Superiority and inferiority vs neither superior nor inferior

There is a bridge that is made only to hold certain limited weight, and that can only accommodate a single person to cross over the river at one time.

Under the influence of the veil of ignorance, many minds are being conditioned by the worldly egoistic idea, belief, values, and practice about the existence of superiority and inferiority (ranking/title/position/power/authority/caste/family background/lineage/social status/skin colour/gender/physical appearance/mental state/physical and mental ability and disability/accomplishment and non-accomplishment/success and failure/educational opportunity and achievement/nationality and citizenship/spirituality and religion/etc), where the minds would discriminate and acknowledge and identify themselves and others as 'who is superior and who is inferior', or 'who is more or less superior and who is less or more inferior than the others'.

The ones that identify themselves as more superior than the others, would think and believe that they rightfully have the priority to cross the bridge first before the others who are more inferior than them, while the others who think and believe that they are more inferior than the others should autonomously let the others whom they think and believe as more superior to cross first.

Most of the time, the ones that identify themselves as more superior than all the others (from both sides of the river) are all insisting that they themselves have the priority and that they should cross first, and hence, all of them cross the bridge at the same time and end up getting stuck in the middle of the bridge, and if out of pride and arrogance, where none of them would retreat, the bridge will eventually collapse and so are all those prideful arrogant minds.

Meanwhile, the ones that identify themselves as more inferior than the others (from both sides of the river) are all insisting that they themselves shouldn't cross the bridge not until the other cross first, and hence, none of them would cross the bridge, and just wait for the others from the other side of the river to cross first.

The minds that are free from the sense of superiority and inferiority, where they don't identify themselves and/or others as more or less superior or inferior, they would acknowledge one another and cross the bridge one after another, regardless of who goes first, without any problem.

The bridge doesn't belong to anyone, even if the bridge was built by someone, under the initiation, effort, support, idea, and design of someone.

There is neither more priority nor less priority in anyone.

All and everyone respect one another.

All and everyone just take their turn to cross the bridge, one after another.

All and everyone would show thankfulness to each and everyone upon crossing, one by one, one after another, smoothly.

All and everyone would also look after the condition of the bridge that benefits all and everyone to cross from both sides of the river.

Needless to have superiority and inferiority, or more and less priority.

Needless to fight against one another (bullying, over-powering, sabotaging, and conquering one another).

Needless to have pride or shame.

Needless to have arrogance or humility.

But all and everyone just be kind and help one another (from being dependent to become independent).

There are many minds might think and believe that this is merely an unrealistic ideology/philosophy, that it doesn't work or cannot exist in the world of human beings that is strongly being empowered and rooted in selfishness, pride, sense of ownership and belonging, possessiveness, greed, endless accumulation and hoarding of wealth and enjoyment, as well as 'governed by' the sense of superiority and inferiority, in order to survive and prosper, is merely because they are functioning under the influence of the veil of ignorance.

Just as there are parents/teachers would think and believe that the children/students need to be brought up/disciplined/moulded/conditioned by force under the presence of threatening painful physical and mental intimidation and punishment, if not, by temptation under the presence and absence of reward, in order for them to become 'good' and 'obedient' and 'successful' and 'giving back' in the way that the parents/teachers expect them to be.

Just as many minds would think and believe that they need to be the bully that bully others, in order not to be bullied by the others.

The world of human beings doesn't need to be like that, at all.

Sustainable survival and prosperity (sufficiency, neither insufficiency nor abundance) for all and everyone will be there as it is, naturally, upon more minds are free from the influence of the veil of ignorance, under the absence of the sense of superiority and inferiority (even if there are many existing inevitable differences and conditions as well as there are different degrees of livelihood or financial development, opportunity, and status among all and everyone in different regions and areas), when there are more kindness and generosity while less cruelty and selfishness, under the absence of pride, sense of ownership and belonging, possessiveness, greed, endless accumulation and hoarding of wealth and enjoyment, or boundless ambitious aspirations and ambitions that exploit and destroy all and everyone and everything to the maximum, where the minds understand that none and nothing belong to anyone or anything, while all and everyone has the basic universal common sense or conscience to be kind to and look after oneself as well as one another, in order to support and develop and empower a conducive healthy living environment and condition for all and everyone, indiscriminately and unconditionally.

The ones that cross the bridge before or after one another, it's not because of who is more superior or inferior, or who is younger or elder, or who is male or female, or who is darker or fairer skin colour, or who is more or less beautiful and attractive, or who is more or less successful and contributing, or who has more or less priority, or who deserves more or less respect, or who has higher or lower ranking/title/caste/power/authority, but all and everyone naturally and wittingly coordinate with one another to create a smooth flow of movement or traffic under the presence of correct understanding or clarity.

Under the presence of certain emergency situation, the ones that have the need or urgency to go first will go first, under the acknowledgement and understanding of all and everyone. Such as on the road, where all drivers will autonomously move their car aside and allow the ambulance to pass urgently.

That action or behavior should come from the presence of basic universal common sense, or conscience, or kindness/generosity, deriving from the presence of correct understanding or clarity in the mind, not because of there is the existence of manmade law and order or rules and regulations that the drivers are being threatened and will be prosecuted with certain type of prosecution and punishment, if they don't obey the law and order about all drivers should move their car aside to allow the emergency ambulance to pass smoothly.

If all the minds in the world are free from the influence of the veil of ignorance, where all minds are functioning under the presence of correct understanding or clarity, there is needless of all those manmade worldly egoistic rules and regulations or law and order that only serves very little or completely no effect of 'controlling' people's activity and behavior in certain way and not in certain way, where the minds, especially those so called 'world leaders or law makers that were either self-proclaimed or being given certain power of authority by the people that impact all and everyone and everything directly and indirectly', that are functioning under the influence of the veil of ignorance will still be acting and behaving ignorantly regardless of whether they will be prosecuted and punished under the presence of local and global international law and order, or not, and whether their ranking/title/power of authority will be stripped off, or not. These minds that are functioning under the influence of the veil of ignorance will still be continuously acting and behaving ignorantly in the way that hurt all and everyone and everything, due to the absence of correct understanding or clarity in these minds.

That is why the upmost important element or the core pillar/foundation/structure to build, or support, or empower a relationship, or a family, or a community, or a country, or a world, or the highest duty of all humanity, is about the mind conquest, or the mind conscious evolution, or the annihilation of the veil of ignorance in the mind, by the mind itself.

The king is a powerless 'king' upon none see and acknowledge him as the king. The power of a king is given and empowered by the people.

The bully is a powerless 'bully' upon none play along 'the game of the bully and the victim of bully' with it. The power of bully is given and empowered by the ones who accept the bullying, that entertain the bully, and that give attention, acknowledgement, and importance to the bully and its bullying.

The belief and values is nothing upon none believe in it or practice it.

Inquire the truth of everything, and be free.

The different level and intensity in the yoga practice or the yoga class

The different level or intensity in the yoga practice, regardless of whether it is in one's self practice, or in the yoga class under the instruction of a teacher, regardless of whether it is individual class or group class under specific level/intensity/style/lineage, is for the minds or the yoga practitioners to develop correct understanding and mental and emotional independence, at their own pace.

The yoga practice, or the yoga class, or the different positions or movements, is just what it is. It is neither beginner/easy nor intermediate/moderate nor advanced/intense or difficult.

The same yoga class can appear to be intense for some while not intense for some others.

The same yoga practice can be difficult for some while easy for some others, as well as for the same person on different practice at different timing under different physical and/or mental condition.

The same yoga class can appear to be physically easy while mentally intense for the practitioners, and vice versa.

It is not about following a particular set of practice/routine/yoga poses/movements in particular order and timing rigidly, or be able to do everything or perform the complete set of routine/poses/movements in every practice, or in the yoga class.

It is about do what is needed by the body and mind, and do what is possible, in the present moment NOW, in accordance to the current physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation, that is impermanent and non-self, without forcing or hurting the body and mind, while performing the yoga practice, in every practice or in the yoga class.

It is never about blind-following or blind-practicing regardless of the current condition or situation in the body and mind, and/or in the surrounding environment.

The yoga practice is existing for the conscious perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting mind to develop the awareness and understanding towards what is happening in the body and mind as well as in the surrounding environment, or in the world of many diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, while be able to make necessary adjustment in oneself, to adapt and accommodate the current condition and situation in the body and mind and in the surrounding environment, regardless of whether agreeable or disagreeable, desirable or undesirable, and pleasant or unpleasant, without being determined or disturbed by all THAT that are all selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self.

There is absence of possessiveness and control towards the selfless impermanent limited and conditional existence and function of the body and mind, or the surrounding environment, to be or not to be in certain way, in accordance to one's desire and don't desire, while just do one's best to perform conscious actions under the presence of correct understanding for maintaining the condition of the body and mind and the surrounding environment up to a certain extend or limitation, that is beneficial or supportive towards all and everyone and everything, selflessly, independently, and indiscriminately, devoid of grasping, or the idea of 'I' and egoism.

