Any kind of purification or cleaning-up process is naturally and inevitably unpleasant or even painful

There are different kinds of purification or cleaning up process in the world of human beings.

There are endless 'rubbish' and 'messiness' being generated by human beings unto oneself and into the surrounding environment, that need ongoing cleaning/tidying up or cleansing activity, or else, all and everything will be 'drowned' by the excessive ceaseless and endless generation and accumulation of 'rubbish' and 'messiness', or ignorance and the consequences of ignorance, in the world that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

There is the essential observation of maintaining internal and external cleanliness, or the engagement in internal and external purification/cleansing process in the teachings of yoga and buddhism.

Internal cleanliness is about the physical and mental purification process. 

Physical purification process to remove physical fatigue, laziness, idleness, under activity, over activity, energy blockage, stiffness, heaviness, sluggishness, inflammation, infection, illness, disease, and etc.

Mind purification process to remove the veil of ignorance, restlessness, cloudiness, murkiness, inattentiveness, passion, the idea of 'I', egoism of attachment, identification, craving and aversion, comparison, judgment, and expectation, and all kinds of impurities, to be free from the conditional restless impure egoistic thinking and behavior pattern under the influence of worldly passionate egoistic ideas, beliefs, values, desires, and practices, or to be free from the corrupted thinking and incorrect understanding and the consequences of that.

External cleanliness is about the cleanliness/tidiness and simplicity of the surrounding environment as well as the living space and the physical yoga practice space.

Not only the personal living space and yoga practice space need ceaseless ongoing effort for cleaning and tidying up regularly, but also the public space, community space, work space, all kinds of organization, political corruption, as well as natural disasters aftermath and/or ignorance inflicted events aftermath, and so on.

External cleanliness or cleansing process towards the surrounding environment individually and collectively doesn't mean interfering/controlling/influencing/manipulating/reforming/changing/forcing others to be the way that one desires, likes, and agrees with, to chase away/wipe out anyone or anything that oneself doesn't desire, doesn't like, or doesn't agree with.

It has to come from all minds themselves, to be self-initiated to reform/change/purify themselves to be free from the influence of ignorance and the consequences of ignorance, to be free from all kinds of corrupted thinking and incorrect understanding and hurtful damaging behavior, all by the mind itself, out of its own conscious awareness, freewill, desire, and effort.

One can only serve as a selfless intentionless desireless indiscriminate 'mirror' that enable others to be reflecting upon themselves, or not.

All kinds of purification or cleaning up process will naturally and inevitably give rise to some unpleasant and even painful side-effects or consequences.

Just like cleaning up the long time never been cleaned garbage container of intense stubborn stain and foul smell. It's extremely unpleasant and disgusting, but one needs to have the courage or indifference to confront all that during the process of cleaning up. And after that, one needs to have the consistent initiative and effort to clean up the garbage container regularly from time to time, and the cleaning process will become less and less unpleasant, and eventually, without any unpleasantness at all.

The process of eradicating any kind of impurities, or 'rubbish', or corruptions, or hurtful damaging behavior/activity in the physical body, in the modification of the mind, in the diverse community, in all kinds of organization, especially in the world of corrupted egoistic politics, and in the surrounding environment, regardless of personally/individually or communally/collectively, is an unpleasant and exhausting ongoing process. Just as the ongoing maintenance or cleaning process of the garden. Just as the endless maintenance of life existence to be attending ceaseless hunger and thirst and the elimination of waste products until the selfless impermanent life existence comes to an end.

The activation of the conscious mind purification process of eradicating the veil of ignorance, the idea of 'I', egoism, and all kinds of impurities or restlessness, is the same as the engagement in selfless actions of cleaning up/reforming process of eradicating all kinds of corruptions/ignorance and consequences of ignorance in the world of human beings, which is an extremely challenging and prolonged ongoing process.

All kinds of corruptions in the world of human beings are deriving from the corrupted minds functioning under the influence of the veil of ignorance.

Ignorance can only be eradicated by the mind itself, out of its own conscious awareness, freewill, initiation, effort, yearning for liberation, determination, and perseverance. 

Yoga and buddhism practice is all about the purification/eradication/elimination/cleansing process of annihilating the veil of ignorance in the mind, by the mind itself.

Collective duty cannot happen if without looking after individual duty. By looking after individual duty of reforming one's own conditional thinking and behavior pattern that has been conditioned by the worldly passionate egoistic restless ideas, beliefs, values, desires, and practices, to be free from the influence of the veil of ignorance, to have the clarity of thinking and correct understanding, and naturally, that engagement in looking after one's own individual duty itself is not separated from the collective duty, where there is less a corrupted mind generating corruption or corrupted thinking and destructive hurtful behavior into the surrounding environment that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, as well as, there is more a peaceful mind contributing peace and harmony into the surrounding environment.

