The different level or intensity in the yoga practice, regardless of whether it is in one's self practice, or in the yoga class under the instruction of a teacher, regardless of whether it is individual class or group class under specific level/intensity/style/lineage, is for the minds or the yoga practitioners to develop correct understanding and mental and emotional independence, at their own pace.
The yoga practice, or the yoga class, or the different positions or movements, is just what it is. It is neither beginner/easy nor intermediate/moderate nor advanced/intense or difficult.
It is not about following a particular set of practice/routine/yoga poses/movements in particular order and timing rigidly, or be able to do everything or perform the complete set of routine/poses/movements in every practice, or in the yoga class.
It is about do what is needed by the body and mind, and do what is possible, in the present moment NOW, in accordance to the current physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation, that is impermanent and non-self, without forcing the body and mind, or hurting the body and mind, while performing the yoga practice, in every practice or in the yoga class.
It is never about blind-following or blind-practicing regardless of the current condition or situation in the body and mind, and/or in the surrounding environment.
The yoga practice is existing for the conscious perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting mind to develop the awareness and understanding towards what is happening in the body and mind as well as in the surrounding environment, or in the world of many diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, while be able to make necessary adjustment in oneself, to adapt and accommodate the current condition and situation in the body and mind and in the surrounding environment, regardless of whether agreeable or disagreeable, desirable or undesirable, and pleasant or unpleasant, without being determined or disturbed by all THAT that are all selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self.
There is absence of possessiveness and control towards the selfless impermanent limited and conditional existence and function of the body and mind, or the surrounding environment, to be or not to be in certain way, in accordance to one's desire and don't desire, while just do one's best to perform conscious actions under the presence of correct understanding for maintaining the condition of the body and mind and the surrounding environment up to a certain extend or limitation, that is beneficial or supportive towards all and everyone and everything, selflessly, independently, and indiscriminately, devoid of grasping, or the idea of 'I' and egoism.
If all minds have the correct understanding and mental and emotional independence, there is needless of the existence of yoga class or yoga practice, especially separating/discriminating the yoga practitioners and the yoga class and yoga practice into different levels/intensity/styles/teachers/lineages/paths, because the main objective of yoga is about be able to be co-existing or living in peace and harmony among the many diversities under the presence of correct understanding, that give rise to respect, adjustment, adaptation, and accommodation among the many diversities, as well as realizing the truth of selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self in all kinds of names and forms in the world of many diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, upon the annihilation of the veil of ignorance.
That mental development of correct understanding and mental and emotional independence can be developed and achieved while performing one's own self practice in solitude and silence, being aware of the selfless impermanent condition, ability, and limitation of the body and mind that is conditional and non-self, realizing the truth of diversity within the body and mind that enabling the body and mind to be existing and functioning as what it is, but even more so, while participating in an individual yoga class under the specific practice and instruction of a yoga teacher or many different yoga teachers, especially in the non-separate all levels group yoga class with many different bodies and different minds under different impermanent conditions, abilities, and limitations being present in the same class, learning and doing the same practice, while learning how to make necessary adjustment to adapt and accommodate the yoga practice or the yoga class that is not necessary exactly the way that each and everyone desires it to be, where all and everyone has their own particular physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation, and might prefer the yoga practice or the yoga class to be more or less easy/moderate/intense/slow/fast/relaxing/stimulating/challenging.
Instead of trying to possess, or control, or desire, or expect the yoga practice or the yoga class and the surrounding environment of many others to be exactly the way that one desires and doesn't desire, to accommodate one's own particular condition, ability, and limitation, one constantly makes necessary adjustment to adapt and accommodate the yoga practice or the yoga class being what it is, without forcing or hurting oneself, while respects and accommodates the surrounding environment of the many different others of the many different diversities with the many different desires and don't desires under the many different conditions, abilities, and limitations, being what they are, as they are, without forcing or hurting others and the surrounding environment.
The entire yoga practice is about the elimination of the idea of 'I'/the ego and egoism, or the veil of ignorance, or the development of non-grasping, or non-attachment, non-identification, non-craving, non-aversion, non-comparison, non-judgment, non-expectation, non-forcing, or non-violence.
It is about developing the correct understanding not only for making necessary adjustment to adapt and accommodate the different impermanent condition, ability, and limitation of the body and mind, and the different yoga practice or yoga class under different teachers, practitioners, intensity, style, condition, and situation, but even more so, to make necessary adjustment to adapt and accommodate the ever changing condition and situation in the surrounding living environment, and to respect and accommodate all kinds of diversities as they are, regardless of agreeable or disagreeable, to be co-existing in the surrounding environment that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.