If all minds have the correct understanding and mental and emotional independence, there is needless of the existence of yoga class or yoga practice, especially separating/discriminating the yoga practitioners and the yoga class and yoga practice into different levels/intensity/styles/teachers/lineages/paths, because the main objective of yoga is about be able to be co-existing or living in peace and harmony among the many diversities under the presence of correct understanding, that give rise to respect, adjustment, adaptation, and accommodation among the many diversities, as well as realizing the truth of selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self in all kinds of names and forms in the world of many diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, upon the annihilation of the veil of ignorance.

That mental development of correct understanding and mental and emotional independence can be developed and achieved while performing one's own self practice in solitude and silence, being aware of the selfless impermanent condition, ability, and limitation of the body and mind that is conditional and non-self, realizing the truth of diversity within the body and mind that enabling the body and mind to be existing and functioning as what it is, but even more so, while participating in an individual yoga class under the specific practice and instruction of a yoga teacher or many different yoga teachers, especially in the non-separate all levels group yoga class with many different bodies and different minds under different impermanent conditions, abilities, and limitations being present in the same class, learning and doing the same practice, while learning how to make necessary adjustment to adapt and accommodate the yoga practice or the yoga class that is not necessary exactly the way that each and everyone desires it to be, where all and everyone has their own particular physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation, and might prefer the yoga practice or the yoga class to be more or less easy/moderate/intense/slow/fast/relaxing/stimulating/challenging.

Instead of trying to possess, or control, or desire, or expect the yoga practice or the yoga class and the surrounding environment of many others to be exactly the way that one desires and doesn't desire, to accommodate one's own particular condition, ability, and limitation, one constantly makes necessary adjustment to adapt and accommodate the yoga practice or the yoga class being what it is, without forcing or hurting oneself, while respects and accommodates the surrounding environment of the many different others of the many different diversities with the many different desires and don't desires under the many different conditions, abilities, and limitations, being what they are, as they are, without forcing or hurting others and the surrounding environment.

The entire yoga practice is about the elimination of the idea of 'I'/the ego and egoism, or the veil of ignorance, or the development of non-grasping, or non-attachment, non-identification, non-craving, non-aversion, non-comparison, non-judgment, non-expectation, non-forcing, or non-violence.

It is about developing the correct understanding not only for making necessary adjustment to adapt and accommodate the different impermanent condition, ability, and limitation of the body and mind, and the different yoga practice or yoga class under different teachers, practitioners, intensity, style, condition, and situation, but even more so, to make necessary adjustment to adapt and accommodate the ever changing condition and situation in the surrounding living environment, and to respect and accommodate all kinds of diversities as they are, regardless of agreeable or disagreeable, to be co-existing in the surrounding environment that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

It is not about learning how to perform all kinds of different yoga asana poses, or exercises, or sets of routine in a particular order and timing, and be able to perform all those yoga asana poses, or exercises, or sets of routine, eventually and perfectly.

There is neither right nor wrong with the existence of the different separate yoga classes under different levels/intensity/teachers/styles as well.

Because there are many minds have certain physical and/or mental limitation or difficulty in developing such physical and mental development of correct understanding and self independence, and hence, there is the momentary existence of the different separate yoga classes and yoga practices under the name of beginner/intermediate/advanced level under different styles and intensity, to suit all the different bodies and different minds under different conditions, abilities, and limitations, to evolve physically and mentally at their own pace.

Once they developed certain degrees of correct understanding and the essential mental and emotional independence, where they have certain degrees of awareness and understanding towards the yoga practice and the current physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation, that they know what they can do and cannot do physically and/or mentally in the present moment, where they know how to make necessary adjustment by themselves, to adapt and accommodate the yoga practice or the yoga class in accordance to the current condition and situation of the body and mind as well as the surrounding environment, then they can either perform their own self practice in solitude and silence, or they can attend any kind of yoga class under any yoga teacher under any level/style/intensity, especially in the non-separate all levels group class.

As it is not only in the non-separate all levels group class, but even in the separate different levels and/or different intensity yoga classes, each and everyone also needs to make necessary adjustment in accordance to the current physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation, that is ever changing.

Everyone just do what they can do in the present moment, respecting the current physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation as it is, without forcing or hurting the body and mind, knowing when to continue, or go further, or take a break, or stop completely.

Knowing and respecting towards all these desirable and undesirable conditions, abilities, and limitations, are all impermanent and non-self.

Taking full responsibility towards all one's understanding and non-understanding, decision making, desires and don't desires, actions and inactions, and the consequences of all that.

The minds that understand, they can do their own self practice in solitude and silence, or they can attend any kind of yoga classes under any level/intensity/style/practice/teacher, by making necessary adjustment to adapt and accommodate the different condition and situation of oneself, the surrounding environment, or the other different yoga practitioners, or the different level/intensity/style/practice/exercise/movement/routine/teacher, without expecting or desiring the yoga class, or the yoga practice, or the yoga teachers, or the other yoga practitioners, or the level/intensity/style/practice/exercise/movement/routine to be or not to be in certain way.

For the minds that have developed certain degrees of correct understanding towards the basic teachings and practice of yoga, it is not only about knowing how to perform some or all of the yoga asana and pranayama, chanting and prayer, cleansing, concentration, and relaxation practice independently with maximum awareness/attentiveness, and having the correct understanding and respect towards their own current physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation, but even more so, it is about applying the essential practice of non-grasping, or non-attachment, non-identification, non-craving, non-aversion, non-comparison, non-judgment, and non-expectation in everyday life affair, upon performing all kinds of actions/duties/responsibilities in life and at rest or inaction.

There is no difference between beginner/easy practice and intermediate/moderate practice and advanced/intensive practice in the individual or group yoga class under the presence of a yoga teacher or different yoga teachers giving specific practice and instruction, or in one's own self practice in solitude and silence at home or anywhere, regardless of whether the yoga practice (as well as the dissemination or the study of the teachings/dhamma) might appear to be easy/gentle, or moderate/neither easy nor difficult, or intense/challenging for the different physical bodies in accordance to their current physical condition, ability (what it can do), and limitation (what it cannot do) in the present moment, as well as for the different minds in accordance to their current mental state/condition, ability (clarity/sharpness/quietness/openness and correct understanding), and limitation (murkiness/restlessness/disturbance/closed-mindedness and non-understanding).

It is just the practice.

Regardless of whether in the individual or group yoga class under the presence of a yoga teacher giving specific set of practice and instruction, or in one's own self practice in solitude and silence, everyone who have different physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation, know and understand about their own particular impermanent condition, ability, and limitation in the present moment now, and know how to make appropriate adjustment to adapt and accommodate the yoga class or the yoga practice being what it is, of knowing when to continue or take a break, or practice as much as it can comfortably, without forcing the body and mind beyond its ability and limitation during the entire class or practice, as well as in everyday life affair.

The yoga class or the yoga practice is just what it is, where it doesn't has the quality, or separation, or distinction of beginner/easy, or intermediate/moderate, or advanced/intensive.

Different bodies and/or different minds under different conditions, abilities, and limitations can attend the same class performing the same set of practice, but with their own adjustment making to adapt and accommodate the yoga practice or the yoga class in accordance to their own current physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation, at their own pace, at their own comfort.

The mind that understands, will only do what it can do or what is possible in the present moment now, while makes necessary adjustment and adaptation if there is a need to adjust, adapt, and accommodate.

They don't have to do everything, they don't have to be like the others, or they don't have to look the same like everyone else.

There is absence of craving, aversion, comparison, judgment, or expectation.

There is absence of the sense of superiority or inferiority, or the sense of accomplishment or failure, or the sense of high or low self esteem or confidence, or the sense of pride and shame, or the sense of annoyance, impatience, or intimidation, or the urge to control or interfere.

The yoga practitioner is not being annoyed or intimidated by the yoga class, or the yoga practice being what it is, that appears to be too easy/gentle, or just nice, or too challenging/intense for the current condition, ability, and limitation of the body and mind.

It is not being annoyed by the other yoga practitioners that appear to be less strong and/or less flexible than oneself, or having certain physical and/or mental limitation that oneself doesn't have.

It is not being intimidated by the other yoga practitioners that appear to be more strong and/or more flexible than oneself, or having certain physical and/or mental ability that oneself doesn't have.

Instead, being surrounded by all kinds of diversities while performing the yoga practice or attending the yoga class, the mind develops correct understanding, respect, and accommodation towards the world of countless diversities under the many different qualities of names and forms/conditions/situations/abilities/disabilities/limitations, that are all momentary existing and functioning in this space that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, where it learns and understands that all and everything are selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self, while performing the yoga practice either in the individual or group yoga class under the specific practice and instruction of a teacher, or in the self practice by oneself alone in solitude and silence without following the specific practice and instruction of any other.

It respects the body and mind as it is, not necessarily the way that it desires. It doesn't desire to possess or control the body and mind to be or not to be in certain way.

