I', impurities, restlessness, and the suffering deriving from all that a.k.a. the consequences of ignorance,

of not knowing the truth of Impermanence and Selflessness,

ignorantly or unwittingly being the slave of the idea of 'I' (the ego), egoism, impurities, restlessness, the selfless function of the mind perception of names and forms, the selfless presence of conscious awareness (if without conscious awareness to be conscious/aware of this and that, what is suffering and the end of suffering? What is 'I' and 'not I'?), the selfless function of the senses and the objects of the senses, the sights, the sounds, the smells, the tastes, the sensations, the random thoughts and ideas, the feelings and emotions, the actions and reactions (all kinds of physical and mental activities, consciously and unconsciously) and the consequences of that (cause and effect), the memories flashback and the wild imaginations, the corrupted thinking, understanding, intellect, reasoning, judgment, and expectation, all kinds of dualities, the sense of self-esteem and self-worth, the sense of superiority and inferiority, the sense of deserving and non-deserving, the sense of meaningfulness and meaninglessness, the sense of joyfulness and joylessness, the sense of appropriateness and disappropriateness, the sense of being unappreciated and taken advantage by others, all kinds of beliefs/values/practices, superstitions, myths, spiritual healing, spiritual cleansing, manipulations, justifications, lies, story telling, politics, all kinds of personal, family, and group attachment, identity, ties and connection, relationship, friendship, duty, and responsibility, pride and arrogance, shame and humility, offensiveness and defensiveness, selfishness, self-righteousness, possessiveness, separateness, discrimination, dissatisfaction, irritation, frustration, boredom, loneliness, disturbance, anger, hatred, jealousy, hostility, self-protectiveness, resentment, vengeance, violence, greed, the urge to control everything in accordance to one's desire, plotting, scheming, building castles in the air, day-dreaming, wishful thinking, ambitious aspirations, boundless desires of craving and aversion, likes and dislikes, agreements and disagreements, love and support seeking, attention and acknowledgement seeking, agreement and recognition seeking, guilt and regret, fear and worry, gain and loss, the feelings of being hurt or victimized, and so on.

 

All are selfless (諸法無我). Who, or what is there that is infinite/unchanging/immortal/permanent/independent, that is undergoing ceaseless selfless impermanent changes/births and deaths (無常生滅), or even the cultural and spiritual belief of ceaseless reincarnations (生死輪迴)?

Go beyond positiveness and negativeness. Go beyond goodness and badness. Go beyond meaningfulness and meaninglessness. Go beyond positive energy and negative energy.

Energy is just what it is. It is neither positive nor negative.

The mind is just what it is. It is neither positive nor negative. 

It is merely whether the mind is functioning under the influence of ignorance and its by-products of the idea of 'I' (the ego), egoism, impurities, and restlessness (the veil of ignorance), unwittingly being determined and disturbed by the conscious mind perception towards the selfless manifestation of all kinds of names and forms or experiences that are pleasant and unpleasant/desirable and undesirable/agreeable and disagreeable/enjoyable and non-enjoyable, that ceaselessly manifesting internally and externally, not knowing the truth of Impermanence and Selflessness, and being over-powered by the restless impure modification of the mind that the mind itself has no correct understanding and is ignorant towards what all that is about, or, the mind is free from all that. 

It is absolutely possible to be free from all that.

It is not about how much the mind can gain/achieve/learn/know/accomplish.

It is about how much the mind can let go all THAT that it has been gaining/achieving/learning/knowing/accomplishing, that is consciously and unconsciously conditioning its selfless modification, perception, cognition, thinking, intellectual reasoning, understanding, feeling, desire and don't desire, behavior, action, and reaction in certain way.

Empty Thyself. Empty the mind. Let go the egoistic attachment/grasping/identification/pride towards all kinds of ancestral/cultural/spiritual/religious/communal/national/political/philosophical/commercial egoistic ideas/beliefs/values/practices, including all kinds of yoga and buddhism teachings and practices deriving from and attaching towards many different types of lineages and teachers, regardless of authentic or contaminated.

Quiet the restless impure modification of the mind (the thinking/thought process).

Root out passion, the idea of 'I', and egoism, and all kinds of impurities and restlessness will subside as it is.

Non-blind believing. Non-blind following. Non-blind practicing. Non-blind propagating. Non-blind glorifying. No worshiping, not to say, non-blind worshiping.

That is why the highly importance of the observation of renunciation and dispassion, solitude and seclusion, and the practice of silence, for all minds that genuinely and determinedly want to know Thyself, to inquire towards what is 'I', 'my', and 'mine', or the selfless impermanent existence and function of the body and mind, or the worldly momentary mortal life existence that is selfless and impermanent, that is limited and conditional, that is non-self, that doesn't even belong to the body and mind itself.

And it is absolutely okay, if by the end of this selfless impermanent life existence, the mind still doesn't know itself, and doesn't understand all this (completely). It really doesn't matter.

Meanwhile, being aware of all that and be able to let go all that (known and unknown, understanding and non-understanding), and be able to be at peace in NOW, is already what all the yoga and buddhism practice is about.

Inquire towards good and bad karma that exists in certain cultural and spiritual beliefs

Many minds might be misunderstood the worldly egoistic belief of good and bad karma that exists in certain culture and spirituality, or religion, is the same as the nature's law of cause and effect.

Under such ignorance, the minds also misunderstood the worldly egoistic belief of reincarnation, is the same as the inevitable selfless impermanent limited and conditional restless changes that are non-self, that exist in all and everyone and everything.

The minds need to know that the belief of good and bad karma that belongs to certain culture and spirituality, or religion, is NOT the nature's law of cause and effect.

The minds need to know that the belief of reincarnation that belongs to certain culture and spirituality, or religion, is NOT the selfless impermanent limited and conditional restless changes that are non-self, that are inevitable, regardless of in the living organisms or in the non-living objects.

Meanwhile, there is the selfless manifestation of a continuous stream of the countless ideas of an illusive self identity of 'I' under different impermanent ever-changing forms, or qualities, or conditions (attaching unto and identifying with the selfless impermanent ever-changing different forms/qualities/conditions of the selfless impermanent life existence/function/experiences of the body and mind as 'I'), that ceaselessly arising, changing, and passing away in the selfless impermanent impure restless modification of the mind, transitioning under different realms or states of mind, in NOW, of the ceaseless and restless births and deaths of countless thoughts/ideas/feelings/emotions/actions/reactions/activities that give rise to the different realms or states of mind, where the ceaseless restless births and deaths of countless manifestations of thought after thought in the selfless modification of the mind can come to a stand still in silence, upon the annihilation of the mind stuff, a.k.a. the loop of ceaseless and restless births and deaths under different forms/qualities/conditions transitioning under different realms/states of mind, ceased existing.

The many different realms that exist or manifest within the selfless modification of the mind, are the reflection of the many different states of mind in the many different minds in this world that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, in NOW.

Which then allowing the self inquiry to be inquiring towards the truth of the belief of good and bad karma, as well as the belief of reincarnation that exist in certain culture and spirituality or religion to be happening.

 

The nature's law of cause and effect is not a 'creation', or an 'idea', or a 'belief, values, and practice'. It is what things are and how things are, as they are, and it is universal, devoid of subjective discrimination, or judgment, or the qualities of good and bad or right and wrong based on all the different kinds of beliefs, values, and practices, that exist under the many different types of names and forms.

Mango seed gives rise to mango tree, mango flower, and mango fruit.

Mango seed doesn't give rise to any other kind of trees, flowers, and fruits, that are not the mango trees, that are not the mango flowers, and that are not the mango fruits.

The mango seed, and all the other kinds of different seeds, are neither good nor bad, neither right nor wrong.

The selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self momentary existence of a mango seed has no intention, or 'initial desire', or 'initial downfall', or 'initial sin', to be arising as or to be manifested into a 'mango seed' that gives rise to 'mango tree, mango flower, and mango fruit.'

The mango seed didn't exist until it is being formed or manifested as what it is, selflessly, under the selfless support of the selfless energy and selfless elements, governed by the nature's law of cause and effect.

The manifestation of a mango seed is not due to good, or bad, or neither good nor bad neutral KARMA.

The suns, the planets, the stars, the moons, the atmosphere, the nature, the water, the earth, the air, the heat, or the space that the mind perceived and limited under certain names and forms and qualities, and all and everything that exist, change, decay, and ceased existing, are not because of there is the existence of good, or bad, or neither good nor bad neutral KARMA. All and everything arising and changing and passing away under the influence of the selfless energy and all kinds of selfless elements, is not due to good, or bad, or neither good nor bad neutral KARMA. 