It is not about learning how to perform all kinds of different yoga asana poses, or exercises, or sets of routine in a particular order and timing, and be able to perform all those yoga asana poses, or exercises, or sets of routine, eventually and perfectly.
There is neither right nor wrong with the existence of the different separate yoga classes under different levels/intensity/teachers/styles as well.
Because there are many minds have certain physical and/or mental limitation or difficulty in developing such physical and mental development of correct understanding and self independence, and hence, there is the momentary existence of the different separate yoga classes and yoga practices under the name of beginner/intermediate/advanced level under different styles and intensity, to suit all the different bodies and different minds under different conditions, abilities, and limitations, to evolve physically and mentally at their own pace.
Once they developed certain degrees of correct understanding and the essential mental and emotional independence, where they have certain degrees of awareness and understanding towards the yoga practice and the current physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation, that they know what they can do and cannot do physically and/or mentally in the present moment, where they know how to make necessary adjustment by themselves, to adapt and accommodate the yoga practice or the yoga class in accordance to the current condition and situation of the body and mind as well as the surrounding environment, then they can either perform their own self practice in solitude and silence, or they can attend any kind of yoga class under any yoga teacher under any level/style/intensity, especially in the non-separate all levels group class.
As it is not only in the non-separate all levels group class, but even in the separate different levels yoga classes, each and everyone also needs to make necessary adjustment in accordance to the current physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation, that is ever changing.
Everyone just do what they can do in the present moment, respecting the current physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation as it is, without forcing or hurting the body and mind, knowing when to continue, or go further, or take a break, or stop completely.
Knowing and respecting that all these desirable and undesirable conditions, abilities, and limitations are all impermanent and non-self.
Taking full responsibility towards all one's understanding and non-understanding, decision making, desires and don't desires, actions and inactions, and the consequences of all that.
The minds that understand, they can do their own self practice in solitude and silence, or they can attend any kind of yoga classes under any level/intensity/style/practice/teacher, by making necessary adjustment to adapt and accommodate the different condition and situation of oneself, the surrounding environment, or the other different yoga practitioners, or the different level/intensity/style/practice/exercise/movement/routine/teacher, without expecting or desiring the yoga class, or the yoga practice, or the yoga teachers, or the other yoga practitioners, or the level/intensity/style/practice/exercise/movement/routine to be or not to be in certain way.
For the minds that have developed certain degrees of correct understanding towards the basic teachings and practice of yoga, it is not only about knowing how to perform some or all of the yoga asana and pranayama, chanting and prayer, cleansing, concentration, and relaxation practice independently with maximum awareness/attentiveness, and having the correct understanding and respect towards their own current physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation, but even more so, it is about applying the essential practice of non-grasping, or non-attachment, non-identification, non-craving, non-aversion, non-comparison, non-judgment, and non-expectation in everyday life affair, upon performing all kinds of actions/duties/responsibilities in life and at rest or inaction.
There is no difference between beginner/easy practice and intermediate/moderate practice and advanced/intensive practice in the individual or group yoga class under the presence of a yoga teacher or different yoga teachers giving specific practice and instruction, or in one's own self practice in solitude and silence at home or anywhere, regardless of whether the yoga practice (as well as the dissemination or the study of the teachings/dhamma) might appear to be easy/gentle, or moderate/neither easy nor difficult, or intense/challenging for the different physical bodies in accordance to their current physical condition, ability (what it can do), and limitation (what it cannot do) in the present moment, as well as for the different minds in accordance to their current mental state/condition, ability (clarity/sharpness/quietness/openness and correct understanding), and limitation (murkiness/restlessness/disturbance/closed-mindedness and incorrect understanding).
It is just the practice.
Regardless of whether in the individual or group yoga class under the presence of a yoga teacher giving specific set of practice and instruction, or in one's own self practice in solitude and silence, everyone who have different physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation, know and understand about their own particular impermanent condition, ability, and limitation in the present moment now, and know how to make appropriate adjustment to adapt and accommodate the yoga class or the yoga practice being what it is, of knowing when to continue or take a break, or practice as much as it can comfortably, without forcing the body and mind beyond its ability and limitation during the entire class or practice, as well as in everyday life affair.
