It is normal and natural that the minds that were/are still functioning under the influence of the veil of ignorance, that had/have been being conditioned by the conditional worldly egoistic ancestral/cultural/religious/spiritual/philosophical/educational/commercial/political/national/family/communal/social ideas, beliefs, justifications, stories making and telling, fairy tales, values, and practices to think/reason/understand/desire/live life/act/react/behave in certain way and not in certain way, that had/have been being created by the minds that were/are functioning under the influence of the veil of ignorance, that were/are all prideful control freak and power/wealth/possession/status/enjoyment/existence greedy, will be troubled by the sense of fear and worry, upon coming in contact with the inconvenient undesirable disagreeable Truth about Selflessness, Impermanence, Limitation, Conditional, and Non-self in all kinds of names and forms regardless of living organisms or non-living objects.
Because upon the minds coming in contact with the Dhamma, or the Truth of Selflessness, Impermanence, Limitation, Conditional, and Non-self, that is an absolute liberation for the minds that seek liberation from ignorance and the consequences of ignorance, but then it appears to be inconvenient, undesirable, and disagreeable to the minds that are prideful control freak and power/wealth/possession/status/enjoyment/existence greedy, as the Truth is naturally jeopardizing the existence and the power of influence of the egoistic impure mind creation of all kinds of worldly egoistic ancestral/cultural/religious/spiritual/philosophical/educational/commercial/political/national/family/communal/social ideas, beliefs, justifications, stories making and telling, fairy tales, values, and practices, that were/are being created and meant to be controlling/influencing/manipulating/threatening/tempting/oppressing/suppressing/exploiting the minds to be and not to be in certain way in accordance to one's desires and doesn't desires, where the minds that are free from the influence of the veil of ignorance, that have realized the truth of all THAT, they will not be under the control/influence/manipulation/threat/temptation/oppression/suppression/exploitation of the minds that are prideful control freak and power/wealth/possession/status/enjoyment/existence greedy.
Even if the rare minds that were/are highly enthusiastic and were/are ready to be exerting continuous effort to attain direct self realization towards the Truth of Selflessness, Impermanence, Limitation, Conditional, and Non-self, by themselves, under their own ceaseless effort of continuous practice and inquiry, and not just by coming in contact with, hearing, reading, learning, studying, or analyzing towards the universal Dhamma/The teachings of yoga and buddhism, or the Truth of Selflessness, Impermanence, Limitation, Conditional, and Non-self, that was/is available in the form of writing or speech under different languages of the many available Scriptures, Sutras, transcriptions, commentaries, books, audio recordings, or the dissemination/discourses of the universal Dhamma/teachings of yoga and/or buddhism from someone or somewhere, but due to the presence of the veil of ignorance, there is the fear and worry arise towards the world will be in absolute chaos and selfishness and madness and violence if all minds attained direct realization towards the truth of Truth of Selflessness, Impermanence, Limitation, Conditional, and Non-self, and hence, the minds are no longer being controlled/influenced/manipulated/threatened/tempted/oppressed/suppressed by some kind of conditional/influential/manipulative/threatening/tempting/oppressing/suppressing ideas, beliefs, justifications, stories making and telling, fairy tales, values, and practices, for the minds to be and not to be in certain way, to maintain certain 'order' in the world.
And out of such ignorance, of the sense of fear and worry, the ignorant egoistic impure minds, especially the prideful control freak and power/wealth/possession/status/enjoyment/existence greedy minds, would try to sabotage, or manipulate, or destroy any Truth related materials, or hinder the other minds from coming in contact with or realizing the Truth.
"Even if it is all true, but people shouldn't get to know this. People will be out of control and misbehave."
People are behaving in the hurtful way, is because of they are 'not free', as they are being controlled/restricted/threatened/tempted/oppressed/suppressed/bullied/intimidated/exploited by all THAT that were/are being created to be controlling/restricting/threatening/tempting/oppressing/suppressing/bullying/intimidating/exploiting all and everyone to be or not to be in certain way, that hinder the minds to be free from the influence of the veil of ignorance.