It respects others and everything in the world of diversity as they are, not necessarily the way that it desires, or the way that it can agree with. It doesn't desire to possess or control all and everything or the surrounding environment to be or not to be in certain way.

It is not being annoyed by the others, or it doesn't intimidate/bully/exploit/look down the others who have less strength/forbearance/adaptability/understanding/knowledge/talent/skill/experience/opportunity/achievement than oneself, or who have certain limitation that oneself doesn't have.

It is not being intimidated by the others, or it doesn't have fear/jealousy/admiration/imitation towards the others who have more strength/forbearance/adaptability/understanding/knowledge/talent/skill/experience/opportunity/achievement than oneself, or who have certain ability that oneself doesn't have.

However, as long as the minds still haven't developed the basic essential ability, knowledge, and understanding towards all that,

where they aren't aware, or don't know, or don't understand towards their own current physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation,

or they don't know what is non-grasping, or non-attachment, non-identification, non-craving, non-aversion, non-comparison, non-judgment, and non-expectation,

or they don't know how to make necessary appropriate adjustment to adapt and accommodate the yoga class or the yoga practice in accordance to the current physical and mental condition, ability, and limitation, that they don't know what they can do or cannot do, where they don't know when to go a little further or when to take a break, without hurting the body and mind,

or they don't want and don't know how to accept and respect the body and mind in the present moment now as it is,

or they don't know what is non-forcing or non-violence without hurting the body and mind, without forcing the body and mind beyond its ability and limitation,

or they haven't developed certain degrees of mental and emotional independence, where they don't know what to do or how to act, if without following the instruction of some others, that they need to rely on a leader or a teacher to tell them do this and don't do that, or to make decision of whether to perform or not performing certain actions, and that they haven't know how to take full responsibility towards everything about themselves and their desires and don't desires, or their actions, reactions, and inactions, and the consequences of all that, by themselves,

or they don't have the self initiation, or motivation, or discipline, or self management to perform they own self practice in solitude and silence, where they need to follow the instructions of some others, and that they need to be noticed, accompanied, acknowledged, recognized, approved, complimented, and motivated by some others, and etc,

if so, the existence of the different separate yoga practice or yoga class under different level/teacher/intensity/style to suit their particular limitation can help in the beginning, but that must also be engaged with the development of correct understanding and mental and emotional independence, or else, the minds won't evolve at all towards better understanding and independence, even after performing the yoga practice or attending the yoga classes regularly for many years, and be able to do all kinds of yoga asana poses, or exercises, perfectly and comfortably, while enjoying the many momentary physical and mental benefits or side-effects of the regular yoga practice.

The mind that doesn't develop and/or have the correct understanding, even after having been attending yoga classes and performing yoga practice for many years regularly, and gaining many types of momentary benefits from the regular yoga practice, but then, it still has the egoistic attachment and identification, comparison and judgment, desire and expectation, as well as separateness, discrimination, possessiveness, and control of, "I am a beginner/intermediate/advanced level yoga practitioner, and my body and mind is suitable for easy/moderate/intense yoga practice or yoga class," as well as, "This yoga class or yoga practice of specific level/intensity, is only for me and/or people like me. All the others on different levels of different condition, ability, and limitation, shouldn't be in this yoga class with me and/or people like me, or doing this yoga practice together with me and/or people like me."

This is reflecting directly about the world of many diversities, of the many diverse different minds, of different mentality and personality or states of mind, of different backgrounds and ancestries, of different ways of thinking and belief/disbelief, of different cultural/spiritual/religious/family/communal/regional/national beliefs, values, and practice, of different understanding and desires/don't desires, of different likes and dislikes or agreements and disagreements, of different aspirations and visions, of different behaviors/actions/reactions, and etc, in the world of many diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

The many minds in the world of human beings that don't have the correct understanding, they have the egoistic attachment and identification, comparison and judgment, desire and expectation, as well as separateness, discrimination, possessiveness, and control of, "I am from here. My family is from here. My community is from here. This is our land, our home, and our country. This land and this country is only for me, my family, and my community. We have the rights to be here. All the others who are not one of us, they are the outsiders or foreigners, they don't have the rights to be here."

Just like most animals have the basic instinct of marking their own territory, being possessive towards the surrounding environment and community.

The mind of human beings functioning under the influence of ignorance, also think and believe that they are just like all kinds of animals, human beings are also one kind of animal, and so, it is normal and inevitable to have this type of thinking and behavior pattern.

Nope. No doubt that human beings are also one kind of animal, but the world of human beings doesn't need to be like that, at all.

If (only) they want, human beings can evolve consciously to be free from being conditioned by such basic instinct. However, under the influence of ignorance, the idea of 'I', and egoism, most minds not only aren't initiated, or are reluctant/rejecting to evolve consciously to transcend such basic instinct that hurt themselves and others and the surrounding environment, but in order for them to gain the power of possession, control, and influence towards all the others in order to achieve their particular desires/aspirations/visions/agendas, they deliberately hinder or suppress the conscious evolution or development of all the others towards correct understanding and mental and emotional independence, as they will be loosing the power of possession, control, or influence towards the others, if all the others evolve consciously and developed correct understanding and mental and emotional independence, as all the others that are mentally and emotionally independent won't be intimidated, or lured, or influenced, or controlled by them or any others.

Even in the world of animals, they can also evolve consciously, and have stronger cognition (the capability to learn and evolve or to improve and understand), independence, contentment, self control, discipline, restraint, patience, perseverance, determination, forbearance, adjustment, adaptation, accommodation, generosity, and kindness than many human beings that are so smart and intelligent that they can give themselves many excuses, or justifications, or stories telling/lies, for being ignorant and continuously empowering ignorance in oneself and others.

All and everyone need to take their own pace and effort to evolve consciously towards correct understanding and mental and emotional independence.

All and everyone need to learn how to live in peace and harmony with respect and accommodation among all kinds of diversities, devoid of the urge or desire to possess, control, influence, interfere, intimidate, manipulate, exploit, over-power, or hurt one another.

The learning and practicing of yoga among the many diversities in the non-separate all levels yoga class, enables the minds to understand and respect the world of many diversities, directly and effectively, of knowing how to live in peace and harmony among the many diversities, by making necessary appropriate adjustment in oneself to adapt and accommodate (to respect) the different diversities, conditions, and situations in the world that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, devoid of fear, selfishness, possessiveness, intimidation, discrimination, exploitation, interference, influence, manipulation, control, hatred, or violence among one another.

The presence or absence of peace and harmony among the many different diversities depends on the presence or absence of correct understanding and mental and emotional independence in all the minds.

Diversity is the truth of everything. It is inevitable. It is why and how this world is existing and functioning as what it is.

It exists in every single existence, in every single name and form, in every single living organism and non-living object, for all and everything to be what they are, as they are, selflessly, impermanently, limitedly, conditionally, and momentary.

It exists not only in the world of many diversities of the many different bodies and different minds, of different families and different communities, of different living organisms and non-living objects, but it exists within one body and mind, within a family, within a community, within a country, within a region, within any organization, even among clones, that are having the one same identical features or qualities, but they all have their own each selfless existence and function, that has their own particular cause and effect, their own selfless impermanent changes (conscious/voluntary and unconscious/involuntary evolution), and their own limitation and condition.

*Oneness or non-separateness or non-duality, doesn't mean non-diversity or uniformity or one single uniform identical identity, by disallowing, rejecting, and eliminating all kinds of different qualities of names and forms in the world of diversity to only allow or have one single uniform quality of name and form to be existing, where many minds would interpret oneness or non-separateness or non-duality in such way functioning under the influence of ignorance, especially the greedy ambitious prideful self-righteous minds/individuals/politicians/leaders that desire to conquer/possess/control not only the particular area/region/land/space/natural resources/community of where they are, but they also desire to conquer/possess/control all the other areas/regions/lands/space/natural resources/communities beyond where they are, where in truth, all and everyone and everything and everywhere in this world, in this space, doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

As long as any community still think and believe that, "We are from here. Our ancestors were from here. This is our land. This is our space. This is our country. This is our home. This is our pride. This is our belonging/possession. We belong here and here belongs to us. It is our duty and responsibility to protect our land, our space, our country, our home, and our pride from any outsiders/foreigners/the others that are not one of us. We have the rights to be here. Others who are not one of us don't have the rights to be here," then there will never be peace in oneself and the surrounding environment of many others, not even among the one single particular community of one particular uniform quality of name and form, as the minds in that one particular community are all functioning under the influence of ignorance, the idea of 'I', and egoism. There will always be conflict arising in oneself, not to say, among the relationship with another, the family, the sibling, or the entire community, due to the minds are functioning under the influence of ignorance, the idea of 'I', and egoism.