It is greatly unpleasant and even painful for the mind especially in the beginning, and it might continuously be unpleasant and painful from time to time, until the mind developed the basic essential fundamental qualities/elements/disciplines, independence or self reliance, and correct understanding, that will eventually lead the mind towards the complete annihilation of the veil of ignorance, or the ultimate liberation from ignorance and the consequences of ignorance.

Similarly, the cleaning up or reforming process of the long time built up political corruption that exists in many areas or countries, that ceaselessly inflict and promote fear, violence, anger, hatred, unrest, destructive hurtful bullying behavior, selfishness, possessiveness, greed, manipulation, exploitation, discrimination, and separateness among the diverse individuals and diverse communities in the world that doesn't belong to anyone or anything in order to gratified certain selfish agendas, aspirations, and desires of certain human beings, that affects the life existence of all and everyone locally and globally, is highly challenging, exhausting, and unpleasant.

There are many minds have been broken by the ongoing prolonged political corruptions where the many minds are being conditioned by the many corrupted political ideas/beliefs/values/desires/practices/cultures to be thinking, believing, reasoning, understanding, feeling, desiring, behaving, acting, and reacting in the way that hurt oneself and others and the surrounding environment, that not only impacting all and everything locally, but also globally.

From the corrupted thinking and behavior in oneself, it expands to the family ties and connections (corrupted parenting method and family interaction/behavior), to the community (corrupted education/information/aspiration/vision/organization/government/policy/law making/leadership and social interaction/behavior), and to the world of many diversities and the surrounding environment that doesn't belong to anyone or anything (the sense of pride/superiority and inferiority/possessiveness/selfishness/nationalism (this is our country/land and space that belongs to us)/patriotism/globalization/gangsterism/bully/discrimination/hatred/interference/invasion/offensiveness/defensiveness/power greed/wealth greed/status greed/enjoyment greed/expansion greed/reproductive greed/exploitation/manipulation, and so on, that give rise to all kinds of unnecessary evitable painful suffering in the world and damages to nature or the surrounding living environment).

The mind purification process, or conscious mind evolution of changing the conditional thinking and behavior pattern, can only be happening in oneself, by oneself.

All minds need to reform oneself, and naturally/eventually, there will be less and less corrupted minds in the world contributing any kind of corruption, or ignorance and consequences of ignorance into the world that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

If there is fear or aversion towards the inevitable exhausting and unpleasant side-effects that arise during the process of cleaning up, where one is reluctant to be engaging in the individual and collective cleaning up process, but then, one will have to deal with all kinds of harmful effects of the ceaseless accumulation of impurities/corruptions/'rubbish'/'messiness'/ignorance and consequences of ignorance that are detrimental to the overall welfare of oneself and others and the surrounding environment, where there won't be any suitable conducive internal and external environment, for anyone or anything to be existing and functioning as what all and everything are.

Just as, there are many minds are reluctant to cut off 'ties and connections' with some 'bullies', and rather accepting all kinds of continuous endless 'bullying behaviors' of 'the bullies', empowering 'the bully and its bullying behaviors', because the minds think and believe that they cannot be independent, and that they have to rely on the bullies for 'something that they want'.

Inquire the truth of everything. 

Doing something good for the world of ignorance, is extremely difficult and exhausting, if without non-grasping

In order to do something really good (constructive) for the world of many diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, effectively, it is inevitable to be getting involve in the world of politics, that is inevitably running the world of human beings, even if the mind knows and understands that there are many destructive minds with destructive ideas and conducts are existing in the world of politics.

The world of politics (to be gaining influential power of influence and control or authorization towards all and everything to be and not to be in certain way in accordance to one's desires and don't desires) is indeed the creation of the minds functioning under the influence of ignorance and egoism, being supported and given power by the minds that are also functioning under the influence of ignorance and egoism.

The many different types of politics (the many different political parties, or associations, or organizations, or authorities, or individuals), that exist under many different ideas/visions/aspirations/desires/agendas (the power of governance, or leadership, or influence to maintain certain 'order' in the family, or the relationship, or the community, or the world of diversity, to be complying with specific ideas/visions/aspirations/desires/agendas), is neither good nor bad.

Just like the existence of all kinds of tools, or educations, or advance technologies, or business, or economy (income generation and consumption), or money transaction (goods exchange), or good quality of living, or leisure activities and enjoyments, and etc, are neither god nor bad, it depends on the presence and absence of ignorance in the minds.

However, when the world of politics (the power of governance/leadership/influence/regulation/authorization) is run by the minds that are functioning under the influence of ignorance and egoism, that are full of destructive ideas/visions/aspirations/desires/agendas, then naturally, it appears to be something hurtful and destructive towards all and everything.

And if the world of politics is run by the minds that are free from the influence of ignorance and egoism, it can bring many constructive evolution or transition (experience, affair, happening, condition, situation, interaction, relationship that promotes peace and harmony) to the world of many diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

Just as schools and educations are neither good nor bad. It depends on whether the teachers who conduct the teachings and the available curriculum are functioning under the influence of ignorance and egoism, or not. Where the proper education taught by the selfless compassionate teachers that are free from the influence of ignorance and egoism can bring constructive changes individually, communally, and environmentally, and vice versa.