The selfless energy and selfless elements don't generate good karma when all and everything are existing because of the selfless support of the selfless energy and elements. Similarly, they don't generate bad karma when all and everything are changing and ceased existing or passing away because being influenced by either the excess or insufficient availability of the selfless energy and elements being what they are, as they are. But, all and everything are being what they are, as they are, under the influence of the nature's law of cause and effect, that is attributeless, that is unconditional and indiscriminate, that is neither good nor bad, neither right nor wrong.

The selfless mango seed gives rise to one particular selfless mango tree, that gives rise to many selfless individual mango flowers, that give rise to many selfless individual mangoes, where the internal genetic condition as well as the external surrounding condition is influencing the entire evolution process from the seed to become a tree that have flowers and fruits, or not, is selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self, that doesn't even belong to the seed, or the tree, or the flowers, or the fruits. And, that particular seed, that particular tree, all the different particular flowers, and all the different particular fruits, are having their own particular cause and effect to be arising, changing, decaying, and passing away in certain way or not in certain way.

This particular seed, this particular tree, and all the different individual flowers and fruits of this particular tree deriving from this particular seed, only has a certain limited duration of existence and being what they are, as they are, and they all don't even belong to themselves.

All kinds of different types of seeds being what they are, is fixed. It is what it is. But the evolution or the selfless impermanent changes of all and everyone and everything, are not fixed. It is conditional, depending on what is available or non-available, in NOW.

It is the same as all kinds of names and forms. All are selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self.

The existence of the many different varieties of mango seeds, are also neither good nor bad, neither right nor wrong. 

The cause that gives rise to the specific effect, is neither good nor bad, neither right nor wrong.

All kinds of different causes that give rise to their respective effects, are neither good nor bad, neither right nor wrong.

The entire process from the cause evolving or coming into effect, is selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self.

There is no existence of any specific permanent independent individual self identity or self existence of an infinite 'I' that exists in any kind of names and forms, to be undergoing the selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional and non-self process of all kinds different manifestation and evolution under the different causes and effects.

All and everyone and everything are subject to the nature's law of cause and effect to be evolving in certain way and not in certain way.

All are subject to arising or forming, changing, decaying or aging, and disintegrating, decomposing, or passing away, selflessly, impermanently, limitedly, conditionally, and non-self, that doesn't belong to the names and forms themselves, regardless of all the different qualities of names and forms, regardless of sentient or non-sentient living organisms, or non-living objects. That is universal.

Meanwhile,

The belief of good and bad karma, is a 'creation', or an 'idea', or a 'belief, values, and practice' that was being created, and is existing under the condition and influence of the subjective discrimination or judgment towards the quality of what is good or bad and what is right or wrong, based on certain worldly egoistic cultural and spiritual, or religious ideas, beliefs, values, desires, visions, aspirations, and practices.

The belief of good and bad karma gives rise to as well as being empowered by the belief of "Ceaseless beginningless and endless reincarnations of a specific permanent independent individual self identity or self existence of an infinite immortal 'I' being reincarnated into ceaseless and countless finite mortal life existences under different forms, transitioning in the different realms or spheres, being powered and determined by the countless and endless good and/or bad KARMA as well as neither good nor bad neutral KARMA in an infinite loop that seems to be endless, that can never come to an end, where all kinds of painful suffering as well as pleasurable enjoyments, or the restless impermanent changes of any particular immortal self identity/existence of an infinite immortal 'I', will be continuously and ceaselessly carrying forward to the endless next and next reincarnations to be exhausting/burning off the endless and boundless KARMA, that is IMPOSSIBLE to be exhausted as it always keeps accumulating."

The belief of good and bad karma that leads to ceaseless and countless different reincarnations under different life existences or forms in different realms or spheres, is only limited to names and forms that come with the functions and organs of thinking, intention/desire, and actions under certain good or bad or neutral intentions/desires that generate endless countless and boundless good and/or bad karma as well as neither good nor bad neutral karma. Where 'liberation' to be liberated from the endless loop of the wheel of births and deaths, or the ceaseless 'reincarnation', is 'unreachable', or is absolutely not possible no matter what or how.

The direct self realization towards the belief of good and bad karma deriving from self inquiry, will also lead to the direct self realization towards the belief of reincarnation that exists in certain culture and spirituality, or religion, while it doesn't exist or valid in some other kinds of cultures and spiritualities, or religions.

The belief of good and bad KARMA, the belief of the endless and ceaseless loop of reincarnation, and the many other kinds of beliefs in the world of many diversities, are existing to be comforting the many confusing innocent minds that are undergoing certain inevitable biological and psychological suffering of the restless selfless impermanent changes of decay and disintegration and the ceaseless maintenance for life existence and function between birth and death, and the many different kinds of unnecessary evitable painful suffering inflicted by the selfish greedy prideful possessive ignorant minds functioning under the influence of ignorance, and to be justifying all THAT that are hurtful, destructive, and unreasonable affairs and behaviors, that could be avoided, that don't need to be happening at all, as well as to be justifying many things that the minds don't know and don't understand, in this world of human beings that are full of ignorance and egoism, that doesn't belong to anyone and anything.

"You and your family are good people and don't do anything bad to anyone and have been doing many good things for everyone, but you all are in painful suffering because you are being ill treated, bullied, and hurt by some others, is because of your bad KARMA from past lives. And you all will be stop suffering and start enjoying all kinds of goodness and happiness in your next life existence."

"All these bad, wrongful, and hurtful people who are selfish, evil, possessive, greedy, discriminating, and violent, who are ill treating and hurting and destroying all and everyone and everything, while they are enjoying many pleasurable enjoyments, is because of their good karma from past lives. And they will be judged accordingly upon death, and they will suffer in their next life existence." 

All these names and forms are neither good nor bad, neither right nor wrong. Because there are many minds in this world are undergoing many different kinds of painful suffering need to be 'comforted' by certain 'justification' to feel better, even if it is not true. 

Similarly, the belief and values and practice of good and bad KARMA also gives the minds the justification to be justifying many man made punishable rules and regulations to create the power of control or authorization, to be 'controlling', 'oppressing', 'disciplining', or 'threatening' all and everyone and everything to be and not to be in certain way, in accordance to the desires and don't desires, agreements and disagreements, likes and dislikes of specific individuals or communities under specific belief, values, and practice.

Just as the ignorant egoistic authoritarian father(s) slap and punch the children, "You are living in my house. You are my children. You must behave in the way that I want you to behave. If you don't obey my rules and my desires, and go against my rules and desires, I will discipline and punish you. That is why I am now punishing you. You deserve to be disciplined and punished accordingly, so that you will behave exactly in the way that I want you to behave." Where that type of mentality and behavior exists in anywhere and everywhere. Complete madness deriving from the human beings that are mentally unwell.

However, it is upmost important for the minds that are seeking liberation from ignorance and suffering, to be performing self inquiry to be inquiring towards the truth of everything.

If the mind truly contemplates and inquires towards the teachings of yoga and/or buddhism under the purified and quiet modification of the mind, it will realize the truth of the many contaminated teachings and practices that exist in the world of yoga and/or buddhism, being contaminated by the minds that were/are functioning under the influence of ignorance, the idea of 'I', egoism, impurities, and restlessness. There is neither right nor wrong about the presence of ignorance and its by products in the many minds. It is a natural manifestation that exist or arise along the activation of the selfless impermanent restless thought process, or mental activities, or mind stuff.

There is no past or future next life existence.

There is only ceaseless selfless impermanent limited and conditional changes in this particular life existence and function of this particular selfless body and mind, of ceaseless countless thoughts arising, changing, and passing away, of ceaseless births and deaths of countless ideas, thoughts, feelings, emotions, or activities, that give rise to or manifest the different states of mind or the different realms within the modification of the mind, under the influence of the nature's law of cause and effect, that are non-self, in NOW.

All kinds of evitable suffering in this world are inflicted by the minds that are functioning under the influence of ignorance and its by-products, either wittingly or unwittingly, intentionally or unintentionally, in NOW. All the people who are undergoing certain kind of unpleasant, difficult, and painful affair, happening, ill-treatment, bullying, condition, and situation that are inhumane, cruel, hurtful, life threatening, and violent, that are evitable and unnecessary, it is not because they are deserving to be undergoing such painful suffering because of their previous boundless bad karma accumulated from their past lives (that are non-existing, that don't exist). All these inhumanity, cruelty, difficulty, desperation, violence, and hurtful life threatening affairs, happenings, ill-treatments, bullying, conditions, and situations don't need to be existing at all, if the minds, of all the different individuals in the different communities, especially the self-claimed, or elected, or appointed leaders and law makers, are free from the influence of ignorance and the by-products of ignorance.