There is nothing wrong with there are many different communities or countries with their own particular leader(s) of the particular country/area/region/community in the world that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, just like the existence of any company with many different departments requires one or few or many manager(s) to manage or organize or facilitate everything for the company to be running and functioning as what it is, but it is highly important for all the leaders/managers/organizers/facilitators/public servants/teachers/educators/parents/caretakers in any country/area/region/community/family, that they must free themselves from the influence of ignorance, the idea of 'I', and egoism, then only they can help everyone in the particular country/area/region/community/family to also be free from the influence of ignorance, a.k.a. the conscious development of correct understanding and mental and emotional independence, where none desires to intimidate/possess/control/exploit/hurt anyone or anything. Then, peace will manifest naturally and effortlessly.

It is a very simple understanding about the highly importance of the conscious development of independence.

Having some managers to manage or facilitate everything in the company, but if the staff are not independent, where they cannot perform their duty independently and efficiently, where all kinds of problems will keep building up until the company will collapse eventually.

If out of possessiveness and control, the parents never guide, or teach, or allow the children to become physically, mentally, and emotionally independent, then all kinds of problems will keep building up, and all and everyone in the family will suffer, especially when the parents are becoming older and weaker.

Similarly, having one or few leader(s) to lead/control/regulate/manage the country, but if the community are lack of correct understanding and are not mentally and emotionally independent, where all kinds of problems will keep building up, from within oneself to the surrounding environment, from personal to family to community, until the country will collapse eventually.

Selfish ambitious egoistic leaders/politicians of any country, that try to hinder or suppress the development of correct understanding and mental and emotional independence in the community in order to gain and maintain the power of control/authority for achieving all their own boundless selfish desires/aspirations/visions/agendas, to create or build a world in accordance to their particular desire and don't desire, will eventually be 'eaten' by their own deeds/creations.

x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x

If not all, but if most minds in the world of many diversities are free from the influence of ignorance and egoism, where they have correct understanding and respect towards the truth of diversity, selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self, where they are mentally and emotionally independence, where they know what are constructive/beneficial and what are destructive/hurtful towards all and everything in the world of diversity that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, then the world of all kinds of diverse individuals under diverse communities doesn't need any kind of leadership or leader, not to say, there is needless of egoistic politics and selfish politicians that benefit only oneself and/or one's particular family, or community, or organization, while discriminating, exploiting, intimidating, bullying, and hurting all and everything as much as possible.

If the minds are free from the influence of ignorance, devoid of the idea of 'I' and egoism, they are free from all kinds of attachment and identification, desires of craving and aversion, comparison and expectation, the sense of superiority and inferiority, pride and shame, discrimination, violence, fear, hatred, selfishness, greed, envy, and possessiveness, they will know how to respect all kinds of diversities as they are, without the desire to possess, or control, or manipulate, or interfere all and everything to be or not to be in certain way, where they don't intimidate or influence anyone, and they can never be intimidated or influenced by anyone or anything, then naturally and effortlessly, there will be peace and harmony in the world of diversity that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

The world of egoistic politics is indeed the creation of the minds functioning under the influence of ignorance and egoism, where the egoistic minds are being over-powered by their own restless egoistic impure modification of the mind (the veil of ignorance), of all kinds of attachment and identity, the desires of craving and aversion, the sense of superiority and inferiority, pride and shame, discrimination, violence, fear, hatred, selfishness, greed, envy, self-righteousness, and possessiveness, and hence, they desire to possess, influence, or control all and everything to be and not to be in certain way via egoistic politics of hypocrisy/story telling/lies/slanders/threats/temptations/force/violence, by taking advantage of the existing condition and situation, where there are many minds are being conditioned or influenced and empowered by the selfish minds to be kept functioning under the influence of ignorance and egoism deliberately, to hinder the healthy development of clarity and correct understanding, to be mentally and emotionally inter-dependent, where they are being conditioned to think and believe that they need to rely on the existence of leadership or leader to guide them, to think and decide for them, and to regulate and manage everything about themselves and their life existence in certain way or not in certain way, so that all these selfish egoistic politicians can gain the power of control, influence, manipulation, regulation, leadership, and authorization, in order to achieve all their ambitious selfish ideas/desires/aspirations/visions/agendas.

The particular community is being told, or being conditioned to think and believe that they can never be independent, that they need to depend on the existence of leadership or leader for that particular community.

The diverse communities are being told, or being conditioned to think and believe that they can never be independent, that they need to depend on the existence of leadership or leader for all the diverse communities.

The individuals are being told, or being conditioned by the others in their particular community that they can never be independent, that they need to depend on each other in their particular community.

All and everyone are being told, or being conditioned by some others that they need to be patriotic towards their family, their community, their country, their origin/ancestry, and their culture and spirituality or religion. That it is their duty and responsibility to look after and protect their family, their community, their country, their origin/ancestry, and their culture and spirituality or religion, or what they have been told or conditioned to think and believe that it is their identity, of who they are, and who/what/where they belong to, and that belonged to them.

But, that common idea, or understanding, or values and practice of empowering the sense of duty and responsibility of any particular personal and group identity, nationalism, patriotism, gangsterism, sense of belonging, possessiveness, self-protectiveness, pride, and self-righteousness, that exists among the many egoistic minds, not just doesn't help to have peace and harmony, but inflict and empower unrest and disharmony in the world of many diversities, where the basis or the essential of existence, a.k.a. the peace and harmony or the supportive healthy environment among the many diversities, is selfless compassion, or selfless actions/functions, that is nothing to do with egoistic personal/family/communal/national/ancestral/cultural/spiritual/religious duty and responsibility, or patriotism and protectiveness towards one's own particular personal and communal attachment and identification of certain qualities of names and forms.

All and everyone are existing and functioning under the selfless support of the selfless energy and elements, as well as the selfless intentionless indiscriminate inter-support among one another under the presence of self independence in all and everyone, where all and everyone carry out their own respective function/duty being what they are, independently, selflessly, and efficiently, without the intention to support/influence/change/control/intimidate/interfere with any others, but naturally, by carrying out one's respective function/duty independently and efficiently, will also be inter-supporting the existence and function of one another, selflessly, indiscriminately, unconditionally, and intentionlessly.

Every single cell in the physical body doesn't have the sense of duty and responsibility, or patriotism, or the intention to benefit or hurt anyone or anything, but under the presence of selfless compassion or selfless actions, each cells are carrying out their own respective function/duty to be existing and functioning as what they are, that is forming and supporting the entire physical body operating under different bodily systems/mechanisms/functions/components to be existing and functioning selflessly as what all and everything are.

If egoism, or egoistic politics, exists in every single cell that selflessly forming the diverse systems/mechanisms/functions/components of the physical body for it to be existing and functioning as what it is, the physical body cannot exist at all, not to say, to function as what it is.

This is the same as what has been happening in the world of human beings.

There is no egoism exists in every single cell that formed the entire physical structure of diversity, of many different components/systems/mechanisms/functions, for life existence and maintenance of life existence of the body and mind to be what it is, but there is this "ego (the idea of 'I') and egoism that doesn't need to be there at all" in the form of idea/thought/thinking/belief/value, existing in the thinking and acting mind, that derived from ignorance and being empowered or fed by ignorance, that keep hurting oneself and others and the surrounding environment.

The world of diversities doesn't need egoism to be existing and functioning, not to say, it doesn't need to be run by egoistic politics.

Egoism, or egoistic politics, or egoistic ideas/beliefs/values/practices, is what hinder the presence of peace and harmony among the many diversities, that inflicts and promotes all kinds of selfishness, possessiveness, discrimination, exploitation, cruelty, fighting, killing, wars, fear, hatred, unrest, and violence.

The existence or the survival of egoistic politics cannot exist or survive as what it is, if under the presence of peace and harmony among the diversities. Because it will be out of business. There is no reason/excuse/cause for it to be existing or functioning as what it is, if all kinds of diversities are living in peace and harmony among one another under the presence of correct understanding, mental and emotional independence, respect and accommodation.

That is why the egoistic minds that are interested in engaging in egoistic politics to gain power of control/influence/authorization/regulation to be controlling/influencing/regulating/authorizing all and everything to be and not to be in certain way, in order to achieve all their ambitious selfish desires/aspirations/visions/agendas, they don't want the presence of peace and harmony among the diversities, they want (to inflict/provoke/generate) unrest, fear, discrimination, and hatred among the diversities. The more unrest, fear, discrimination, and hatred that exist among all and everyone, the better condition and situation or opportunity for all these selfish egoistic minds/politicians to achieve all their selfish agendas via egoistic politics.

Such is the ignorance of the world of human beings.

The world of human beings doesn't have to be like that.

The world of all kinds of diverse names and forms, or the selfless existence of all and everything in this space that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, doesn't need the existence of egoism, or egoistic politics, or leaderships, or leaders, to be existing and functioning as what all and everything are, but merely selflessly existing and functioning under the selfless support of the selfless energy and elements, while each and everyone selflessly inter-supporting each other under the presence of selfless compassion, or selfless actions/activities/functions, under each of their own particular background and location, learning and knowledge, skill and talent, interest and experience, ability and position, opportunity and possibility, under the presence of energy and mobility, without grasping, without forcing, without violence, without hurting oneself and others and the surrounding environment that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

The selfless existence of the body and mind also doesn't belong to the body and mind itself, not to say, the surrounding environment (the nature) that supports and enables the body and mind to be selflessly/impermanently/momentarily/limitedly/conditionally existing and functioning as what it is.

