Inquire towards the neither religious nor spiritual universal mind conquest of yoga and buddhism

The universal mind conquest, or the core of the universal teachings and practice of yoga and/or buddhism, is commonly being categorized by the many worldly egoistic minds, including some of the yoga and buddhism enthusiasts and practitioners as a form of spirituality, if not, a form of religion.

Even when some yoga and/or buddhism practitioners might understood that yoga and buddhism is not a form of religion, but they would refer yoga and buddhism as a form of spirituality.

That is the freedom of the thinking and understanding of the minds.

The core teachings and practice of yoga and/or buddhism about the mind conquest, or the conscious mind evolution, is neither religious nor spiritual.

Regardless of whether the minds believe or disbelieve in, associating or non-associating with, identifying or non-identifying with, or coming or not coming in contact with any kind of religion and/or spirituality that exist in the world of diverse selfless impermanent limited conditional and non-self names and forms, all minds can practice the universal teachings and practice of yoga and/or buddhism, a.k.a. engaging in the process of the mind conquest, or activating the conscious voluntary mind evolution, under the presence of the selfless impermanent limited conditional and non-self conscious awareness, that will also be over-ridding or influencing the unconscious involuntary thought current prompted by the limited and conditional mind thinking and behavior pattern and the intentionless survival instinct.

The idea, belief, values, and practice of any kind of religion and spirituality is merely part of the ceaseless random creation and manifestation of the mind.

Some minds believe in and practice some kind of religion but not spirituality, some minds believe in and practice some kind of spirituality but not religion, as they believe that religion and spirituality are two different things, while some minds believe in and practice both, as they believe that religion and spirituality is the one same thing under different names.

Regardless what the minds think and don't think, believe or don't believe, know or don't know, understand or don't understand, desire or don't desire, behave or don't behave, constructive or destructive, hurtful or non-hurtful, religious and/or spiritual or not, in certain way or not in certain way, the selfless impermanent limited conditional and non-self existence and function of all minds is still what it is, existing and functioning selflessly, impermanently, limitedly, conditionally, and non-selfly.

Regardless of religious and spiritual or not, all minds are naturally/reluctantly/autonomously functioning under the presence and/or influence of the natural manifestation of the veil of ignorance (the selfless restless modification/state of mind occupied by the continuous stream of random voluntary and involuntary thoughts/ideas/feelings/emotions/desires/urges/inspirations/aspirations/wild imaginations/memories flashback/construction of dreams/actions and reactions and etc, the idea of 'I' or the ego or the self awareness or acknowledgement/egoism/impurities/restlessness or restless thought current/process/activities) upon the activation and operation of the perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty/mind of the physical body, functioning under the presence and absence of the selfless impermanent limited conditional and non-self conscious awareness throughout the different states of consciousness/semi-consciousness/unconsciousness.

The idea, belief, values, and practice of religion and spirituality and/or some other ancient or recent ancestral/cultural/tribal/ethnical/social/political/national/global/philosophical/educational/commercial ideas, values, and practices, is non-universal.

All kinds of diverse names and forms (conscious and unconscious/sentient and non-sentient living organisms and non-living objects) are existing and functioning as what they are, and ceaselessly changing/decaying/disintegrating as they are, or all kinds of diversities are subject to the truth of selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self, is universal, regardless of the existence or non-existence of all kinds of diverse ideas, beliefs, values, and practices.

All and everything, including the existence and function of the mind that is part of the many mechanisms/functions/systems/components/organs the physical body under the presence and absence of the conscious awareness upon the different states of consciousness, are all selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self. This is the timeless permanent unchanging truth of all and everything, of all kinds of names and forms, of all kinds of qualities, that are manifesting/existing/functioning/changing/decaying/disintegrating/ceased functioning and existing, that cannot exist or function, not to say, to be ceaselessly changing as they are, if without the selfless support/influence/impact of the selfless energy and the many different selfless supportive and influential/impactful elements and conditions. This is universal.

Without the idea, belief, values, and practice of religion and/or spirituality, the selfless impermanent limited conditional and non-self momentary existence and function of the mortal body and mind of the finite conscious sentient living organisms that is existing and functioning and ceaselessly changing/decaying/disintegrating under the selfless support and influence/impact of the selfless energy and the many different supportive and influential/impactful elements and conditions, is still what it is. This is universal.