That is why the momentary existence and function of all and everyone and everything in the present moment, is highly precious, even when nothing is perfect, where all and everyone and everything are imperfect. Being alive, to have the mind conscious awareness and the functions and organs of thinking and action, that enables conscious mind evolution to be free from ignorance, and be able to make good use of this selfless impermanent limited and conditional momentary life existence that is non-self, that doesn't even belong to the body and mind itself, to be doing something beneficial for oneself and others and the world that doesn't belong to anyone and anything, unconditionally and indiscriminately, is the most precious thing, and the highest duty of mankind, in NOW.

Do not blind-believe, blind-follow, blind-agree/disagree, blind-practice, or blind-propagate anything from anyone.

The main teachings and practice of Buddhism and/or Yoga, is about performing self-inquiry to be inquiring towards "Who am 'I', or more precisely, what is the 'I' that the thinking in the mind thinks and believes, or acknowledges and identifies as 'I'?

The mind needs to be engaging in diligent and persevered mind purification process to eliminate the idea of 'I', egoism, impurities, and restlessness, that enables the mind to perform self inquiry and attain self realization towards the truth of "Who am I?", or what is the self identity of 'I' that exists in all selfless minds, without the influence of worldly egoistic ideas, attachments, identifications, beliefs, values, desires, aspirations, ambitions, visions, and practices, that also leads to the inquiry and direct realization towards the truth of all and everything that are selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self.

The annihilation of the ego, or the absence of the idea of an illusive finite 'I' from the selfless modification of the mind, will also lead the minds towards the direct self realization towards the truth of Selflessness, that there is NO immortal infinite existence of any particular permanent independent unchanging individual identity of an unique infinite I existing in all kinds of names and forms, including all kinds of sentient and non-sentient living organisms or beings, not to say, in all other kinds of non-living objects. Upon the realization towards the truth of Selflessness, who or what is there that is infinite and immortal to be undergoing 'the endless loop of ceaseless births and deaths or reincarnations'?

The direct self realization towards the truth of Selflessness, will also lead to the realization towards Impermanence, which will also lead to the realization towards the truth of Timelessness, where time doesn't exist. There is only the illusive idea of time that is merely the reflection of ceaseless impermanent changes of forming/growing/changing/decaying/disintegrating/passing away/movements/activities in all kinds of names and forms in NOW, where all kinds of selfless impermanent limited and conditional existence of all kinds of names and forms is only and can only be in NOW, it is never beyond NOW, or it is not before and after NOW. Where certain names and forms had ceased existing and decomposed in NOW, while certain names and forms are forming and arising in NOW, while certain names and forms that are existing are undergoing ceaseless impermanent changes of growth/ceased growing/decay/malfunctioning/disintegration in NOW, while certain names and forms are in the process of passing away or decomposing or ceased existing in NOW. There is neither past nor future in NOW. Whatever that are happening in NOW, are the consequences/effects of the existing impactful actions/causes. This realization will allow the minds to choose or decide what type of impactful action/cause that is being generated in NOW, diligently, under the presence of correct understanding, or wisdom, devoid of ignorance and the by-products of ignorance.

Upon the realization of Timelessness, what is 'The endless loop of ceaseless births and deaths of countless reincarnations of beginningless past lives, momentary present life, and endless future lives of any particular infinite immortal individual identity transitioning in different realms/spheres'?

The basic and essential teachings and practice of both yoga and buddhism, is about non-grasping, or non-attachment and non-identification towards all kinds of names and forms, as well as letting go all kinds of existing multiple individual and group identifications with the many different qualities of names and forms, of family and community lineage and heritage, ties and connections, genetic traits, tribes, castes, gender, duty and responsibility, spiritual/cultural/religious beliefs, values, practices, desires, visions, inspirations, aspirations, ideas, feelings, emotions, knowledge, intellect, talents, efforts and the fruit of efforts, happy or unhappy and desirable or undesirable relationships/interactions/affairs/experiences/memories/imaginations/anticipations, the physical body and the thinking mind regardless of the impermanent good or bad and perfect or imperfect condition/state and the efficiency or inefficiency of the different physical and mental functions/mechanisms, the ignorance and the by-products of ignorance, titles, professions, sense of belonging, sense of self-esteem and self-worth, birth place, place of living, nationality, citizenship, possessiveness towards lands and space or buildings and objects, relationships and/or friendships accumulation, qualifications and certifications, recognition, acknowledgement, achievements, contributions, as well as all kinds of pleasurable enjoyments and/or painful sufferings, that are non-self, that don't belong to 'I', that are not 'I', and there is no permanent independent infinite immortal self existence or self identity of 'I' existing to be undergoing selfless impermanent changes of the body and mind, or to be identifying as this and that, as well as what many minds believed as ceaseless reincarnations of a permanent independent infinite immortal self existence of 'I' undergoing ceaseless reincarnations to be reincarnating into countless different life existences under different qualities of names and forms, transitioning in different realms or spheres in accordance to the endless and boundless past accumulated 'karma'.

Upon the direct self realization towards the truth of Selflessness in all and everything, one will realize towards the truth of "ceaseless reincarnations reincarnating into different qualities of names and forms transitioning in different realms" that exists in particular worldly egoistic cultural/spiritual/religious belief, values, practice, and understanding, where there is not any permanent independent infinite self existence or self identity of 'I' existing in the body and mind, to be undergoing impermanent changes, not to say, to be undergoing what many minds believed as "ceaseless reincarnations under countless different life existences of different names and forms in different realms" under particular belief, values, practice, and understanding that come with specific reason/intention/aspiration/vision, under the presence of certain intense physical, mental, and emotional attachment and identification towards certain names and forms.

The realization towards the truth of Impermanence, of ceaseless selfless impermanent changes in all and everything, enables the mind to realize timelessness, where there's neither past nor future, there is only NOW, and everything in NOW is constantly changing, where time is merely the reflection of ceaseless selfless impermanent changes/growth/decay/disintegration/activities/movements that are non-self, where there is not a continuous permanent unchanging independent self existence of an infinite immortal 'I' that exists in any kind of names and forms, to be in control of all and everything to be or not to be in certain way, where all and everyone and everything are existing/happening, changing, and ceased existing under the nature's law of cause and effect (generated by the selfless actions and consequences of actions being generated by each selfless mind and all selfless minds that had been existing and had ceased existing, as well as that are still existing, in NOW.)

There is no permanent unchanging independent self existence of an infinite immortal 'I' to be influencing or to be in control of all and everything to be or not to be in certain way, or to be responsible for the cause and effect deriving from the ceaseless selfless actions and consequences of actions being generated by the selfless body and mind, it doesn't mean that the selfless body and mind is not responsible towards all its ceaseless selfless actions and consequences of actions, that gives rise to ceaseless cause and effect. The selfless body and mind is indeed the one that is responsible for the cause and effect deriving from its ceaseless selfless actions and consequences of actions, that are influencing all and everything to be or not to be in certain way, up to certain extend, under the selfless support of the selfless energy and selfless elements for everything to be happening and changing as they are.

"All actions/activities generated by all and everyone are selfless actions/activities, regardless of wholesome or unwholesome actions or activities." Selfless actions/activities doesn't mean unselfish and wholesome actions or activities. Selflessness is completely unrelated to selfishness or unselfishness, kindness or unkindness, compassion or non-compassion, wholesomeness or unwholesomeness, constructive or destructive, hurtful or non-hurtful, good or evil, and etc. Selflessness is merely the truth of all and everyone and everything, where there is no permanent unchanging independent self existence/identity of 'I' in all and everything that are selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self. All selfless body and mind are performing selfless actions/activities under the presence of wisdom a.k.a. the absence of ignorance, or under the presence of ignorance a.k.a. the absence of wisdom (correct understanding), that can be constructive or destructive. - The minds need to attain direct self realization towards Selflessness to truly understand this.

"You are such a selfless person, and representing selflessness, because you did so much good and kind actions and activities for benefiting and comforting so many others who are in painful suffering in the world," is incorrect statement, even though there is nothing wrong and very good to be complimenting someone who is unselfish and has been performing many good and kind actions and activities that promote unselfishness, kindness, non-violence, peace, wisdom, and compassion in this world of many suffering minds.

All and everyone and everything are selfless, including all sentient living beings and non-living object, and even the most selfish, violent, cruel, ignorant, hurtful, destructive, and evil people in the world, are also selfless beings.

The selfless body and mind under the presence of correct understanding devoid of ignorance, can be choosing what type of action and inaction that will give rise to what type of cause and effect, that is influencing the selfless body and mind, and the surrounding environment that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, to be or not to be in certain way, to be more or less healthy or unhealthy, to be more or less peaceful or peaceless, that would be beneficial or harmful for all and everyone and everything that are all selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self.