Inquire the truth of everything.

All and everyone have the selfless power of wisdom and compassion that selflessly and intentionlessly help the world to evolve towards peace and harmony, starting from within oneself.

All these practice, conscious mind evolution, conscious action taking, conscious yearning towards absolute knowledge and unconditional peace, and the liberation from ignorance/restlessness, is absolutely possible.

As long as the mind is still in doubt or confusion,

As long as the mind is still perceiving 'suffering', or 'lack of freedom', or 'lack of peace',

As long as the mind perceives/recognizes/feels/acknowledges pain, or sorrow, or suffering, or doubt, or fear, or the unknown, under the presence of conscious awareness and cognition (organs of perception/memory storage/knowledge/thought process/intellectual reasoning/understanding/emotion/desire) and mobility (organs of action and expression),

Never give up.

Keep practicing via the middle path, until the mind attains direct glimpse or self realization towards selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self.

The practice will drop off by itself.

There is neither suffering nor the end of suffering.

Upon the annihilation of the ego, the body and mind is just the body and mind existing and functioning as what it is

What generates the separateness or distinction between a selfless sentient living beings with the function of a thinking faculty and all other kinds of selfless names and forms, is the existence of the idea of 'I' or the ego in the form of thinking or thought process in the thinking mind.

Upon the annihilation of the idea of 'I' or the ego, upon the realization towards the truth of selflessness and impermanence in all kinds of limited and conditional names and forms, including the existence and function of the limited and conditional body and mind, there is no separateness or distinction between sentient living beings and non-sentient living beings and non-living objects.

All are merely selfless impermanent names and forms that are constantly changing, that are inevitably decaying and disintegrating from the moment of being existing, that there is no infinite and independent individual identity of 'I' existing in all kinds of selfless impermanent names and forms, regardless of whether sentient or non-sentient, conscious or non-conscious, mobile or immobile, living beings or non-living objects.

All are selfless and impermanent names and forms. All kinds of names and forms have their own particular cause of existence and function, that rely on and influenced by many other selfless impermanent elements and energy to be existing and functioning as what they are.

It's the idea of 'I' or the ego that identifies with the impermanent qualities of names and forms as, "I am distinctive from all the others. I am different from and more superior than all the other names and forms." Nope. You (the ego) don't even have a real and substantial worldly impermanent existence, just as all the other wild imaginations/projections/anticipations of the mind. You can't even be compared to a table, or a tree, or a tiny micro dust that has a real and substantial worldly impermanent existence, as you are only an idea or part of the thinking process in the selfless modification of the selfless mind deriving from ignorance, powered by energy. However, even if you don't really exist, but you are 'powerful' enough to influence the selfless thinking and acting mind to be performing many actions and reactions through the selfless physical body or the organs of the senses, perception, cognition, reason, thinking, and action, that lead to many consequences of actions and reactions, that give rise to unnecessary damage or suffering unto all and everything, ignorantly and intentionally. You can't even be compared to the selfless impermanent destructive natural disasters that are intentionless.

Upon the annihilation of the idea of 'I' or the ego, the body and mind is just the selfless impermanent body and mind existing and functioning as what it is, selfless and impermanent. Life existence is just what it is, selfless and impermanent. It is neither good nor bad, neither meaningful nor meaningless, neither joyful nor sorrowful, neither a cause for enjoyment nor a cause for suffering.

What doesn't change upon the annihilation of the idea of 'I' (the ego), is the nature's law of cause and effect, actions and consequences of actions, and the truth of selflessness and impermanence in all and everything.

Inquire the truth of everything.

Guiding the minds to perform inquiry towards the truth of everything

There are two parts in self-inquiry.

One is to be inquiring towards what is the 'I' that the mind thinks and acknowledges and identifies as 'I', to attain self-realization towards the truth of the selfless impermanent existence and function of the limited conditional physical body with the perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting mind, of knowing Thyself - Selflessness and Impermanence.

One is to be inquiring towards the truth of everything to attain self-realization towards the truth of everything that come under different qualities of different names and forms - Selflessness and Impermanence.

This is not about finding out what is right or wrong, good or bad, true or untrue.

It's about seeing all and everything as it is, where all and everything are neither right nor wrong, neither good nor bad, upon the realization towards non-separateness/non-duality/oneness, upon the mind attain self-realization towards selflessness and impermanence in all and everything, including what was/is true or untrue, that gives rise to the right discrimination towards what is 'real' (permanent/unconditional) and 'unreal' (impermanent/conditional), while letting go and stop chasing after whatever that is 'unreal'.

Before self-realization, or the annihilation of the idea of 'I', the mind perceives the inquiry towards what is 'I' and the inquiry towards all kinds of names and forms as separated distinctive subjects, as the existence of the idea of 'I' in the mind generates the separateness/distinction between 'I' and everything that is not 'I'. Upon self-realization or the vanish of the idea of 'I', the selfless mind realized that these two subjects are not distinctive/separated from one another. There's neither right nor wrong. It's merely part of the process.

The subjects of inquiry might be different, but the truth of all kinds of existence regardless of sentient living beings or non-sentient living beings and non-living objects, as well as all kinds of diverse ideas, beliefs, values, and practices, regardless of whether they are something true (factual) or untrue (non-factual), is the same.

One might come in contact with the teachings or the dhamma about selflessness and impermanence through various books, medias, and teachers, but just by reading, hearing, studying, or possessing the knowledge/information about selflessness and impermanence without attaining direct experience or self-realization towards selflessness and impermanence doesn't liberate the mind from ignorance and the by-products of ignorance, as well as the suffering/unrest/disturbance/painful sorrow deriving from all that.

The liberated minds cannot take away the ignorance of the others by telling others what they themselves have realized through their own effort, practice, self-inquiry, direct experience, and/or self-realization, but they can provide guidelines for the others that would lead them towards performing self-inquiry towards all kind of doubts, or questions, or ignorance that they have, via their own effort, practice, and self-inquiry, to attain direct experience or self-realization, and be free.

Inquire the truth of everything.

The infinite space and the selfless universal consciousness

The genuine yogi/buddhist, or the adept yoga/buddhism practitioner, or the selfless impermanent mind that has intense yearning towards liberation, inquires towards the truth of everything under a calm, quiet, purified, and open mind, including all the teachings of yoga as mentioned in the Scriptures or the Yoga/Buddhism Sutras, being commentated or interpreted by anyone, of many different Gurus or teachers under different lineages from different timings, without blind-believing, blind-following, blind-agreeing, blind-worshiping, blind-practicing, or blind-propagating.

To inquire towards the all-pervading selfless universal consciousness as mentioned in the teachings of yoga, the mind can inquire towards the selfless impermanent limited existence of the limited conditional physical body with the perceptive thinking mind, that cannot exist or function independently by itself, where it needs to depend on many different selfless elements and selfless energy to be supporting its selfless impermanent existence and function, as well as depending on certain autonomous functions of the bodily systems for it to be surviving or keep existing and functioning up to a certain extend.

The existence and function of the limited conditional physical body with the perceptive thinking mind is selfless and impermanent. Without the existence and function of this particular physical body with the perceptive thinking mind, there is no worldly life existence of this particular selfless impermanent body and mind.

Anything that cannot and doesn't exist permanently, independently, or infinitely, that exists depending on certain supportive elements and energy, that is made out of substances, that comes under certain qualities of names and forms, that has a limited period of existence where it is constantly changing and decaying, and eventually disintegrating, that is limited and conditioned by time, space, and causation, that has a beginning of existence (birth/arising) and an end of existence (death/passing away), is selfless and impermanent.

If there is something infinite and timeless, that exists or stands alone independently unchanging and non-decaying, that is undetermined, or uninfluenced, or unlimited by anything, that cannot be hurt or be destroyed, that is not being limited or conditioned by time, space, and causation, then it is something substanceless, attributeless, nameless, formless, beginningless, endless, changeless, timeless (beyond time, space and causation, devoid of births and deaths a.k.a. impermanent changes), unlimited, unconditional, permanent, and selfless, even if it exists independently and infinitely before, during, and after the impermanent existence of all kinds of selfless impermanent names and forms (devoid of an individual existence, or identification of 'I', that generates separateness between 'I' and 'mine' as well as 'what is not I'.)

The infinite space is selfless, substanceless, weightless, limitless, attributeless, nameless, formless, beginningless, endless, changeless, and/or timeless. Devoid of inside or outside, or separateness, as it pervades all and everything, while not being affected/contaminated/increased/decreased by all and everything being what they are.

One cannot see, or hear, or smell, or taste, or feel, or touch, or influence, or contaminate, or hurt, or destroy, or detect, or measure the space, but the space is always there as it is, hosting or accommodating all and everything being there as they are, without separateness or discrimination. As if without the space to host/accommodate all and everything, all these selfless impermanent names and forms, all kinds of selfless elements and selfless energy, and all kinds of protons, electrons, neutrons, atoms, neurons, cells, and etc, that come under certain attributes, names and forms, that are inter-supporting and inter-influencing all and everything to be arising, changing, and passing away, cannot be here.