The dhamma, or the teachings and practice of yoga and/or buddhism, or the selfless restless modification/thought current of the mind, or the natural veil of ignorance, or the ignorance and the by-products of ignorance, or the nature's law of cause and effect, or the existence and function of the perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty of the physical body, or the mind perception/cognition/awareness/acknowledgement/discrimination/understanding towards pleasurable enjoyment and painful suffering under the presence of conscious awareness regardless of what the mind thinks and believes and identifies as "who/what 'I' am and/or who/what 'I' am not", or the different essential impermanent states of consciousness, or the selfless intentionless survival instinct, or what gives rise to the conscious awareness under the state of consciousness and semi-consciousness, or the all pervading selfless timeless attributeless actionless universal consciousness that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, or what gives live to all kinds of conscious and unconscious sentient and non-sentient living organisms, or the prana/life force, or what enables the selfless manifestation/creation/maintenance/destruction of all kinds of impermanent names and forms (living organisms and non-living objects), or the selfless energy and the selfless elements and conditions, or the infinite space that hosts all and everything indiscriminately that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, or the mind conquest, or the truth of selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self, are all universal.

What is universal, that doesn't change and never change, and that cannot be altered/modified/destroyed, that is permanent and infinite, or all time, or timeless, or attributeless, or indiscriminate, or unconditional, is not being contaminated/determined/affected/changed/modified/damaged/hurt/destroyed by the limited and conditional manifestation/existence/function/maintenance/ceaseless changes/destruction of all kinds of names and forms being what they are, or the presence and absence of the idea, belief, values, and practice of religion and spirituality in the minds of the human beings, or the selfless impermanent changes being what they are (strengthening or weakening/growing or decaying), or the restless or silence of the modification/thought current of the mind, or the understanding and non-understanding of the mind, or the constructive or destructive tendency of the mind, or the beneficial or hurtful action/reaction/behavior of the mind, or the presence and absence of absolute peace, knowledge, and freedom in the mind.

The universal core teachings and practice of yoga and buddhism, or the engagement in the process of mind conquest, or conscious mind evolution, is about modifying/influencing/over-riding/reconditioning/reprogramming the limited and conditional mind thinking and behavior pattern by disciplining/purifying/rendering/quieting/silencing/annihilating the restless egoistic impure modification/thought current of the mind (the natural veil of ignorance), a.k.a. activating the conscious mind evolution, by the selfless impermanent limited conditional and non-self existence and function of the mind itself, that doesn't exist independently outside/without or separated from the existence and function of the physical body of the conscious sentient living organisms that consciously perceiving a selfless impermanent limited conditional and non-self mortal momentary worldly life existence and function, that perceives and attends to the presence of hunger and thirst and sensations/urges/conditions and situations in the surrounding environment for survival of attending to ceaseless life maintenance, ceaseless impermanent changes of illness, injury, weakness, aging/decaying/disintegrating and death/ceased functioning and existing, comfort and discomfort, desirableness and undesirableness, or pleasurable enjoyment and painful suffering, under the presence of the impermanent limited and conditional conscious awareness that doesn't belong to the mind itself, upon the state of consciousness and semi-consciousness, that also doesn't belong to the mind itself.

The existence and function and modification of the mind as well as the presence and absence of conscious awareness in the mind, and the presence of prana/life force that enables, supports, and influences all that to be forming/existing/functioning/disintegrating as they are, also doesn't belong to the mind itself.

None and nothing belong to anyone or anything.

Under the influence of the idea and practice of spirituality, there is the thinking/thought/idea in the minds that think and believe that the mind conquest to purify, discipline, modify, render, silent, or annihilate the restless egoistic impure modification of the mind, is about the 'spiritual' conscious awareness is who they really are, that they think and believe as something pure and infinite and independent, that is separated from the existence and function of the impure and finite and non-independent perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty/mind, not to say, the physical body, where they think and believe that the conscious awareness is their infinite permanent independent individual self existence/consciousness/soul/spirit, that they think and believe is who they really are, a.k.a. their original infinite permanent individual identity that is separated from and residing momentarily in the finite mortal impure body and mind, and hence, the minds think and believe that the conscious self awareness (what the minds think and believe and desire is their infinite and pure consciousness/soul/spirit) is the one that is yearning to be free/liberated from the fleeting worldly momentary life existence of the mortal impure body and mind that is full of all kinds of impurities and painful suffering, and is the one that is performing the yoga and/or buddhism practice to be purifying/disciplining/rendering/modifying/silencing/annihilating the existence and function of the limited and conditional mind and its restless egoistic impure impermanent modification or thought current.

The presence of the selfless impermanent limited conditional and non-self conscious awareness upon the state of consciousness and semi-consciousness in the conscious sentient living organisms, is merely part of the manifestation/existence/function of the mind, that enables the mind to be aware of the existence and function and modification (restless thought current) of itself (self awareness) and to be aware of the internal and external surrounding environment of the physical body and all and everything that the mind perceives through the senses via the sense organs, upon the state of consciousness and semi-consciousness. That's all.