Who or what is undergoing "ceaseless reincarnations" to be reincarnated into another existence under different names and forms, or under different physical bodies and minds, or under different life existences, before and after this particular life existence in NOW?

Only upon the mind attains direct self realization towards Selflessness, or knowing Thyself, or knowing "Who am 'I' or What is 'I'?", or knowing what is the thinking mind and the restless modification of the mind, will allow the mind to know what is "The ceaseless reincarnations transforming into many different names and forms transitioning in between different realms/spheres in NOW in this selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self life existence of a momentary mortal body and mind", that is nothing to do with "A permanent independent infinite immortal individual self existence/identity of 'I' that has been undergoing endless 'reincarnation' of ceaselessly reincarnating into countless different impermanent momentary life forms/existences/names and forms, undergoing endless loop of countless births and deaths of countless different life forms/existences/names and forms, transitioning in different realms/spheres under the influence of boundless and endless past accumulated good, or bad, or neither good nor bad, or both good and bad 'karma', or even by self 'organizing' of choosing the next body and mind to be reincarnating into," that exists in certain worldly egoistic cultural/spiritual/religious ideas, beliefs, values, intentions, desires, visions, and practices.

That is neither right nor wrong, neither good nor bad.

As the thinking and belief in the selfless mind is so powerful, where it influences the mind to be or not to be in certain way (the different impermanent states of mind), where the selfless mind is indeed the one that is responsible for creating its own particular reality/realm/sphere to be in, in NOW, not in another different life forms/existences/names and forms before and after NOW.

For the many minds that believe in the existence of an immortal and infinite pure individual soul under certain belief, values, and practice, where they believe in the individual soul is permanent, independent, pure, immortal, and infinite, that is who they really are, that is the one who is undergoing ceaseless births and deaths of ceaseless reincarnations reincarnating into ceaseless and countless different life existences transitioning in different realms, unwittingly, either in accordance to the past accumulated karma (that is completely nothing to do with the pure soul that is immortal and infinite, but have been generated by the impure mind under the impure body that is finite, momentary, mortal, limited, and conditional), or being judged under the judgment of a superior entity, upon death of the impure mortal body and mind. That is the freedom of thinking and belief of all minds. There is neither right nor wrong, neither good nor bad in all kinds of different thinking and beliefs. They have their own reasons to be existing as what they are.

Siddhartha Gautama Buddha 'deliberately' didn't comment or mention anything about 'the soul' that exists in many different beliefs, whether it exists or doesn't exist, whether it is something true or untrue, which that itself (non-commenting about that) alone, initiates and enables the minds to be inquiring and attaining the truth of Selflessness, Impermanence, Limitation, Conditional, and Non-self in all kinds of names and forms, all by oneself, via one's own effort and inquiry and realization.

There is no doubt that, "The truth is always what it is, or the dhamma cannot be contaminated by anything," however, Siddhartha Gautama Buddha knew that the teachings or the dhamma that are being documented and conserved under certain names and forms, and which will be studied, propagated, interpreted, or translated by the minds that are not free from ignorance, egoism, impurities, and restlessness, will definitely be contaminated/misinterpreted/mistranslated/manipulated by the minds that are functioning under the influence of ignorance and the by-products of ignorance, as well as under certain impure intentions/aspirations/ambitions/visions, and hence, he emphasized on not having the teachings/the dhamma to be conserved/documented under any form, but only giving certain guidelines/observations for activating the mind purification and silencing process, where all and everyone must perform self inquiry to attain direct self realization towards the truth of all kinds of names and forms, or the dhamma, under a purified and calmed mind.

Buddhism is not at all about building and empowering leadership to be leading a group of followers or admirers.

Do not follow, admire, or glorify anyone and anything, not to say, do not blind-believe, blind-follow, blind-agree/disagree, blind-practice, blind-glorify, and blind-propagate anyone and anything.

All must learn how to purify and quiet the restless impure egoistic mind stuff, and to perform self inquiry to be inquiring towards the truth of all and everything, including all kinds of 'buddhism' teachings under certain names and forms coming from anywhere and anyone. And hence, the highly importance of, "Thus as I heard" in front of all kinds of Buddhism teachings from anywhere and anyone.

During the first hand direct teachings coming from Siddhartha Gautama Buddha himself unto anyone, he taught all and everyone to inquire the truth of all and everything under a purified and calmed mind, including all and everything that came directly from him, not to say, all kinds of documented/translated/interpreted teachings that are most probably contaminated by worldly egoistic ideas, beliefs, values, practices, desires, ambitions, and intentions, in order to attain direct self realization towards the truth of everything (the dhamma), all by oneself, via one's own effort, inquiry, and realization, including everything that he taught to the people during his momentary life existence. He didn't and never claimed and taught to the people, "I have realized the truth. This is the truth. You must believe that this is the truth. If you don't believe in this truth, and if you have any doubt or questioning towards this truth, then it is disrespectful and insulting towards the truth and the teachers, which is really bad karma, and you will be punished, and you will suffer."

The truth of things is not a belief. The truth is still what it is, it doesn't change into something else, it is timeless, it cannot be contaminated, or altered, or damaged, or hurt, or insulted, and it never increase or decrease, regardless of the different minds thinking and reasoning under different beliefs about whether they know or don't know, agree or disagree, believe or disbelieve, practice or don't practice towards this or that about all and everything.

The teachings and practice of Buddhism and Yoga, is about engaging in the mind purification process of annihilating the idea of 'I', egoism, impurities, and restlessness (the veil of ignorance) to be contemplating upon and inquiring towards Selflessness, Impermanence, Limitation, Conditional, and Non-self in all kinds of names and forms, to attain direct self realization towards the teachings or the dhamma.

There is not any infinite immortal self identity that is permanent and independent existing in all kinds of selfless sentient living beings or non-living objects to be undergoing selfless impermanent changes, not to say, to be undergoing "ceaseless reincarnations" of the one same permanent independent infinite individual identity to be reincarnating into another life form or life existence, or into many different life forms or life existences under different names and forms, transitioning in different realms or spheres.

However, there is neither right nor wrong with the specific beliefs and values in particular community that gives rise to 'the traditional practice' of ceaseless intentional 'organized' reincarnations of an important 'specific individual identity of a highly important and influential leader' under specific reason/intention/aspiration/vision, where there will be repeatedly 'a chosen one' that 'has been chosen' by the existing particular leader before the end of this mortal momentary life existence, as well as that 'will be found and identified' by the committee members of the community after the death of that particular leader, to be carrying the highly important duty and responsibility of upholding the influential power of leadership under the one same individual identity, that gives certain degrees of continuous power of leadership, guidance, comfort, and encouragement to that community that had and has been undergoing certain ongoing difficulties physically, mentally, and emotionally for a prolonged extended period, after the death or ceased existence of each and every limited and conditional mortal life existence of 'the one same identity of that particular influential leader', that keeps coming back in another life existence to be continuously leading, guiding, comforting, and encouraging the majority of the community that are 'non-independent', that are highly dependent on a leader, that always 'need to have a leader' to be there, to lead, to guide, to comfort, and to encourage them, and to keep reminding them about non-violence, calmness, and compassion.

Obviously, this practice is not perfect. Because the community were never being taught to be independent, that they always 'not only need a leader or any leader', but even more so, they need to depend on 'that specific leader of one particular identity' to 'keep coming back in another life existence', to continuously leading and guiding the community for endless generations.

It didn't and doesn't help the community to be free from ignorance and the by-products of ignorance. 

It didn't and doesn't stop the presence of fear, anger and hatred, or insecurity, bitterness and resentment towards certain individual/people/community/authority, in the majority of the community that are not free from ignorance and the by-products of ignorance.

It didn't and doesn't help the community to be practicing the teachings of Buddhism as it is, to work diligently towards the attainment of direct self realization towards the dhamma, to be free from ignorance and the by-products of ignorance, which is all about to be free from all kinds of worldly egoistic individual and group attachments and identifications that attaching towards and identifying with the many different kinds of qualities of names and forms that are non-self, that are not 'I' or 'mine', that are not 'us' or 'ours', that are not who or what they are, as well as to be letting go the past affairs/events/happenings/experiences, including all that are pleasant, desirable, and agreeable, not to say, especially the ones that are being perceived as undeserving, unpleasant, painful, fearful, sorrowful, hurtful, traumatic, undesirable, and disagreeable. But instead, this practice has been either intentionally or unintentionally empowering egoistic attachment and identification towards all kinds of names and forms that the community have been identifying with as who and what they are, as well as where they belong to and what belongs to them, and what had happened, or has been happening, or is happening unto their community.