The space doesn't belong to any selfless impermanent names and forms, and vice versa.

Regardless of whether there is goodness or badness, positiveness or negativeness, purity or impurity that is occupying the space, but the space is neither good nor bad, neither positive nor negative, neither pure nor impure.

Regardless of what is the content of the images or movies that is being reflected/screened/played on the projector screen, the projector and/or the projector screen is never being determined or contaminated by the content of the images or movies. The content of the images or movies can be good or bad, positive or negative, pure or impure, but the projector and/or the projector screen is neither good nor bad, neither positive nor negative, neither pure nor impure.

The selfless universal consciousness (the selfless projector of the universe) pervades the infinite space (the selfless silent projector screen that hosts/accommodates/reflects the universe), or is identical with and non-separated from the limitless space. The projector and the projector screen is non-separated. All kinds of names and forms arising from and passing away upon the selfless universal consciousness.

The selfless consciousness of the perceptive thinking mind (the selfless projector of the modification of the mind perceiving a selfless impermanent worldly life existence) pervades the modification of the mind (the selfless silent projector screen that hosts/accommodates/reflects the mind perception of names and forms or the selfless impermanent worldly life existence), or is identical with and non-separated from the modification of the mind. The selfless consciousness of the perceptive thinking mind (the projector) and the selfless modification of the mind (the projector screen) is non-separated. All kinds of perceived names and forms arising from and passing away upon the selfless consciousness of the perceptive thinking mind.

All and everything are manifested/forming and disintegrating/deforming selflessly upon the limitless space (the selfless silent projector screen). Just as each and every single thought, arising and passing away selflessly upon the selfless modification of the mind (the selfless silent projector screen).

The thoughts activities, or the impure egoistic modification of the mind, or the mind perception of a worldly life existence can be good or bad, positive or negative, pure or impure, but the selfless consciousness of the perceptive thinking mind (the projector) or the modification of the mind (the projector screen) is not being determined or contaminated by all that.

The selfless consciousness of the perceptive thinking mind (the projector) or the modification of the mind (the projector screen) is neither good nor bad, neither positive nor negative, neither pure nor impure.

The selfless universal consciousness is the selfless 'projector of the universe'. The space is the selfless silent 'projector screen' that hosts/reflects all kinds of names and forms (the universe) upon it.

Without the space, what is the universe? Similarly, without the selfless modification of the mind, what is the mind perception of a worldly life existence of selfless impermanent names and forms?

The selfless consciousness of the perceptive thinking mind is identical with or non-separated from the selfless universal consciousness.

The selfless universal consciousness or the space doesn't belong to any names and forms, and vice versa.

The selfless consciousness of the perceptive thinking mind or the modification of the mind doesn't belong to any perceived names and forms, and vice versa.

Without the selfless 'projector' and/or the selfless 'projector screen' being what they are, that projects and hosts/reflects all kinds of names and forms as they are, what is the world of names and forms?

Without the selfless universal consciousness, what are all kinds of selfless elements and selfless energy?

Without the selfless elements and selfless energy, what is the selfless physical body with the selfless function of a perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting mind?

Without the selfless physical body with the selfless function of a perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting mind, what is the mind perception of a selfless impermanent worldly life existence?

Without the space, there is nothing.

Without the modification of the mind, there is no world of selfless impermanent names and forms.

And hence, the essence of the teachings of yoga and/or buddhism, or the aim/goal of the yoga and/or buddhism practice - All kinds of practice lead towards the annihilation of the modification of the mind, or Silence, or Samadhi.

Devoid of selfless impermanent changes (a.k.a. timelessness).

Devoid of restless thoughts activities, or restless modification of the mind, or ceaseless births and deaths (a.k.a. peace, or birthlessness and deathlessness, or devoid of restlessness).

Above all, there is no 'I' (a.k.a. selflessness).

Even when there is no 'I', it's highly essential for the selfless minds to be free from ignorance, the idea of 'I', egoism and impurities, so that the minds won't be generating unnecessary hurtful damaging behavior/action/reaction out of ignorance, the idea of 'I', egoism and impurities, that hurt oneself and others and the surrounding environment, ignorantly, during their momentary selfless impermanent existence and function.

All kinds of separateness and discrimination, selfishness and possessiveness, discontentment and greed, dissatisfaction and disappointment, anger and hatred, fear and worry, offensiveness and defensiveness, violence and unrest, hurtful and damaging behavior/action/reaction, and the consequences of all that, of all kinds of unnecessary suffering, are the by-products of ignorance, the idea of 'I', egoism, impurities, and restlessness (the absence of correct understanding and peace). And hence, the highly importance of looking after the mental health of all minds, even when all minds are selfless and impermanent.

Peace, is a very basic, and yet, upmost important element in the world of many diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

Inquire the truth of everything.

Inquire towards selflessness, oneness and non-separateness

Some minds might be confused by the teachings and practice of yoga and/or buddhism, as the minds might be misinterpreting the observation of dispassion, renunciation, seclusion, solitude, mental and emotional independence as a form of 'anti-community', while misinterpreting the teachings and realization of selflessness, oneness or non-separateness as a form of 'anti-individualism'.

The teachings and practice of yoga and/or buddhism is nothing to do with either 'anti-community'/'pro-individualism' or 'anti-individualism'/'pro-community'.

Both ideas, values and practice of 'anti-community'/'pro-individualism' and 'anti-individualism'/'pro-community' are the by-products deriving from the idea of 'I', ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness.

The minds that are under the influence of the idea of 'I', ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness would think and believe that all and everyone must choose to adopt either one of these ideas, values and practice to be what they are and to live life, where they cannot go beyond such duality, where they cannot comprehend that both these ideas, values and practice can either be existing together without any contradiction, or don't even need to be existing at all, where none need to adopt any of these ideas, values and practice to be what they are and to live life, as they are, where one can be embracing a community way of living, or embracing a solitude secluded way of living, or embracing and balancing both way of living, or embracing any other ways of living, as there is neither right nor wrong, neither good nor bad, neither meaningful nor meaningless in the many different ways of living under different desires or preferences.

The teachings and practice of yoga and/or buddhism is about freeing the mind from the idea of 'I', ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness, so that the mind can have correct understanding and unconditional peace and harmony, regardless of what way of living that oneself prefers, desires, and is embracing, while being non-interfering towards all the others who are having their own many other different ways of living in the world of diversities, respecting all and everyone has their own freedom towards what they want to be, how they are, how they want to live their life in certain way that they prefer and desire, that they are embracing and feel most comfortable with.

The realization of selflessness, oneness, or non-separateness upon the annihilation of the idea of 'I', ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness, void of egoism of attachment and identification towards all kinds of names and forms, being free from any individual or group identification with any quality of names and forms as 'I' or 'us', enabling the mind to respect all and everyone in the world of many diversities to be what they are, as they are. Where the mind doesn't interfere with all and everyone being what they are, as they are, nor trying to control, change, influence, convert, threaten or force others to be or not to be in certain way. It's nothing to do with 'anti-individualism'.

The observation and practice of dispassion, renunciation, seclusion, solitude, mental and emotional independence, is highly essential for the minds that have intense yearning for liberation, to be liberated from ignorance and the suffering deriving from ignorance, to be initiating the mind purification process, to purified the intellectual reasoning power, to be free from the influence of worldly passionate egoistic ideas, beliefs, values and practice to be reasoning and inquiring towards the truth of everything, to be eradicating the idea of 'I', ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness efficiently, to be attaining direct realization towards the truth of selflessness and impermanence, to attain correct understanding (the annihilation of the veil of ignorance) and realize unconditional peace. It's nothing to do with 'anti-community'.

The teachings and practice of yoga and/or buddhism are existing here for the minds whether to come in contact with, or not; to be interested, or not; to be picking up and practicing, or not; to inquire and realize, or not; and to be free, or not.

Regardless of all the different kinds of diversities of many different qualities of names and forms that all and everyone has or is identifying with, all and everyone is selfless and impermanent.

Selflessness, without a permanent independent infinite individual existence of 'I' existing in all and everyone and everything, of all kinds of names and forms, it doesn't mean that there is no selfless impermanent inter-dependent individual mortal existence of each and everyone that comes with their own respective selfless physical body with the selfless perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty, where each and everyone has their own particular personal perception and non-perception of what they come or don't come in contact with/experience or don't experience/perceive or don't perceive/know or don't know, thinking and not thinking, believing and disbelieving, understanding and non-understanding, desire and don't desire, likes and dislikes, agreements and disagreements, and the limited freewill or freedom of decision and choice making, where all intentional or unintentional behaviors, actions and reactions give rise to the consequences of behaviors, actions and reactions, respectively, where the past cannot be undone, or the cause cannot be made disappear, while the process of cause coming into effect in the present moment can be modified or changed up to a certain extend depending on the availability or non-availability of the supportive elements, or how the mind is being conditioned or influenced to think and behave, act and react towards everything can be modified, purified, or disciplined under the presence of awareness, freewill, desire and effort of the mind itself.

