Dealing with all kinds of desirable/undesirable, pleasant/unpleasant and agreeable/disagreeable condition and situation in this present moment now wherever we are, are indeed the best time, space and causation for implementing our yoga practice practically.
Upon the presence of desirable/pleasant/agreeable condition and situation, there's no clinging onto this experience, or craving for more of this kind of desirable/pleasant/agreeable experiences.
Upon the absence of desirable/pleasant/agreeable condition and situation, there's no aversion towards the absence of desirable/pleasant/agreeable experiences.
Upon the presence of undesirable/unpleasant/disagreeable condition and situation, there's no aversion towards this kind of undesirable/unpleasant/disagreeable experiences.
Upon the absence of undesirable/unpleasant/disagreeable condition and situation, there's no clinging onto this experience, or craving for the void of undesirable/unpleasant/disagreeable experiences.
If not this practice of freeing the mind from being bound by the egoistic desire of craving and aversion, what else?