Even so, there is neither right nor wrong in this particular practice, as there are many minds that need to be dependent on a 'wise and compassionate' leader to lead and comfort them in this selfless impermanent limited and conditional life existence that has so much unnecessary evitable suffering deriving from ignorance, on top of the existence of certain inevitable suffering just by being existing momentarily, selflessly, impermanently, limitedly, and conditionally, that is non-self, and that needs constant maintenance.

There is always the sense of fear, anger and hatred, or insecurity, bitterness and resentment, in all and everyone in the community that are still not free from the influence of ignorance, regardless of older or younger generations, that are directing towards specific individual or community and authority, which only will be empowering the ignorance and the by-products of ignorance in both parties.

Instead, they all can be free to be what they are and wherever they are, by developing correct understanding or wisdom that lead to unconditional peace in themselves, where they are free from egoistic attachment and identification towards any qualities of names and forms, as well as what is happening in NOW, not to say, whatever that had happened in the past, not being determined or disturbed by the ignorance and the consequences of ignorance of others, and they will no longer need to have a leader to lead them, guide them, comfort them, and encourage them, not to say, the need to have one particular leader that had already ceased existing, but had no choice to 'keep organizing' ceaseless reincarnations of its 'specific identity' in order for the non-independent community to always have a 'wise and compassionate' leader for them to be following, to be guided, to be comforted, and to be encouraged.

The chosen one, regardless of who it is (as it really doesn't matter), upon attaining certain degrees of correct understanding towards the importance of non-violence, calmness, and compassion under the teachings of Buddhism, after practicing the teachings of buddhism from young diligently, as well as learning all and everything about that specific individual identity and the highly important duty and responsibility that was given to him, which he is carrying on his shoulders since the moment of being identified as 'the chosen one', he can only teach, guide, and advice the community as much as possible, about non-violence, calmness, and compassion, to keep away from the engagement in activity or interaction that involved violence, under any conditions and situations, no matter what had happened and what is happening. And it is up to the community whether they understand, or not, and whether they can let go, or not.

If the community can understand and can let go, and move on independently, be free from all kinds of attachments and identifications, regardless of what had happened and what is happening, then there is needless of the 'repeating' existence of 'the chosen one' that has to be one of them (because of the intense egoistic attachment and identification, 'the chosen one' has to be someone from within their own particular community, or else, the community under the influence of ignorance will not have the same faith towards 'the chosen one' that is not one of them), to continue carrying that specific identity, duty, and responsibility of leading, guiding, comforting, and encouraging the majority of the community that are under the influence of ignorance and the by-products of ignorance.

If the majority of the community cannot understand and cannot let go, and are not free from ignorance and the by-products of ignorance, where they perceived the suffering of being the victims of constant bullying, oppression, intimidation, and violence, where the majority of the community continuously need to have not only a leader or any leader, but that specific influential 'wise and compassionate' leader of that specific identity that 'has been reincarnated' many times in different life existences within that particular community, to be there continuously to lead them, guide them, comfort them, and encourage them, to constantly and continuously reminding them about non-violence, calmness, and compassion, to avoid or minimize the engagement in activity or interaction that involved violence as much as possible, then there is neither right nor wrong for continuing that 'traditional practice' of intentional 'organized' ceaseless reincarnations of a 'specific individual identity carrying a huge duty and responsibility' that has certain influential power over the community, even if it didn't, and doesn't help the community to be free from ignorance and the by-products of ignorance.

The minds that truly practice and understand towards the teachings of Buddhism or the dhamma, they are independent and are resting in unconditional peace, being undetermined or undisturbed by the ignorance and the consequences of ignorance of others, devoid of disturbs, hurts, painful sorrow, fear, anger, hatred, insecurity, bitterness, resentment, or violence, under any conditions and situations, being free from egoistic attachment, identification, craving and aversion, judgment, or expectation. They don't need to have a leader or any leader to lead them, guide them, comfort them, or encourage them.

Not being determined or disturbed by the ignorance and the consequences of ignorance of others, or under the presence of wisdom and compassion or non-violence, or the practice of non-grasping/non-attachment/non-identification/non-craving/non-aversion/non-judgment/non-expectation, it doesn't mean that one doesn't or shouldn't move away from any abusive ill treatments of others, or one should receive all kinds of abusive ill treatments in silence, or one shouldn't or doesn't perform selfless actions that will free oneself and maybe some others from continuously be treated with abusive ill treatments by those who are under the influence of ignorance and the by-products of ignorance.

Ceaseless selfless births and deaths in different realms within the modification of the selfless mind

Under the veil of ignorance as well as under the influence of certain worldly egoistic belief, the mind understood that the wheel of ceaseless births and deaths in different realms is about an individual immortal existence that is permanent, independent and unchanging was being born into the impermanent mortal world of names and forms residing in an impermanent mortal physical body to be under going impermanent worldly life existence that is subject to all kinds of physical, mental and emotional painful suffering, due to an 'ignorant downfall' that generates the 'initial karma seed' that had pushed off the wheel of ceaseless births and deaths of countless different life existence, transitioning in different forms, interchanging in different realms, according to the past and present accumulated inexhaustible 'karma' deriving from every single thought, desire, action and reaction that generate ceaseless cause that leads to ceaseless effect, and hence, the endless suffering of the wheel of ceaseless births and deaths that will never come to an end.

While in every single life existence, where all kinds of pleasant and unpleasant, agreeable and disagreeable, desirable and undesirable or enjoyable and non-enjoyable life experiences, conditions, situations, ties and connections and relationships are all governed by the past and present accumulated 'karma' deriving from good and evil deeds, and upon death of one particular life existence, it will then be reborn or reincarnated into another impermanent mortal life existence transitioning under different forms in the respective realms in accordance to the past accumulated 'karma'. And that, the wheel of ceaseless births and deaths of countless different impermanent mortal life existence transitioning in different forms, and interchanging in different realms, will keeps on 'rolling' until the complete clearance or exhaustion of 'karma', where the 'individual immortal existence' can finally exit the wheel of births and deaths in the impermanent mortal world of names and forms, to regain its immortality, its original form.

Inquire towards the teachings of yoga and buddhism about the beginning and the end of the wheel of ceaseless selfless births and deaths of countless different impermanent mortal selfless existence transitioning in countless different forms, interchanging in the different realms, that is happening within the selfless impermanent modification of the selfless mind.

There arise the first initial thought or the idea of 'I' born out of ignorance in the selfless modification of the selfless impermanent function of the mind being part of the selfless impermanent existence and function of the selfless impermanent mortal physical body.

That initial thought of the idea of 'I', leads to the rise of grasping/attachment, identification, and the desire of craving and aversion, that followed by all kinds of actions and reactions and impurities deriving out of egoism under the veil of ignorance, which then gives rise to the wheel of ceaseless births and deaths of ceaseless thought after thought, or the continuous restless stream of thoughts, attachments, identifications, desires, actions, reactions and impurities, of countless idea of 'I', attachment, identification, desire, action, reaction and impurity under different selfless impermanent forms or qualities, that gives rise to all kinds of different states of minds, or realms, where the selfless modification of the selfless mind continuously transitioning or interchanging in between different states or different realms, of inevitable restlessness within this selfless impermanent modification of the selfless mind, where all these selfless impermanent names and forms keep on arising, changing, and passing way in the selfless impermanent modification of the selfless mind, governed by the selfless intentionless indiscriminate nature's law of cause and effect.

The entire wheel of ceaseless selfless births and deaths of transitioning in countless different names and forms, and interchanging in different realms, is all happening right here, right NOW, in this selfless mind, in this selfless impermanent mortal physical body, in this selfless impermanent limited and conditional life existence.

Never give up. Never despair.

Just by understanding intellectually towards the teachings without direct realization towards all these, doesn't free the mind from all kinds of madness and suffering, due to the presence of the idea of 'I', ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness.

Keep purifying, keep disciplining, and keep quieting the selfless impermanent impure restless modification of the selfless mind.

Keep inquiring and attaining self-realization towards all these, to know Thyself, and be free from all kinds madness and unnecessary suffering that is not anywhere else but only in this selfless mind, due to the idea of 'I', ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness.

All these will passed away. However, before that happens, the selfless mind can be liberated from ignorance and its by-products and the suffering deriving from all that. Or else, the mind keeps hurting itself and all and everything, because it doesn't know and doesn't understand what is going on in itself.

Inquire the truth of everything.