The yoga class or the yoga practice is just what it is, where it doesn't has the separation or distinction of beginner/easy, or intermediate/moderate, or advanced/intensive.
Different bodies and/or different minds under different conditions, abilities, and limitations can attend the same class performing the same set of practice, but with their own adjustment making to adapt and accommodate the yoga practice or the yoga class in accordance to their own current physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation, at their own pace, at their own comfort.
The mind that understands, will only do what it can do or what is possible in the present moment now, while makes necessary adjustment and adaptation if there is a need to adjust, adapt, and accommodate.
They don't have to do everything, they don't have to be like the others, or they don't have to look the same like everyone else.
There is absence of craving, aversion, comparison, judgment, or expectation.
There is absence of the sense of superiority or inferiority, or the sense of accomplishment or failure, or the sense of high or low self esteem or confidence, or the sense of pride and shame, or the sense of annoyance, impatience, or intimidation, or the urge to control or interfere.
The yoga practitioner is not being annoyed or intimidated by the yoga class, or the yoga practice being what it is, that appears to be too easy/gentle, or just nice, or too challenging/intense for the current condition, ability, and limitation of the body and mind.
It is not being annoyed by the other yoga practitioners that appear to be less strong and/or less flexible than oneself, or having certain physical and/or mental limitation that oneself doesn't have.
It is not being intimidated by the other yoga practitioners that appear to be more strong and/or more flexible than oneself, or having certain physical and/or mental ability that oneself doesn't have.
Instead, being surrounded by all kinds of diversities while performing the yoga practice or attending the yoga class, it develops correct understanding towards the world of countless diversities under the many different qualities of names and forms/qualities/conditions/situations/abilities/disabilities/limitations, that are all momentary existing and functioning in this space that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, where it learns and understands that all and everything are selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self, while performing the yoga practice either in the individual or group yoga class under the specific practice and instruction of a teacher, or in the self practice by oneself alone in solitude and silence without the specific practice and instruction of any other.
It respects the body and mind as it is, not necessarily the way that it desires. It doesn't desire to possess or control the body and mind to be or not to be in certain way.
It respects others and everything in the world of diversity as they are, not necessarily the way that it desires, or the way that it can agree with. It doesn't desire to possess or control all and everything to be or not to be in certain way.
However, as long as the minds still haven't developed the basic essential ability, knowledge, and understanding towards all that,
where they aren't aware, or don't know, or don't understand towards their own current physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation,
or they don't know what is non-grasping, or non-attachment, non-identification, non-craving, non-aversion, non-comparison, non-judgment, and non-expectation,
or they don't know how to make necessary appropriate adjustment to adapt and accommodate the yoga class or the yoga practice in accordance to the current physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation, that they don't know what they can do or cannot do, where they don't know when to go a little further or when to take a break, without hurting the body and mind,
or they don't want and don't know how to accept and respect the body and mind in the present moment now as it is,
or they don't know what is non-forcing or non-violence without hurting the body and mind, without forcing the body and mind beyond its ability and limitation,
or they haven't developed certain degrees of mental and emotional independence, where they don't know what to do or how to act, if without following the instruction of some others, that they need to rely on a leader or a teacher to tell them do this and don't do that, or to make decision of whether to perform or not performing certain actions, and that they haven't know how to take full responsibility towards everything about themselves and their desires and don't desires or their actions, reactions, and inactions, and the consequences of all that, by themselves,
or they don't have the self initiation, or motivation, or discipline, or self management to perform they own self practice in solitude and silence, where they need to follow the instructions of some others, and that they need to be accompanied, acknowledged, and motivated by some others, and etc,
if so, the existence of the different separate yoga practice or yoga class under different level/teacher/intensity/style to suit their particular limitation can help in the beginning, but that must also be engaged with the development of correct understanding and mental and emotional independence, or else, the minds won't evolve at all towards better understanding and independence, even after performing the yoga practice or attending the yoga classes regularly for many years, and be able to do all kinds of yoga asana poses, or exercises, perfectly and comfortably, while enjoying the many momentary physical and mental benefits or side-effects of the regular yoga practice.
This is reflecting directly about the world of many diversities, of the many diverse different minds, of different mentality and personality or states of mind, of different backgrounds and ancestries, of different ways of thinking and belief/disbelief, of different cultural/spiritual/religious/family/communal/regional/national beliefs, values, and practice, of different understanding and desire/don't desire, of different likes and dislikes or agreements and disagreements, of different aspirations and visions, of different behaviors/actions/reactions, and etc, in the world of many diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.