The minds that are free from the influence of the veil of ignorance, won't behave in the way that hurt and destroy all and everyone and everything and the surrounding environment.
All kinds of human's boundless activities/affairs/events/ideas/beliefs/values/practices/aspirations/ambitions/visions are ceaselessly being created to stimulate the restless modification of the mind to empower the veil of ignorance, to empower the idea of 'I', egoism, impurities, and restlessness (endless greed/dissatisfaction/discontentment/fear/worry/insecurity/possessiveness/hoarding/selfishness/prejudice/anger/hatred/offensiveness/defensiveness/violence/fighting/invasion/intrusion/occupation/mental and emotional dependence/financial and economy dependence/family and community dependence/authority and authorization, or the fear towards painful punishment/hardship/difficulty/solitude/seclusion/silence/aloneness/mental and emotional independence, and the longing towards receiving attention/affection/blessing/acceptance/agreement/acknowledgement/approval/praise and compliment from everyone, especially from 'the almighty one, the impersonate '...' existence', and so on).
In fact, the world is in a continuous and empowered state of chaos and selfishness and madness and violence, that give rise to all kinds of unnecessary evitable cruelty, desperation, difficulty, or painful suffering deriving from the ignorance and the consequences of ignorance in the minds themselves that impact themselves and others and all and everything in the surrounding environment, is due to the continuous and empowered existence and influence/manipulation/threat/temptation/oppression/suppression/exploitation of all those ignorant egoistic impure mind creation of all kinds of conditional/influential/manipulative/threatening/tempting/oppressing/suppressing/exploiting ideas, beliefs, justifications, stories making and telling, fairy tales, values, and practices, for the minds to be and not to be in certain way, to maintain certain so called 'order' in the world, in accordance to the desires and don't desires, or aspirations/visions/ambitions of certain minds individually and/or that belong to any particular ancestry/family/tribe/ethnicity/community/group/organization.
Where the many minds were/are continuously being hammered/manipulated/influenced/threatened/tempted/oppressed/suppressed/exploited, and hence, be empowered to remain ignorant as well as to keep empowering ignorance in oneself and in the others, either by themselves, or by the others.
The minds that keep practicing, that are rendering quieter and quieter, and that have clearer and clearer understanding, will be free from such ignorant egoistic sense of fear and worry towards The Truth of Selflessness, Impermanence, Limitation, Conditional, and Non-self, that was/is being perceived as 'inconvenient'/'undesirable'/'disagreeable'/'jeopardizing/obstructing/destroying towards their greedy boundless ambitions' by the minds that are functioning under the influence of the veil of ignorance, but not the minds that are becoming freer and freer or wiser and wiser, as they approach closer and closer to the direct self realization towards the truth of everything, as it is.
The minds that haven't developed certain degrees of correct understanding, that don't have the required certain degrees of intense yearning towards absolute peace, knowledge, freedom, and liberation from ignorance and the consequences of ignorance, that don't have the essential certain degrees of openness, attentiveness, calmness, patience, determination, perseverance, forbearance, or mental and emotional independence, that are clouded or over-powered by the idea of 'I', egoism, impurities, and restlessness, will still be what they are, as they are, ceaselessly thinking and believing that they are the most intelligent and superior people in the world, including many highly educated, knowledgeable, intelligent, talented, and skillful people, that are highly 'successful and accomplished and powerful', and that keep achieving, accumulating, and hoarding endless wealth, possession, position, title, status, power, and pleasurable enjoyments deriving from the ceaseless and boundless exploitation towards all and everyone and everything and the surrounding environment to the maximum.
These minds have the common idea and motivation of, "Getting onto the ship of the rich and the upper social class, and if possible, the ship of the super rich and the super upper class, that has very limited place, as soon as possible. It is either exploiting all and everyone and everything, or be exploited by all the others," regardless of whether they are aware or unaware of that particular ship will also be sinking along with all the other ships of 'the not rich' and 'the not upper class' upon the 'super tsunami' deriving from the ongoing exploitation towards all and everyone and everything and the surrounding environment to the maximum.