Selflessness, where there's no existence of a permanent independent infinite existence of 'I' in the selfless impermanent physical body and mind to be under going selfless impermanent changes as well as to be responsible for the actions and the consequences of actions, it doesn't mean that the selfless physical body with the selfless thinking and acting mind doesn't exist, or doesn't go through selfless impermanent changes, or doesn't be responsible for the actions and the consequences of actions coming from this selfless thinking and acting mind via the selfless organs of action and expression/speech of the selfless physical body.

All kinds of human's suffering of unnecessary man made restriction, non-freedom, oppression, conflict, invasion, interference, discrimination, separateness, anger, hatred, resentment, vengeance, bully and violence are deriving from the presence of the idea of 'I', ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness in the selfless minds, that give rise to the sense of separateness, discrimination, selfishness, possessiveness, protectiveness, fear, greed, control, interference, pride, superiority, authority, offensiveness, defensiveness, dissatisfaction, disturbance, annoyance, anger and hatred, that give rise to all those unnecessary suffering in the world of many diversities.

All these hurtful destructive elements are not caused by the ideas, values and practice of community or individualism. It's deriving from the presence of the idea of 'I', ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness in the selfless minds.

Introducing more and more restrictions on restricting human's freedom of existence, living, moving, surviving, being, expression, thinking, belief, behavior, action and reaction doesn't lead to the vanish of all those hurtful destructive elements in the selfless minds, or doesn't lead to more peace and harmony in the world of many diversities, but only inflicts or triggers more and more unrest and disharmony, dissatisfaction and desperation in all minds, because of the suffering deriving from the lack of freedom or being restricted for being what all and everyone is, for being different from one another, for being where and how they are, or just for being able to survive and live momentarily in this world that doesn't belong to anyone.

The mind that has peace and harmony in itself, void of the idea of 'I', ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness, will not be thinking, behaving, acting and reacting in the hurtful destructive way that hurt itself and others and the surrounding environment, naturally. It doesn't need to be 'controlled' or 'regulated' by some others to think, behave, act and react in certain way or not in certain way. It just needed to be free from ignorance and have correct understanding, via its own awareness, desire and freewill, self-discipline and self-effort, self-inquiry and self-realization, that leads to unconditional peace and harmony in itself, that contributes to world peace and harmony and respect among the many diversities.

The only way to have peace and harmony among the many diversities of many different minds of different names and forms, is the annihilation of the idea of 'I', ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness in oneself, by oneself.

Inquire the truth of everything.

The selfless mind is still the same selfless mind while under going self-transformation and upon self-realization

In the teachings of yoga, all kinds of teachings and practice served the purpose of enabling the selfless perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting mind to be free from the idea of 'I', ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness, to realize the truth of selflessness and impermanence, to know itself, and thus, be free from the suffering deriving from ignorance and its by-products.

That transformative process is being referred as self-transformation or self-evolution, however, the mind is still the same mind, it doesn't change into something else that it is not, even having under going many transformational modifications or changes. The mind might be thinking, understanding, feeling, desiring, behaving, acting and reacting differently from before, the states of the mind is never the same from moment to moment, the modifications of the mind is constantly changing, but it is still the same selfless mind existing and functioning selflessly and momentarily under the selfless impermanent existence and function of the same selfless physical body that is constantly changing, where the selfless physical body is not the same appearance or condition from moment to moment, but it is still the same selfless physical body.

There's neither right nor wrong when the different minds understand that "It's not the same body (in terms of appearance and condition) and mind (in terms of the states of mind and behavior pattern) every moment because of selfless impermanent changes" and "It's still the same body and mind even though it's under going ceaseless selfless impermanent changes, transforming into different physical appearance and condition, and transitioning in different states of the mind and behavior pattern, from the moment it exists until it ceased existing." Both are equally correct under different points of view. It's nothing contradicting at all. But regardless of the different understanding due to the different points of view, the body and mind is selfless and impermanent is the inevitable truth, where there is no permanent independent individual infinite existence of 'I' existing in the selfless impermanent mortal body and mind that is constantly changing, decaying and disintegrating.

The car is still the same car, even if it's under going ceaseless impermanent changes of decaying, and eventually, it will be retired and ceased functioning, where the exterior appearance and the interior compartments and decorations, might have been being modified or replaced in countless times that it is not the 'same' car every moment, even if it has been going through changing owners and/or registration plate number.

Some minds might be confused towards how come the mind is still what it is, that the mind is still the same mind, even when it is under going all kinds of practice to be modifying itself, experiencing self-transformation, and attaining self-realization? Such as quite many 'buddhists' would think that one will become a 'buddha' upon enlightenment, where 'buddha' is someone or something that is superior, being separated or distinct from an inferior mind, or person, or living being that is ignorant, selfish, evil, greedy and impure.

One doesn't perform certain practices and become a 'buddha', or one doesn't become 'selfless' and 'compassionate'. All and everything are 'buddha', all are selfless and compassionate, regardless of whether one performs or doesn't perform certain practices, knows or doesn't know that, realizes or doesn't realize that, and attaining enlightenment, or not.

No doubt that there are certain gross and subtle changes or transformations happening to the selfless function, or modification, or state of the mind, while the mind is performing certain practices that served the purpose of disciplining the mind, purifying the mind and quieting the mind, in order to be eliminating the idea of 'I', ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness.

However, the mind is still the same mind, it is still what it is, being selfless and impermanent, it doesn't change into something else that is not what it is, regardless of whether all these modifications, changes or transformations are happening, or not.

The only difference is, when this selfless mind is functioning under the veil of ignorance and its by-products, it doesn't know or doesn't understand itself, or what is going on in itself, or why it perceives suffering, or what is suffering, or what is the cause of suffering, and hence, it might think, reason, understand, feel, desire, behave, act and react in the way that hurt itself and others and the surrounding environment due to being ignorant, or it is functioning under the influence of the veil of ignorance and its by-products.

Upon the annihilation of the veil of ignorance and its by-products, or upon self-realization towards the selflessness and impermanence in itself and in all kinds of perceived names and forms, of knowing Thyself, of knowing the truth of names and forms, the mind wouldn't be thinking, reasoning, understanding, feeling, behaving, acting and reacting in the way that hurt itself, or others, or the surrounding environment.

The selfless existence and function of the selfless mind and the selfless physical body doesn't change into something else. It doesn't become selfless. It is selfless, regardless of whether the mind knows or doesn't know about it's existence and function is selfless. It doesn't change and become something permanent, or immortal, or infinite. It is either being restless, or being less restless and more quiet, or resting in silence, during its selfless impermanent existence and function. It is the same selfless and impermanent before, during and after the transformation and upon self-realization, even though it keeps under going ceaseless selfless impermanent changes or transformations until it ceased functioning and ceased existing.

Selflessness isn't something saintly, sacred or mystical. Selflessness is not something to be attained and becoming. Selflessness doesn't only present in the enlightened buddhas, gurus, saints and sages, or is absent in the non-enlightened ignorant, selfish, impure and suffering beings. Selflessness in not about unselfishness. Selflessness is not the opposite of selfishness. All and everything don't attain selflessness and become selfless. All and everything are selfless, regardless of what.

Selflessness is there is no existence of an individual permanent independent existence of 'I' in all kinds of selfless impermanent names and forms.

It's whether the mind realized selflessness under the absence of the idea of 'I' and ignorance, or hasn't realized selflessness under the presence of the idea of 'I' and ignorance.

And thus, "All and everything is dhamma. All and everything are buddha." - Siddhartha Gautama Buddha

Selflessness.

Impermanence.

Non-duality.

Non-discrimination.

Non-separateness.

Oneness.

Fearlessness.

Void of 'I'.

Void of grasping.

Void of desire.

Void of ignorance.

Void of suffering.

Void of restlessness.

Unconditional peace.

Timelessness.

Silence.

There's neither past nor future, there's only now.

It's merely selfless impermanent names and forms arising, changing and passing away, inter-depending and inter-influencing among one another selflessly, governed by cause and effect, influenced by actions and consequences of actions, under the support and influence of different selfless elements and selfless energy that are also inter-depending and inter-influencing one another selflessly.

All these different terms are one.

Dhamma, or the truth of selflessness and impermanence, is neither sacred nor non-sacred. It is what it is. It is what all and everything are. It cannot be changed, be contaminated, be hurt, be disrespected, be humiliated, be offended, or be destroyed.

Regardless of the absence and presence of ignorance, the different degrees of ignorance, the different types and degrees of suffering, the different states of mind of interchanging in different realms, the different qualities of different names and forms, the different thinking, beliefs, understanding, desires, behaviors, actions and reactions, and the different consequences of all that, all and everyone and everything is selfless and impermanent.