Ceaseless births and deaths in this selfless impermanent physical body and modification of the mind

For many yoga and buddhism practitioners especially coming from certain cultural background, the wheel of ceaseless births and deaths is about the entire life existence as one single 'birth and death', and 'ceaseless births and deaths' is about there is 'an immortal individual existence', that is existing permanently and independently without any limited conditional physical, mental or emotional suffering originally, but then, it has been under going ceaseless countless different births and deaths of different impermanent mortal life existence transitioning in different forms, due to certain 'ignorant downfall' that had initiated the first 'karma seed' that given rise to an initial birth into the ceaseless cycle of impermanent mortal life existence of a limited and conditional impermanent mortal physical body and modification of the mind that is subject to the inevitable suffering of selfless impermanence changes, of physical, mental and emotional suffering, especially under the presence of the veil of ignorance, egoism, impurities and restless modification of the mind, that give rise to countless inexhaustible 'karma' that leads to ongoing ceaseless rebirths or reincarnations following the initial birth of having an impermanent mortal life existence of the limited and conditional body and mind that basically generating boundless 'karma' just for being what they are, performing all kinds of actions under survival instinct, that pushed off the wheel of ceaseless births and deaths of different impermanent mortal life existence in different forms accordingly to the type of accumulated 'karma' that will never come to an end.

Inquire towards such understanding or belief.

Looking at the continuously rising population of all kinds of living beings in the world, not only limited to human beings, there must be many different permanent independent unchanging 'immortal individual existence' that have been under going many 'rebirths' or 'reincarnations' in ceaseless countless different life existence in different forms since the very beginning of all kinds of life forms in the world. The rise in the population of all impermanent mortal living beings in the world is very much the same total amount of the forever existing 'individual immortal existence' that are somehow 'carelessly' or 'ignorantly' falling into the trap of the wheel of ceaseless births and deaths, to be born into the limited conditional impermanent mortal life existence of limited and conditional body and mind, because of the initial 'karma seed', if according to such understanding or belief, where each impermanent mortal life existence that is existing in the limited conditional world of selfless impermanent names and forms, is because of the 'ignorant downfall' of each 'immortal individual existence' initiated the wheel of ceaseless births and deaths to be born into countless impermanent existence in different forms.

Under such understanding or belief, there is a thinking and belief in the mind now, that thinks and believes that, itself is or has a permanent independent unchanging ancient 'immortal individual existence' that itself is ignorant about, that has been existing infinitely even before being born into the first initial life existence in a particular form, that has been under going countless rounds of births and deaths or reincarnations in countless different life existence in different forms, and hence, give rise to the suffering of restlessness due to the endless rounds and rounds of rebirths or reincarnations. However, under the veil of ignorance, it is somehow being ignorant towards who it is originally, and it couldn't remember all the different births and deaths in the past that it has been under going, because 'most probably' it was being fed with a special 'tea' for wiping off the memory of the entire life existence before being reborn into another life form accordingly.

During the same timing in each impermanent mortal life existence in certain form, there were and are many other different permanent independent unchanging 'individual immortal existence' are being born for the first time, or have been reborn in many different impermanent mortal life existence in particular form under their own respective 'initial karma seed' or 'accumulated karma' from previous many life existence, and some of them have certain ties and connections with one another, such as parents and their children, brothers and sisters, friends or enemies, couples that joined together forming a family with their own children and grand children, and maybe some great grand children, before the death of any particular impermanent mortal life existence, to be rebirth into another impermanent mortal life existence under certain form, again and again, according to one's ongoing accumulated 'karma', where all these living beings that have certain ties and connections with one another also will be continuously under going ceaseless rounds of births and deaths or reincarnations in countless different impermanent mortal life existence in different forms, upon death.

Meanwhile, the children, the grand children and the great grand children of the earlier impermanent mortal life existence were also had been reproducing many other individual impermanent mortal life existence before their own death, to be reborn into another life existence. If so, it means that, there have been many 'individual immortal existence' that have been keep being born into impermanent mortal life existence in certain form in the world in different timing, either for the first time, waiting to be 'recycling' into ceaseless different impermanent mortal life existence in certain form, while some of them have been 'recycling' in many different impermanent mortal life existence already, maybe being reborn or reincarnated into the same family lineage, or into other many different family lineages, or into some other life forms other than human beings.

If so, it means that, some of the earlier group of 'individual immortal existence' that were having certain ties and connections among one another, having the identity of fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, children, grand children, friends, enemies or spouses, from the same period of life existence, have been reborn into the new impermanent mortal life existence in another timing, where the previous identity of the father and the mother in the past, might be reborn becoming the great grand children of their own children in their previous life existence, or maybe becoming siblings to one another, or becoming parent and child to one another, or being reborn into another family lineage and became the spouse of one of their own great great grand children. They were the great great grand parents in previous life, as well as they are the great great grand children of themselves, in the present life now. Where all kinds of ties and connections are all mixed up in the many different life existence in different forms, in different timing.

If so, what are the meaning of all these ties and connections in different life existence? Who is father, mother, brother, sister, grand child, great grand child, friend, lover, spouse, enemy, and so on? If the original individual immortal existence of all and everyone are something permanent, independent and unchanging that exists forever, they are timeless, attributeless, nameless, formless, bodyless, mindless, birthless and deathless, being unlimited and unconditional, then how come there is ignorance in them that is why they have to be under going so much suffering being trapped in ceaseless impermanent mortal births and deaths?

If they are the permanent independent unchanging 'individual immortal existence', then they are distinct from the limited conditional existence and function of the mind. They are not the perceptive selfless thinking mind that is impermanent and dependent on many elements and energy to be existing and functioning. If they are the owner of the mind, or even if, they are the thinking mind itself, then they should be able to have total control over the mind or themselves of how they want it to be, but then how come they are completely powerless, as they have no control over the selfless impermanent changes in the physical body and in the selfless modification of the mind to only be in certain way that they desire, but give rise to all kinds of inevitable suffering due to selfless impermanent changes that is not in the control of 'I', where this 'I' is being ignorant towards itself, or not knowing who 'I' am or where 'I' came from, originally, or why 'I' am here suffering all these selfless impermanent changes, being limited and conditioned by time, space and causation.

Under such understanding or belief, that permanent independent unchanging 'individual immortal existence' that is being trapped in the loop of ceaseless births and deaths of having the impermanent mortal physical body and modification of the mind that is not in its control, is looking forward to be exiting the wheel of restless births and deaths that is subject to inevitable suffering of decay, illness, injury, weakness, discomfort, aging, and death, that leads to another birth and death, again and again, endlessly.

Under such understanding or belief, the 'individual immortal existence' needs to know or remember its original permanent independent unchanging 'individual immortal existence' before the first initial birth being born into an impermanent mortal life existence in certain form, in the world of mortality, where all kinds of different impermanent mortal identities in the countless different births and deaths of different life forms, are not who it is.

If so, what are all kinds of ties and connections, of fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, friends, enemies, lovers, spouses, and so on, in the many different births and deaths of different impermanent mortal life existence?

Under such understanding or belief, suffering will only come to an end upon the exit from the wheel of ceaseless births and deaths upon the complete clearance of past accumulated boundless 'karma' that seems to be an 'impossible' task no matter how, regardless of short lived or long-lived, or what is the cause of death, even if they 'think and believe' that they 'sort of' remember or know who they are, originally, but the wheel of births and deaths will still keep going, because of ceaseless 'karma' were being keep generated upon the rise of every single thoughts, actions and speech that cannot be avoided while having a limited conditional selfless impermanent physical body and modification of the mind under the basic survival instinct to be surviving.

And hence, many people would rather believe in certain belief about there is a superior entity governing all and everything, where it is about they are the 'individual immortal spiritual existence' that came from the superior entity, residing in the impermanent mortal physical body to be experiencing a worldly life existence mainly to repent, because of certain 'sin', and then they will be judged accordingly by the superior entity upon the death of this impermanent mortal physical body, either going back to the 'home' of the superior entity, where there is only desirable enjoyment and bliss, or be sent to a place for under going painful punishment, or be sent to a waiting 'hall' under specific reason for specific duration, if there's no other options, or maybe the superior entity needs some time to consider about what to do with them.

There's neither right nor wrong with all kinds of different thinking, belief, understanding, values and practice in the world of ignorance and egoism, that might be comforting for certain minds, even if it's only a momentary relief from certain painful suffering. More importantly, is about non-blind believing, non-blind-following, non-blind practicing, non-blind propagating, while purifying, disciplining and quieting the mind, to perform self-inquiry inquiring towards the truth of what is 'I', and towards the truth of all kinds of perceived names and forms, of what all and everything are, of selflessness and impermanence.

Meanwhile, inquire towards the teachings of yoga and buddhism about the selfless universal consciousness throughout the limitless universe that is permanent, independent, unlimited, unconditional, nameless, formless, attributeless, changeless, timeless, birthless, deathless, beginningless and endless, where all and everything arising, changing, resting, and passing away upon the selfless universal consciousness, inter-dependent on different elements and energy to be existing, changing and ceased existing, governed by the nature's law of cause and effect. While all kinds of impermanent existence of different names and forms are selfless and impermanent, where there is not a permanent independent unchanging identity of an 'individual immortal existence' in all kinds of selfless impermanent names and forms, regardless of sentient or non-sentient living beings or objects. Whatever the mind thinks and believes and identifies as 'I', either 'I' am mortal, or 'I' am immortal, is still within the impure modification of the selfless mind under the veil of ignorance.