There is nothing bad or wrong or harmful towards achieving 'sufficiency', which is available to all and everyone in the world, indiscriminately, as long as one has the organs of action and the effort to achieve 'sufficiency' in basic needs for survival that enables oneself to be looking after the general well-being of the body and mind, as well as some others that are dependent on oneself physically, and/or mentally. It is the widely propagated and empowered idea and values and practice of achieving and hoarding 'endless abundance' deriving from exploiting all and everything to the maximum, that is harming all and everyone and everything, especially the nature, or the climate, or the living condition and atmosphere, intentionally and unintentionally, directly and indirectly.
The minds that have certain degrees of correct understanding, even if they are still not free from the natural manifestation of the veil of ignorance, where there is still ignorance or doubt towards the universal truth or the universal dhamma, but at least if there is certain degrees of yearning towards absolute peace, knowledge, freedom, and liberation from ignorance and the consequences of ignorance, then, they will be uplifted upon the presence of the precious opportunity of coming in contact with the dissemination of dhamma under certain names and forms, that can serve as some guidance or the object of reflection to be reflecting upon.
There was a question coming from a mind, "What is enlightenment?"
Enlightenment can have several different interpretations.
One of that is, upon realizing or knowing the truth of the existence of all kinds of conditional worldly egoistic ancestral/cultural/religious/spiritual/philosophical/educational/commercial/political/national/family/communal/social ideas, beliefs, justifications, stories making and telling, fairy tales, values, and practices in this world, that were/are being created and supported and empowered by the human's minds functioning under the influence of the veil of ignorance, that bully, manipulate, influence, threaten, tempt, oppress, suppress, exploit, and hurt all and everyone and everything and the surrounding environment to the maximum, under what most minds think and believe is 'good' intention of 'maintaining certain order' in the world, that also help them to achieve 'abundance' and 'endless abundance'.
If 'all those ideas, beliefs, values, and practices' under 'the good intention' are something true, then all and everyone in the world should be all enjoying 'abundance' in 'peace and harmony' at wherever they are, or the world of human beings was/is already devoid of all kinds of madness, cruelty, desperation, difficulty, anger, hatred, discrimination, prejudice, unjust, corruption, intrusion, invasion, occupation, displacement, homelessness, refugee, famine, unrest, or violence, deriving from the empowered ignorance, selfishness, possessiveness, the sense of belonging and ownership, the sense of pride and shame, superiority and inferiority, fear, and the ceaseless discontentment, or the endless and boundless greedy desires, inspirations, aspirations, ambitions, and visions in the minds of human beings, where some people are 'happily' making a lot of profitable opportunities from ceaselessly 'encouraging' or 'stirring up' the chaotic unrest violent condition and situation in the world.
And the same minds 'justify' that, "This is the nature of all human beings, where only the strongest and smartest will survive. We are so smart that we know that it is not possible for all and everyone to be enjoying 'abundance'. But, we can make people think and believe that they all can enjoy 'abundance' and 'endless abundance', so that we (our group) can achieve 'endless abundance'. It is the bad karma or sins of the many people to be in such terrible painful suffering condition and situation, even if we are responsible for that, directly and indirectly. We are the 'good and virtuous and blessed' people. That's why we are strong and smart. That's why we can bully all the others and we know how to manipulate and control and exploit everyone to be the way that we desire. That is why we enjoy abundance, and we deserve endless abundance and pleasurable enjoyments."
They don't like and don't want a world that is full of people that live in simplicity and sufficiency, that is mentally and emotionally independent, that are living in peace and harmony among all kinds of diversities, that generously helping and looking after one another indiscriminately and unconditionally, that are free from fear and insecurity and greed, that are contented and non-violent, that don't chase after pleasurable enjoyments of the senses, that are free from the sense of self-esteem and self-worth, superiority and inferiority, pride and shame, or the sense of belonging and ownership, that won't be bullied, intimidated, manipulated, influenced, controlled, threatened, tempted, oppressed, suppressed, or exploited by them, or anyone, or anything.