All and everyone need to take their own pace and effort to evolve consciously towards correct understanding and mental and emotional independence.
All and everyone need to learn how to live in peace and harmony with respect and accommodation among all kinds of diversities, devoid of the urge or desire to possess, control, influence, interfere, intimidate, manipulate, exploit, over-power, or hurt one another.
The learning and practicing of yoga among the many diversities in the non-separate all levels yoga class, enables the minds to understand and respect the world of many diversities, directly and effectively, of knowing how to live in peace and harmony among the many diversities, by making necessary appropriate adjustment in oneself to adapt and accommodate (to respect) the different diversities, conditions, and situations in the world that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, devoid of fear, selfishness, possessiveness, intimidation, discrimination, exploitation, interference, influence, manipulation, control, hatred, or violence among one another.
The presence or absence of peace and harmony among the many different diversities depends on the presence or absence of correct understanding and mental and emotional independence in all the minds.
Diversity is the truth of everything. It is inevitable. It is why and how this world is existing and functioning as what it is.
It exists in every single existence, in every single name and form, in every single living organism and non-living object, for all and everything to be what they are, as they are, selflessly, impermanently, limitedly, conditionally, and momentary.
It exists not only in the world of many diversities of the many different bodies and different minds, of different families and different communities, of different living organisms and non-living objects, but it exists within one body and mind, within a family, within a community, within a country, within a region, within any organization, even among clones, that are having the one same identical features or qualities, but they all have their own each selfless existence and function, that has their own particular cause and effect, their own selfless impermanent changes (conscious/voluntary and unconscious/involuntary evolution), and their own limitation and condition.
If not all, but most minds in the world of many diversities are free from the influence of ignorance and egoism, where they have correct understanding and respect towards the truth of diversity, selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self, where they are mentally and emotionally independence, where they know what are constructive/beneficial and what are destructive/hurtful towards all and everything in the world of diversity that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, then the world of all kinds of diverse individuals under diverse communities doesn't need any kind of leadership or leader, not to say, there is needless of egoistic politics and selfish politicians that benefit only oneself and/or one's particular family, or community, or organization, while discriminating, exploiting, and hurting all and everything as much as possible.
If the minds are free from the influence of ignorance, devoid of the idea of 'I' and egoism, they are free from all kinds of attachment and identification, desires of craving and aversion, comparison and expectation, the sense of superiority and inferiority, pride and shame, discrimination, violence, fear, hatred, selfishness, greed, and possessiveness, they will know how to respect all kinds of diversities as they are, without the desire to possess, or control, or manipulate, or interfere all and everything to be or not to be in certain way, where they don't intimidate or influence anyone, and they can never be intimidated or influenced by anyone or anything, then naturally and effortlessly, there will be peace and harmony in the world of diversity that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.
The world of egoistic politics is indeed the creation of the minds functioning under the influence of ignorance and egoism, where the egoistic minds are being over-powered by their own restless egoistic impure modification of the mind, of all kinds of attachment and identity, the desires of craving and aversion, the sense of superiority and inferiority, pride and shame, discrimination, violence, fear, hatred, selfishness, greed, and possessiveness, and hence, they desire to influence or control all and everything to be and not to be in certain way via egoistic politics of hypocrisy/story telling/lies/slanders/threats/temptations/force/violence, by taking advantage of the existing condition and situation, where there are many minds are being deliberately conditioned or influenced and empowered by the selfish minds to be kept functioning under the influence of ignorance and egoism, to hinder the healthy development of clarity and correct understanding, to be mentally and emotionally dependence, where they are being conditioned to think and believe that they need to rely on the existence of leadership or leader to guide them, to think and decide for them, and to regulate and manage everything about themselves and their life existence in certain way or not in certain way, so that all these selfish egoistic politicians can gain the power of control, influence, manipulation, regulation, leadership, and authorization, in order to achieve all their ambitious selfish ideas/desires/aspirations/visions/agendas.
The particular community is being told, or being conditioned to think and believe that they can never be independent, that they need to depend on the existence of leadership or leader for that particular community.
The diverse communities are being told, or being conditioned to think and believe that they can never be independent, that they need to depend on the existence of leadership or leader for all the diverse communities.
The individuals are being told, or being conditioned by the others in their particular community that they can never be independent, that they need to depend on each other in their particular community.