If the selfless mind performs self-inquiry inquiring towards the truth of this limited conditional selfless impermanent physical body and the selfless impermanent modification of the mind, under the purified intellect, profound concentration and quiet modification of the mind, it will 'see' and know that, there are ceaseless countless births and deaths of the ceaseless selfless impermanent changes governed by the selfless nature's law of cause and effect existing in this selfless impermanent limited conditional physical body and modification of the mind, and that, there is no existence of any particular permanent independent unchanging 'individual immortal existence' that is, or has been under going all these ceaseless births and deaths of selfless impermanent changes in this selfless impermanent life existence of the limited conditional selfless physical body and modification of the selfless mind in the present moment now, and hence, there's no 'I' that needs to be exiting the wheel of restless births and deaths, that has a beginning and will follow by an end, where all kinds of perceived selfless impermanent names and forms, thoughts, sensations, feelings, emotions, and so on, ceaselessly arising, changing, resting, and passing away upon the changeless, timeless, attributeless, nameless, formless, birthless and deathless selfless universal consciousness in NOW, that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, while being untouched or unaffected by all kinds of selfless impermanent names and forms ceaselessly arising, changing and passing away, as they are.

Suffering exists in the selfless mind that is functioning under the presence of the idea of 'I', under the presence of grasping or attachment, under the presence of the boundless desires of craving and aversion, under the presence of ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness, being bound by the impermanent states of mind, or the restless transitions between different realms, in the present moment NOW.

Suffering doesn't exist in the selfless mind that is void of the idea of 'I', void of grasping or attachment, void of the desires of craving and aversion, void of ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness, transcending all kinds of realms, or the impermanent states of the mind.

Even the most painful and stubborn form of inevitable suffering is also selfless and impermanent, arise under a cause, it will change, and it will be passing away. Because the names and forms that are suffering from certain physical/mental/emotional discomfort, or suffering, or hurt, or damage, or injury, or illness, are all selfless and impermanent.

Selflessness and impermanence is science, it's not a belief. It is what all and everything are. Selflessness and impermanence is no doubt a form of suffering, because of the restless selfless impermanent changes, however, it is also absolutely liberating, because of all these are selfless and impermanent.

The ignorance in yoga and buddhism towards the inquiry of "who am I?", is not about being ignorant towards who am 'I' originally that has an individual immortal existence or identity that is ever existing. But, it's about being ignorant towards the truth of selflessness and impermanence in all kinds of names and forms, and thus suffering arise, restlessness arise, due to the presence of an idea of 'I' occupying the mind attaching towards and being determined by the selfless impermanent qualities of names and forms and the ceaseless selfless impermanent changes, while the selfless modification of the selfless mind is ceaselessly interchanging between different selfless impermanent states of mind, or restlessly transitioning in between different realms, in the present moment NOW.

All realms arising, changing, and passing away in the selfless impermanent modification of the selfless mind.

There's no 'I' under going ceaseless births and deaths in different realms under the absence of the idea of 'I'.

There are countless idea of 'I' arising and passing away under going ceaseless births and deaths in different realms under the presence of the idea of 'I'.

All are happening within this selfless impermanent modification of the mind, in the present moment NOW.

Kind and peaceful entity is the selfless mind. Discontented, ambitious, greedy, possessive, selfish, endless physical, mental and emotional hunger, thirst, longing and craving hungry ghost is the selfless mind. Animal instinct entity is the selfless mind. Human instinct entity is the selfless mind. Angry, hating, conflicting, violent, vengeful, prideful and jealous entity is the selfless mind. Disturbed, confused, sorrowful and painful suffering entity is the selfless mind. Drowning in all kinds of realms is the selfless mind. Transcending all kinds of realms is also the selfless mind.

All sprung from the mind, and will dissolve in the mind.

Inquire the truth of everything, and attain direct realization towards selflessness and impermanence.

Upon the direct self-realization towards selflessness and impermanence, the selfless desireless mind will be living in the present moment, void of fear and worry, resting in unconditional peace, while appreciating this selfless impermanent life existence to be performing selfless actions that might or might not be promoting more peace and harmony in the world of ignorance and egoism, and let it be.

The different states of mind that are interchanging in this present moment

These are the different selfless impermanent states of mind, or 'realms', ceaselessly manifesting, arising, changing, and passing away, continuously interchanging in this present moment, in the selfless restless modification of the selfless mind, of this limited conditional selfless impermanent life existence under the limited conditional selfless function of the selfless impermanent physical body with the selfless impermanent perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking mind, functioning under the presence of the idea of 'I', under the influence of ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness.

- The state of pleasurable, agreeable and desirable comfort and enjoyment (a.k.a. the realm of heaven)

- The state of doubt, envy, jealousy, annoyance, frustration, irritation, offensiveness, defensiveness, pride, arrogance, violence, conflict, vengeance, anger and hatred, and so on (a.k.a. the realm of impurities)

- The state of higher conscience over-powering the basic instinct, lust and impurities (a.k.a. the realm of humanism)

- The state of lower conscience being over-powered by the basic instinct, lust and impurities (a.k.a. the realm of animalism)

- The state of physical, mental and emotional hunger and thirst, restlessness, selfishness, possessiveness, fear, worry, dissatisfaction, discontentment, clinging, craving, longing, boundless desire and greed, and so on (a.k.a. the realm of hungry ghost)

- The state of unpleasant, disagreeable and undesirable discomfort and painful suffering (a.k.a. the realm of hell)

In the selfless impermanent life existence of the selfless physical body and the selfless thinking mind in this present moment, not about 'past lives', not about 'future lives', there are ceaseless births and deaths or selfless impermanent changes of countless 'I' in the form of thought, ceaselessly manifesting 'I' after 'I', born out of ignorance and egoism, powered by ignorance and egoism, and fueling ignorance and egoism, where countless 'I' in different names and forms ceaselessly arising, changing, and passing away, interchanging or transitioning in different states or realms, within the selfless restless modification of the selfless mind.

Upon the annihilation of the restless selfless modification of the selfless mind, upon the annihilation of the idea of 'I', upon the annihilation of passionate egoistic desires of craving/clinging/aversion, upon the annihilation of ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness, in silence and in stillness, in timelessness and in selflessness, there's no selfless impermanent changes, there's no names and forms arising, changing and passing away, or the wheel of 'births and deaths' doesn't exist, and 'suffering' doesn't exist.

If the wheel of births and deaths or suffering doesn't exist, there's needless to be exiting the wheel of births and deaths, or to be free from suffering, that doesn't exist.

There's no suffering. There's no the end of suffering. The end of suffering exists upon the presence of suffering.

The wheel of births and deaths existing and reflecting upon the selfless impermanent changes within the selfless physical body of different conditions, sensations, limitations, abilities, disabilities, illness, growth, decay, aging and disintegration, and within the selfless modification of the selfless mind, where countless thoughts/desires/actions/reactions or different states of the mind, ceaselessly arising, changing and passing away.

The existence and non-existence of the wheel of births and deaths, a.k.a. the selfless impermanent changes in all kinds of selfless impermanent names and forms, or in the selfless physical body and the selfless modification of the mind, is neither good nor bad, neither suffering nor non-suffering, depending on the presence and absence of the veil of ignorance in the selfless perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking mind. 

There's an idea of 'I' under going the wheel of restless births and deaths upon the presence of the idea of 'I' deriving from ignorance and egoism, that attaching towards the selfless impermanent changes.

There's not a permanent and independent existence of 'I' existing to be under going as well as to be exiting the wheel of births and deaths, or the restless selfless impermanent changes in all kinds of sentient or non-sentient selfless names and forms, regardless of whether the selfless mind knows or doesn't know, under the presence of the veil of ignorance or void of the veil of ignorance, under the presence or the absence of the idea of 'I'.

However, under the veil of ignorance and the presence of the idea of 'I', there's grasping or attachment from the idea of 'I' towards the different restless states of the mind, where there are desires of craving and aversion towards the selfless impermanent changes in the selfless physical body and the selfless modification of the mind, and hence, suffering arise in the selfless perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking mind, upon the non-gratification of the desire of craving and aversion reacting towards the selfless impermanent changes in the selfless physical body and the selfless modification of the mind, upon the presence of names and forms, or the objects of the senses, or the selfless impermanent changes that are unpleasant, disagreeable and undesirable to the idea of 'I', upon the absence of names and forms, or the objects of the senses, or the selfless impermanent changes that are pleasant, agreeable and desirable, and hence, the selfless mind perceives suffering, and there's a desire in the selfless mind of wanting and needing to be free from suffering, or to be exiting the wheel of restless births and deaths, or to be free from the selfless impermanent changes.

