The different states of mind that are interchanging in this present moment

These are the different selfless impermanent states of mind, or 'realms', ceaselessly manifesting, arising, changing, and passing away, continuously interchanging in this present moment, in the selfless restless modification of the selfless mind, of this limited conditional selfless impermanent life existence under the limited conditional selfless function of the selfless impermanent physical body with the selfless impermanent perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking mind, functioning under the presence of the idea of 'I', under the influence of ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness.

- The state of pleasurable, agreeable and desirable comfort and enjoyment (a.k.a. the realm of heaven)

- The state of doubt, envy, jealousy, annoyance, frustration, irritation, offensiveness, defensiveness, pride, arrogance, violence, conflict, vengeance, anger and hatred, and so on (a.k.a. the realm of impurities)

- The state of higher conscience over-powering the basic instinct, lust and impurities (a.k.a. the realm of humanism)

- The state of lower conscience being over-powered by the basic instinct, lust and impurities (a.k.a. the realm of animalism)

- The state of physical, mental and emotional hunger and thirst, restlessness, selfishness, possessiveness, fear, worry, dissatisfaction, discontentment, clinging, craving, longing, boundless desire and greed, and so on (a.k.a. the realm of hungry ghost)

- The state of unpleasant, disagreeable and undesirable discomfort and painful suffering (a.k.a. the realm of hell)

In the selfless impermanent life existence of the selfless physical body and the selfless thinking mind in this present moment, not about 'past lives', not about 'future lives', there are ceaseless births and deaths or selfless impermanent changes of countless 'I' in the form of thought, ceaselessly manifesting 'I' after 'I', born out of ignorance and egoism, powered by ignorance and egoism, and fueling ignorance and egoism, where countless 'I' in different names and forms ceaselessly arising, changing, and passing away, interchanging or transitioning in different states or realms, within the selfless restless modification of the selfless mind.

Upon the annihilation of the restless selfless modification of the selfless mind, upon the annihilation of the idea of 'I', upon the annihilation of passionate egoistic desires of craving/clinging/aversion, upon the annihilation of ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness, in silence and in stillness, in timelessness and in selflessness, there's no selfless impermanent changes, there's no names and forms arising, changing and passing away, or the wheel of 'births and deaths' doesn't exist, and 'suffering' doesn't exist.

If the wheel of births and deaths or suffering doesn't exist, there's needless to be exiting the wheel of births and deaths, or to be free from suffering, that doesn't exist.

There's no suffering. There's no the end of suffering. The end of suffering exists upon the presence of suffering.

The wheel of births and deaths existing and reflecting upon the selfless impermanent changes within the selfless physical body of different conditions, sensations, limitations, abilities, disabilities, illness, growth, decay, aging and disintegration, and within the selfless modification of the selfless mind, where countless thoughts/desires/actions/reactions or different states of the mind, ceaselessly arising, changing and passing away.

The existence and non-existence of the wheel of births and deaths, a.k.a. the selfless impermanent changes in all kinds of selfless impermanent names and forms, or in the selfless physical body and the selfless modification of the mind, is neither good nor bad, neither suffering nor non-suffering, depending on the presence and absence of the veil of ignorance in the selfless perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking mind. 

There's an idea of 'I' under going the wheel of restless births and deaths upon the presence of the idea of 'I' deriving from ignorance and egoism, that attaching towards the selfless impermanent changes.

There's not a permanent and independent existence of 'I' existing to be under going as well as to be exiting the wheel of births and deaths, or the restless selfless impermanent changes in all kinds of sentient or non-sentient selfless names and forms, regardless of whether the selfless mind knows or doesn't know, under the presence of the veil of ignorance or void of the veil of ignorance, under the presence or the absence of the idea of 'I'.

However, under the veil of ignorance and the presence of the idea of 'I', there's grasping or attachment from the idea of 'I' towards the different restless states of the mind, where there are desires of craving and aversion towards the selfless impermanent changes in the selfless physical body and the selfless modification of the mind, and hence, suffering arise in the selfless perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking mind, upon the non-gratification of the desire of craving and aversion reacting towards the selfless impermanent changes in the selfless physical body and the selfless modification of the mind, upon the presence of names and forms, or the objects of the senses, or the selfless impermanent changes that are unpleasant, disagreeable and undesirable to the idea of 'I', upon the absence of names and forms, or the objects of the senses, or the selfless impermanent changes that are pleasant, agreeable and desirable, and hence, the selfless mind perceives suffering, and there's a desire in the selfless mind of wanting and needing to be free from suffering, or to be exiting the wheel of restless births and deaths, or to be free from the selfless impermanent changes.

The wheel of births and deaths doesn't exist upon the silence or the absence of restless selfless thought activities.

The wheel of births and deaths of the countless 'I' transitioning in different realms exists upon the continuous stream of the idea of 'I' attaching towards countless thoughts in different modes, qualities, names and forms, that ceaselessly arising, changing, and passing away, where the countless idea of 'I' keeps transitioning, or arising and passing away, or under going ceaseless births and deaths, in the different realms or the different states of mind.

The different realms of the different selfless restless impure states in the selfless modification of the selfless mind, that are existing and interchanging in NOW, are limited and conditional, selfless and impermanent. However, under the realm of humanism, or the state of higher conscience that is not being over-powered by the lower basic instinct, lust and all kinds of impurities, is the best conducive state of the mind, to be annihilating the veil of ignorance and its by-products.

It is not about being a human being, that this life existence or life form is in the realm of human being. Or, being an animal, that this life existence or life form is in the realm of animal. Or, having accumulated good karma or virtues and merits, that this life existence or life form will be enjoying in the realm of heaven. Or, having accumulated bad karma, that this life existence or life form will be suffering in the realm of hell.

If the mind inquires towards the truth of the selfless impermanent restless modification of the selfless mind, it will see that all realms are manifesting and interchanging within the modification of the mind in the present moment, of all kinds of ceaseless thoughts/feelings/emotions/actions/reactions/desires/craving/aversion/impurities arising, changing, and passing away, generating the different states of the mind, or the different realms, where the mind is in such realm at one moment, and is in another realm at another moment, and keeps on changing. Similarly what is happening in the limited and conditional physical body. There is not a single moment that the mind and the physical body is remaining the same unchanging, where selfless impermanent changes keep happening in all kinds of names and forms that has a beginning and will followed by an end, while ceaseless changes in between the beginning and ending. Every moment of change, is birth, decay and death, or arising, changing and passing away.

There's needless to be annihilating the veil of ignorance upon the absence of the veil of ignorance.

The names and forms are just being what they are, selfless and impermanent.

Suffering exists when there is the presence of the idea of 'I' and grasping or attachment under the presence of the veil of ignorance. Suffering doesn't exist when there is the absence of the idea of 'I' and grasping or attachment under the absence of the veil of ignorance.

Form is emptiness. Emptiness is form.

Form is not different from emptiness. Emptiness is not different from form.

All are selfless and impermanent.

By knowing Thyself, being free from ignorance and egoism, being free from suffering deriving from ignorance and egoism, and transcending all states of mind or realms, it doesn't change the truth of all kinds of names and forms are selfless and impermanent governed by the nature's law of cause and effect.

Inquire the truth of everything, and be free.

This is why the observation of non-blind believing, non-blind following, non-blind practicing, non-blind propagating, self-inquiry, self-independence, self-effort, renunciation, dispassion, seclusion, solitude and silence in the path of yoga and buddhism is highly important to be annihilating the idea of 'I' and the veil of ignorance and egoism efficiently, to know Thyself, to realize selflessness and impermanence in all kinds of names and forms.