What doesn't change, that is permanent, that is infinite, that is timeless, is the truth of selflessness and impermanence.

Because all are selfless, there's not a permanent independent infinite 'I' existing to be identifying as "I am this" or "I am that", or "I am neither this nor that", or "I am under going selfless impermanent changes", or "I am under going the infinite restless loop of ceaseless births and deaths", or "I need to be free from all that". It doesn't mean that all these don't exist, or there's no selfless impermanent changes, or there's no restless ceaseless births and deaths, or there's no perception of suffering deriving from being ignorant.

The selfless physical body that comes with the selfless thinking and acting faculty exists selflessly and momentarily. All kinds of selfless names and forms exist selflessly and momentarily. The selfless impermanent changes are happening ceaselessly. The ones that are under going restless ceaseless births and deaths is every single selfless neutron, cell and atom in the selfless physical body, and every single selfless thought arising, changing and passing away in the selfless modification of the selfless mind. The different realms are the different states of the mind. The one that is transitioning in between the different realms is the selfless thinking faculty. Cause and effect exists. Actions and consequences of actions exists.

The one that performs actions through the selfless organs of actions, and either enjoying or suffering for the consequences of actions, that affects the selfless physical body and the selfless states of the mind in certain way, is the selfless thinking faculty. The one that is happy or unhappy, kind or unkind, ignorant or wise, selfish or unselfish, is the selfless thinking faculty.

The one that is not free, that is restless, that is in painful sorrow and suffering, being bound by selfless impermanent changes governed by cause and effect, influenced by actions and consequences of actions, as well as perceiving or experiencing suffering deriving from ignorance, is the selfless thinking faculty functioning under the presence of the veil of ignorance and its by-products.

The one that has intense yearning towards liberation, that has certain degrees of awareness and will power/freewill to be performing certain practices to be free from all that, is the selfless thinking faculty.

The one that can free the selfless thinking faculty from ignorance, is the selfless thinking faculty itself.

It's not even "I am selfless", or "I am That, which is selfless, infinite, unlimited, unconditional, beginningless, endless, birthless, deathless, timeless and changeless," as even That, is also selfless, that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, that doesn't possess or own anything, that doesn't control anything, but all and everything are arising, changing and passing away upon it, under their own cause and effect.

If something that exists infinitely is not selfless, is something sentient, that has been witnessing all kinds of names and forms arising, changing and passing away governed by cause and effect, and witnessing all kinds of painful sorrow and suffering in all kinds of sentient living beings functioning under the veil of ignorance, then that is the greatest suffering in the entire universe of all time, as that is permanent and infinite.

Just as the selfless physical body doesn't exist or function without the selfless neutrons, cells and atoms forming the entire complex selfless physical body with the function of the selfless thinking faculty, supported by the selfless elements and selfless energy, where all these are inter-depending and inter-influencing among one another to be what they are. While each selfless element, energy, neutron, cell or atom doesn't belong to the selfless physical body, and vice versa. Each selfless element, energy, neutron, cell or atom doesn't have an existence of 'I' to be identifying as "I am element/energy/neutron/cell/atom" or with the selfless physical body. And the selfless physical body doesn't have an existence of 'I' to be identifying with the selfless elements, energy, neutrons, cells and atoms.

Go beyond all kinds of identifications. Go beyond "I am That", "I am infinite", "I am all compassionate", "I am all wise", "I am all powerful", "I am all existence", "I am all knowledge", "I am strong", "I am positive", "I am happiness", and so on.

What is selfless, it doesn't have an existence of 'I' to be what it is, to be identifying with anything, to be possessing/owning anything, or to be belonging to anything.

Wise leader is a selfless identity-less reflector non-representing anyone or anything

There are certain minds under the influence of deep ignorance, or mentally very sicked, that don't want peace and harmony in the world, in stead, they are intentionally creating unrest and disharmony in the world, through violence, discrimination, bully, invasion or war, in order to cause as much damages and suffering in the world as possible, in order to be gratifying their own particular desire or ambition by doing so. That has to come from their own self-awareness to be aware of the ignorance in themselves. They can't see themselves. They need 'the help' of an external clear reflector or mirror to reflect upon themselves, to see themselves.

Even though most minds in the world are not free from the influence of ignorance and egoism, there are some minds that would wish for peace and harmony in the world of diversity that doesn't belong to anyone, unselfishly, under the presence of certain degrees of awareness and conscience, even if they are not free from the influence of ignorance and egoism completely yet.

There are also many minds that are under the influence of intense ignorance and egoism, that have strong attachment and identification towards their own particular identity of being part of a particular community, even if they might not care for the peace and harmony in all the others in the world, as they have certain degrees of separateness, discrimination, defensiveness and hostility towards all the others that are not part of their community, but at least they would wish for peace and harmony within their own particular community of certain identity, where they also don't desire violence, discrimination, bully, invasion or war within their own particular community, selfishly.

Even with certain good will and good intention of hoping and desiring for more peace and harmony in the world of diversity, or merely within a particular community, that eventually leads towards prosperity in all fields locally and globally, most minds might not know how to promote peace and harmony effectively, under the veil of ignorance and egoism. But at least they have the good will and good intention to be doing something to help the world or their particular community to have more peace and harmony.

For those who truly wish for more peace and harmony in the world of diversity, or world peace, especially those who have certain position and power to be making crucial decision either locally or globally, under the presence of certain degrees of awareness and conscience towards the fact of all and everyone, rich or poor, regardless of whether in the world or within a particular community, are inevitably being impacted either directly or indirectly by all kinds of unrest and disharmony in the world or within the particular community, they can contemplate upon this teaching here, if they want.

Even within a particular community of having the similar identity, there are always diversity existing. If people can't even respect and accept all the different diversity within their own community as they are, then how can they respect and accept a world of boundless diversity, as all and everyone are?

Under the veil of ignorance and egoism, and hence, under certain cultural, spiritual, religious, national or political ideas, many leaders are 'projecting' and 'representing' a particular identity of certain names and forms that either is similar and agreeable to some people with the similar identity, or is different and/or disagreeable to some people with different identities, either coming from the leaders themselves projecting such identity and representation to the people, "This is I. I am one of you, and I am here to represent you, and only you, for looking after your benefits, and only your benefits, not others," or coming from the people 'projecting' such identity and representation upon them, "This is you. You are one of us, and you are here representing us, and only us, for looking after our benefits, and only our benefits, not others."

That is the main reason why the world is getting worst and worst in many things that inevitably inter-affecting one another.

Leaders are existing because most people need a leader to lead them. People might not look at some other people, but they will look at their leader, who was being chosen to be their leader by the people themselves. That's why leaders are so powerful. It's not supposed to be like that, but, it is.

A good and wise leader can do many good and constructive things that benefit many, but similarly, a bad and ignorant leader can do many bad and destructive things that hurt many, because of that 'power'.

Out of ignorance and egoism, not all, but some minds might think and believe that non-separateness means eliminating all kinds of differences or diversities as well as to be unifying all kinds of diversities or differences into one uniform name and form, to be achieving peace and harmony within the community or in the world, the way that they think and believe how it should be. But it doesn't. That's why there are endless and growing unrest, discrimination, oppression, restriction towards freedom of existence/thinking/action/speech/expression, hatred and violence either within a particular community or in the world, when anyone or any community tries to eliminate differences by controlling, converting and unifying everyone within the community to be under one uniform name and form. Either people want to keep others who are different from them out of their living space that doesn't really belong to anyone, or people want to change or convert those who are different from them to be like them, to think and behave like them, which they like and agree with.

The wise leaders that can truly make use of such position and power to bring positive and constructive changes in the world, or even just within a particular community, to promote more peace and harmony in the world or within the community of diversity, while not causing further harmful effects and suffering in the world or within the particular community, are similar to a selfless and identity-less reflector, or a clear mirror, that reflects all and everything as it is, selflessly. Not having any particular identity identifying towards any particular quality of name and form, of particular gender, race, skin colour, politic, belief, values, practice, spirituality, religion, nationality, social status, or anything. That doesn't represent any particular names and forms.

It's not even about, "This is I. I am multi-diversity. I am here to represent all and everyone of many different diversities. I am here to be looking after the benefits of all and everyone of many diversities respectively."

But merely a selfless identity-less clear reflector that reflects all and everyone as they are, that might or might not be igniting certain awareness in the minds to be aware of the ignorance and egoism in themselves, towards seeing the truth of this perceptive cognitive intellectual thinking mind through seeing the reflection of itself and all kinds of names and forms being reflected upon the existence of this selfless identity-less reflector or clear mirror, that the minds under the veil of ignorance and egoism are inevitable constantly looking at.

The world is in need of many selfless identity-less reflectors to be the local and global leaders that enable the minds under the influence of ignorance and egoism to be reflecting upon themselves, to see themselves under the help of the clear reflector or mirror, before the world is being damaged to the point of all and everyone will be in extreme desperation and suffering that could have been avoided, regardless of one is being super wealthy rich, or not.

If it doesn't, let it be.

Inquire towards the truth of everything.