The wheel of births and deaths doesn't exist upon the silence or the absence of restless selfless thought activities.

The wheel of births and deaths of the countless 'I' transitioning in different realms exists upon the continuous stream of the idea of 'I' attaching towards countless thoughts in different modes, qualities, names and forms, that ceaselessly arising, changing, and passing away, where the countless idea of 'I' keeps transitioning, or arising and passing away, or under going ceaseless births and deaths, in the different realms or the different states of mind.

The different realms of the different selfless restless impure states in the selfless modification of the selfless mind, that are existing and interchanging in NOW, are limited and conditional, selfless and impermanent. However, under the realm of humanism, or the state of higher conscience that is not being over-powered by the lower basic instinct, lust and all kinds of impurities, is the best conducive state of the mind, to be annihilating the veil of ignorance and its by-products.

It is not about being a human being, that this life existence or life form is in the realm of human being. Or, being an animal, that this life existence or life form is in the realm of animal. Or, having accumulated good karma or virtues and merits, that this life existence or life form will be enjoying in the realm of heaven. Or, having accumulated bad karma, that this life existence or life form will be suffering in the realm of hell.

If the mind inquires towards the truth of the selfless impermanent restless modification of the selfless mind, it will see that all realms are manifesting and interchanging within the modification of the mind in the present moment, of all kinds of ceaseless thoughts/feelings/emotions/actions/reactions/desires/craving/aversion/impurities arising, changing, and passing away, generating the different states of the mind, or the different realms, where the mind is in such realm at one moment, and is in another realm at another moment, and keeps on changing. Similarly what is happening in the limited and conditional physical body. There is not a single moment that the mind and the physical body is remaining the same unchanging, where selfless impermanent changes keep happening in all kinds of names and forms that has a beginning and will followed by an end, while ceaseless changes in between the beginning and ending. Every moment of change, is birth, decay and death, or arising, changing and passing away.

There's needless to be annihilating the veil of ignorance upon the absence of the veil of ignorance.

The names and forms are just being what they are, selfless and impermanent.

Suffering exists when there is the presence of the idea of 'I' and grasping or attachment under the presence of the veil of ignorance. Suffering doesn't exist when there is the absence of the idea of 'I' and grasping or attachment under the absence of the veil of ignorance.

Form is emptiness. Emptiness is form.

Form is not different from emptiness. Emptiness is not different from form.

All are selfless and impermanent.

By knowing Thyself, being free from ignorance and egoism, being free from suffering deriving from ignorance and egoism, and transcending all states of mind or realms, it doesn't change the truth of all kinds of names and forms are selfless and impermanent governed by the nature's law of cause and effect.

Inquire the truth of everything, and be free.

This is why the observation of non-blind believing, non-blind following, non-blind practicing, non-blind propagating, self-inquiry, self-independence, self-effort, renunciation, dispassion, seclusion, solitude and silence in the path of yoga and buddhism is highly important to be annihilating the idea of 'I' and the veil of ignorance and egoism efficiently, to know Thyself, to realize selflessness and impermanence in all kinds of names and forms.

Who or what is there to be under going ceaseless births and deaths?

Upon the realization towards selflessness and impermanence, where there's no existence of an independent and permanent 'I' in all kinds of impermanent names and forms, of sentient and non-sentient beings and objects, then, who or what is under going ceaseless births and deaths, or so called seemingly endless 'reincarnation'?

Who or what, that is 'coming back' again and again into different 'life forms' to be suffering or enjoying, and to be attaining liberation from all that?

There are some genuine buddhism practitioners or yoga practitioners who have intense yearning towards liberation, however, many of them are being so tensed and worried in the present moment now, being doubtful towards themselves, thinking that they are most probably being unable to achieve the seemingly impossible task to exit the 'ceaseless' wheel of births and deaths, or the 'endless' reincarnation, or the 'ceaseless' transitions or rebirths into different names and forms in different realms upon the end of every birth that leads to death, that leading to be having another birth and death, endlessly and accordingly to the respective 'karma' that was being accumulated from countless 'past life existence' in different 'realms', and is continuously and 'ceaselessly' being generated and keeps on accumulating, either wittingly and unwittingly, or consciously and unconsciously, in this 'present life existence'. As for them, 'liberation' is all about exiting the ceaseless wheel of births and deaths in different names and forms in different realms, upon the complete clearance of never ending karma, that seems to be impossible to have an end to it.

If the minds can just shift their attention away from the attainment of the 'liberation' that is about exiting the seemingly endless wheel of births and deaths by the end of this precious human life existence in this 'realm' of human beings, that seems like an 'impossible' task even after stop performing all kinds of so called 'evil' actions and performing all kinds of so called 'good' actions to be accumulating many virtues and merits, but then, to start focusing on attaining the direct self-realization towards the truth of selflessness and impermanence, or the annihilation of the idea of 'I' and egoism, or the annihilation of the veil of ignorance and restlessness, via self-inquiry inquiring towards what is 'I', what is the restless modification of the mind, what is the root cause of suffering, and what is the end of suffering, they will have peace in this present moment, instantly.

Inquire towards why did all the past buddhas in Buddhism and gurus in Yoga emphasize on the self-inquiry and self-realization towards what is 'I', about birthlessness and deathlessness, a.k.a. the void of births and deaths, upon the annihilation of the idea of 'I', upon the annihilation of ignorance, egoism, impurities and restless modification of the mind, or upon the attainment of self-realization towards the truth of selflessness and impermanence in all kinds of names and forms, regardless of 'how much karma have been generated and accumulating from don't know when it all began and when it all will come to an end'.

Meanwhile, all those past buddhas and gurus were continuously performing many kinds of actions in the world until the end of life existence after the attainment of self-realization towards the truth of selflessness and impermanence in all kinds of names and forms, including the limited conditional selfless life existence of the selfless impermanent physical body and the perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking faculty, however, there are no binding 'good or bad karma' being generated that meant to be initiating and fueling the restless endless 'wheel of births and deaths', or what most minds referred as ceaseless 'reincarnation' in different realms, where the main keywords for attaining liberation in both Buddhism and Yoga is non-grasping or non-attachment, selflessness and impermanence, and knowing Thyself, or knowing what is the 'I' that the 'thinking' identifies and believes as 'I'.

What does it mean, about the presence of suffering, the root cause of suffering, the path of liberation from suffering, and the end of suffering, a.k.a. the absence of suffering?

What does it mean, about restless 'births and deaths' of 'I'?

What does it mean, about ceaseless endless 'reincarnation' of 'I' in different 'realms' that are also limited and conditional, selfless and impermanent?

What does it mean, about even if 'I' am in the 'realm' of 'heaven' or 'hell', this is also impermanent, that this will also pass away?

What does it mean, about all kinds of 'realms' are existing and interchanging in this present moment?

What does it mean, about the restless selfless impermanent changes of ceaseless thoughts 'arising and passing away', that generate the ceaseless endless different 'states' of mind, governed by the nature's law of cause and effect in the present moment now?

What does it mean, about upon the annihilation of the restless 'modification of the mind', upon the annihilation of the idea of 'I', upon 'desirelessness', in silence and in stillness, in timelessness and in selflessness, that the wheel of 'births and deaths' doesn't exist, and that 'suffering' doesn't exist?

What does it mean, about 'living' in the present moment, that the only existence is in NOW, and keeps changing selflessly and impermanently?

What does it mean, about the highly importance of 'Thus have I heard' in the beginning of every so called first-hand 'dhamma' in the form of writing or speech as requested/instructed by Siddhartha Gautama Buddha just before he passed away, not to say, in the so many 'second-hand' dhamma, 'third-hand' dhamma, 'fourth-hand' dhamma, and so on?

That's why Siddhartha Gautama Buddha never wanted all his direct teachings or the dissemination of dhamma to be written down in text form, or to be recorded down in any form, and strongly insisted about non-blind believing, non-blind following, non-blind practicing, non-blind propagating, non-worshiping (not to say, non-blind worshiping), and to be inquiring towards the truth of everything via self-inquiry and direct realization under certain observations to be purifying, disciplining and quieting the mind, that enabling self-inquiry and self-realization be happening, as all the uncontaminated teachings or dhamma as what it is, that will free the mind from the suffering deriving from ignorance, is available everywhere inside and outside, and at all time, limitlessly and unconditionally, for all minds to 'know' it, even the most 'evil' minds in the world can 'know' it and be 'liberated'.
