This is part of my daily asana practice.
It's
 normal that sometimes the body and mind would be in a state of 
sluggishness and tiredness. We just need to move the body for a few 
minutes to get the blood circulating and energy moving, the sluggishness
 and tiredness will be removed, and the body and mind will be fresh and 
energetic again.