All and everyone are being told, or being conditioned by some others that they need to be patriotic towards their family, their community, their country, their origin/ancestry, and their culture and spirituality or religion. That it is their duty and responsibility to look after and protect their family, their community, their country, their origin/ancestry, and their culture and spirituality or religion, or what they have been told or conditioned to think and believe that it is their identity, of who they are, and who/what/where they belong to.
But, that common idea, or understanding, or values and practice among the many egoistic minds, not just doesn't help to have peace and harmony in the world of many diversities, where the basis or essential of existence, a.k.a. the peace and harmony or supportive healthy environment among the many diversities, is selfless compassion, or selfless actions/functions, that is nothing to do with egoistic personal/family/communal/national/ancestral/cultural/spiritual/religious duty and responsibility, or patriotism and protectiveness towards one's own particular personal and communal attachment and identification of certain qualities of names and forms.
All and everyone are existing and functioning under the selfless support of the selfless energy and elements, as well as the selfless intentionless indiscriminate inter-support among one another under the presence of self independence in all and everyone, where all and everyone carry out their own respective function/duty being what they are, independently, selflessly, and efficiently, without the intention to support/influence/change/control/interfere with any others, but naturally, by carrying out one's respective function/duty independently and efficiently will also be inter-supporting the existence and function of one another, selflessly, indiscriminately, unconditionally, and intentionlessly.
Every single cells in the physical body doesn't have the sense of duty and responsibility, or patriotism, or the intention to benefit or hurt anyone or anything, but under the presence of selfless compassion or selfless actions, each cells are performing their own respective function/duty to be existing and functioning as what they are, that is forming and supporting the entire physical body under different bodily systems/mechanisms/functions/components to be existing and functioning selflessly as what all and everything are.
If egoism, or egoistic politics, exists in every single cells that selflessly forming the diverse systems/mechanisms/functions/components of the physical body for it to be existing and functioning as what it is, the physical body cannot exist at all, not to say, to function as what it is.
This is the same as what has been happening in the world of human beings.
The world of diversities doesn't need egoism to be existing and functioning, not to say, it doesn't need to be run by egoistic politics.
Egoism, or egoistic politics, or egoistic ideas/beliefs/values/practices, is what hinder the presence of peace and harmony among the many diversities, that inflicts and promotes all kinds of selfishness, possessiveness, discrimination, exploitation, cruelty, fighting, killing, wars, fear, hatred, unrest, and violence.
The existence or the survival of egoistic politics cannot exist or survive as what it is, if under the presence of peace and harmony among the diversities. Because it will be out of business. There is no reason/excuse/cause for it to be existing or functioning as what it is, if all kinds of diversities are living in peace and harmony among one another under the presence of correct understanding, mental and emotional independence, respect and accommodation.
That is why the egoistic minds that are interested in engaging in egoistic politics to gain power of control/influence/authorization/regulation to be controlling/influencing/regulating/authorizing all and everything to be and not to be in certain way, in order to achieve all their ambitious selfish desires/aspirations/visions/agendas, they don't want the presence of peace and harmony among the diversities, they want (to inflict/provoke/generate) unrest, fear, discrimination, and hatred among the diversities. The more unrest, fear, discrimination, and hatred that exist among all and everyone, the better condition and situation or opportunity for all these selfish egoistic minds/politicians to achieve all that via egoistic politics.
Such is the ignorance of the world of human beings.
The world of human beings doesn't have to be like that.
The world of all kinds of diverse names and forms, or the selfless existence of all and everything in this space that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, doesn't need the existence of egoism, or egoistic politics, or leaderships, or leaders, to be existing and functioning as what all and everything are, but merely selflessly existing and functioning under the selfless support of the selfless energy and elements, while each and everyone selflessly inter-supporting each other under the presence of selfless compassion, or selfless actions/activities/functions, under each of their own particular background and location, learning and knowledge, skill and talent, interest and experience, ability, opportunity, and possibility, under the presence of energy and mobility, without grasping, without forcing, without violence, without hurting oneself and others, and the surrounding environment that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.
The selfless existence of the body and mind also doesn't belong to the body and mind itself, not to say, the surrounding environment (the nature) that supports and enables the body and mind to be selflessly/impermanently/momentarily/limitedly/conditionally existing and functioning as what it is.
Inquire the truth of everything.
All and everyone have the selfless power of wisdom and compassion that selflessly and intentionlessly help the world to evolve towards peace and harmony, starting from within oneself.