If there is no manifestation/existence/function of the physical body of the conscious sentient living organisms, there is no manifestation/existence/function of the perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting mind. If there is no manifestation/existence/function of the mind, there is no manifestation/existence/function of the conscious awareness.

The physical body can still be existing unconsciously, limitedly and conditionally, under the absence of conscious voluntary mind activities, under the absence of conscious awareness, under the momentary state of unconsciousness/deep sleep/temporary reversible coma due to illness/injury/impact in the brains (the hardware of the mind), or even, permanent non-reversible coma due to serious brains damaged/dysfunction or brain dead, especially under the support of the life supporting machines, that continue to provide energy and other essential life supportive elements and conditions to the non-conscious physical body for maintaining the selfless impermanent limited conditional and non-self life existence, up to a certain extend.

The mind that is functioning under the presence of conscious awareness upon the state of consciousness and semi-consciousness, is the one that is aware of the manifestation/existence/presence of ignorance/doubts/non-understanding/unknown/limitation/vulnerability/powerlessness/insecurity/uncertainty/impermanent changes/fleeting pleasurable enjoyment/painful sorrow/suffering/restlessness/all kinds of impurities, and etc, and hence, the mind has the intense yearning towards absolute peace, knowledge, freedom, and liberation from ignorance and the consequences of ignorance, that is the one performing the yoga and/or buddhism practice to be purifying/disciplining/rendering/modifying/silencing/annihilating the restless impure thought current/process/activities of itself.

The manifestation/existence/presence and absence of the conscious awareness is just what it is, enabling the mind to be awake and aware or to be asleep and unaware or resting. The conscious awareness is actionless and intentionless. The conscious perceiver/knower/thinker/experiencer/action performer/enjoyer/sufferer, a.k.a. the conscious perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty/mind functioning under the presence of the conscious awareness deriving from the all pervading selfless timeless attributeless actionless intentionless silent universal consciousness that doesn't belong to the mind, or any mind, or anyone, or anything.

Under the presence of the conscious awareness, upon the state of consciousness and semi-consciousness, where the mind is aware and semi-aware of the existence and function of itself (the presence of conscious self awareness/acknowledgement/assertiveness, or the ego, or the idea of 'I' in the form of continuous stream of countless thought/idea, or thought wave, or thinking) and is aware and semi-aware of its modification/thought current/thinking/ideas/feelings/emotions/sensations/desires/urges/inspirations/aspirations/anticipations/imaginations/memories flashback/construction of dreams/actions/reactions/behaviors and the consequences of all that, as well as is aware and semi-aware of the external objects of names and forms, sights, sounds, smells, tastes, sensations, the others, interactions, communications, affairs, conditions, and situations in the surrounding environment (the sense of separateness between 'I' and 'not I'), that give rise to the ceaseless restless thought current (the natural manifestation/formation of the veil of ignorance/murkiness/restlessness/disturbance), that hinders the mind to perceive/see/know/understand things as they are, where the mind is ignorantly and spontaneously grasping/attaching unto and associating/identifying with the restless modification/thought current/continuous stream of countless ideas/thoughts/feelings/emotions/desires/urges/imaginations/memories flashback/reflections of the perceived names and forms/actions and reactions, that ceaselessly arising and passing away in the mind, that generates the different impermanent states of mind, to be identifying and acknowledging as the existence of 'I', or this is me/myself/my thinking/my feelings/my emotions/my desires/my actions and my fruit of actions, and so on, that are all selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self.

There is not any permanent independent infinite immortal existence in any of all these impermanent limited conditional manifestation/modification/existence/function of the body and mind as well as all kinds of names and forms, that are all selfless and non-self.

The only 'thing' that is always there as it is, infinite, non-manifested, attributeless, nameless, formless, beginningless, endless, birthless, deathless, decayless, timeless, changeless, actionless, permanent, independent, unlimited, unconditional, that is also selfless, that is neither self nor non-self (non-duality/oneness/non-separateness), that never come or go, that doesn't appear and disappear, that doesn't increase or decrease, that isn't pure nor impure, that is hosting all kinds of selfless impermanent limited conditional and non-self manifestation of diverse names and forms, where all and everything manifesting/forming/existing/changing/ceased existing upon, under respective cause and pace, governed by the indiscriminate nature's law of cause and effect, that is untouched/uncontaminated/undetermined/unaffected/unhurt/undamaged/unchanged by ALL THAT that ceaselessly changing, that come and go, that exist and ceased existing, that can be pure or impure, is the all pervading silent witness selfless universal consciousness that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

This is nothing religious or spiritual, not to say, mystical, or super extraordinary, or unreachable.

Open the mind.

Quiet the mind.

Meditate.

Reflect.

Inquire the truth of everything, including all that is here.

Attain direct realization, and be free.