The difficulty, is that - 

The minds that are interested in the path of self realization to be free from the veil of ignorance, in order to realize unconditional peace in oneself, as well as having the good intention to be doing something good (constructive) for the world that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, that can promote peace and harmony among the many diversities that are momentarily sharing the space that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, will be naturally and/or eventually distancing themselves from the world of politics, as the engagement (without non-grasping) in the world of politics with the intention of doing something good (constructive) for the world of ignorance and egoism, is extremely difficult and exhausting, that not only hinders the process of the annihilation of the veil of ignorance, but empowers the veil of ignorance (the continuous disturbed restless state of mind) in oneself, due to continuously dealing with and hammering by all kinds of madness or destructive hurtful ideas and conducts/actions/reactions coming from the other minds (that oneself wants to help to be free from all those madness or destructive hurtful ideas and conducts), if under the presence of grasping, or the absence of non-grasping.

Meanwhile, the minds that are interested in politics, to be gaining or having the influential power/control/authorization/influence/possession/manipulation towards all and everything in the world that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, they are not interested in the path of self realization to be conquering one's own restless egoistic impure modification of the mind, to be free from the veil of ignorance, but merely interested in conquering and influencing and controlling all the other minds in order to achieve their own particular boundless ideas, desires, visions, aspirations, or agendas.

Such destructive hurtful thinking and behavior pattern exists in anywhere and everywhere, not only in the world of politics, but at all levels, in all fields, in all kinds of affairs, in family ties and connections, in relationships, in community, in social interactions and activities, at home, at school, at work place, in public area, in business, in non-profit charitable organization, in cultural, spiritual, and religious organization, and even within oneself alone without engaging with any others, and so on.

However, even if the minds are not interested in politics to be gaining or having the power/control/authorization/influence to be controlling/regulating/influencing anyone or anything, but merely want to be doing something really good (constructive) to the world of many diversities, to help to liberate the many ignorant egoistic minds from their own madness or destructive hurtful ideas and conducts, to promote peace and harmony among the world of diversity that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, these minds need to be 'utilizing' the existing world of politics, not for gaining power of control/authorization/influence, but merely to have the opportunity and possibility to introduce or initiate constructive ideas and changes into the world of ignorance and egoism that is running/functioning under the existing egoistic politics, effectively.

As most minds are functioning under the influence of the veil of ignorance and egoism (both the leaders and the supporters/followers/members), where the world is inevitably running/functioning under the existing egoistic politics/governance/leadership/authorization, where majority of the human beings are not mentally and emotionally independent (being conditioned by the surrounding environment/the parents/the family/the community/the leaders/the cultures/the spirituality/the religious beliefs/the commercial values to be mentally and emotionally dependence), where they need to be motivated and acknowledged by something or some others, that they need to be somebody with specific identities and qualities, and that they need to depend on the existence of leadership of having some leaders to think and make decision for them and be responsible for the consequences of the decision making and action taking, or to organize and regulate their life existence, conducts, desires and don't desires, belief and disbelief, ways of thinking, ways of living, and activities.

But all these 'selfless and noble' actions through the engagement or involvement in the world of politics to bring 'constructive' changes into the world of ignorance and egoism, effectively, have to be done under the presence of non-grasping, or under the absence of grasping, or else, one will be hammered and drowned by the over-whelming continuous boundless madness or destructive hurtful ideas and conducts (ignorant actions and reactions) of the many minds that oneself wants to help to be free from all that.

Without the egoistic intention/desire/vision/ambition to change (by influence, or control, or manipulate, via temptation/reward and threat/fear (lies and story telling), with rules and regulations and prosecutions and punishments) the world to be a better place for all and everyone, but merely make use of the existing knowledge/talent/possibility/opportunity constructively, to be performing possible actions that might or might not help to bring constructive changes in the world, significantly or insignificantly, while allowing the fruit of action to be what it is.

Look after oneself before one can truly look after all the others, effectively.

Stay away from egoistic politics (the destructive power of hurtful ideas, activities, control, manipulation, and influence that promote mental and emotional dependence), when the mind is not free from the influence of ignorance and egoism - Not harming oneself and others.

Get involve in selfless politics (the constructive power of beneficial ideas, activities, supportive facilitation and selfless service, right education, and correct understanding that promote mental and emotional independence), when the mind is free from the influence of ignorance and egoism - Promoting wisdom and compassion or peace and harmony in oneself and others.

Turning a supposedly extremely difficult and unpleasant path into a path of wisdom and unconditional peace.

The light is just being what it is.

The light doesn't bend itself to illuminate every corner behind all kinds of obstacles.

The light doesn't enjoy or suffer regardless of whether it illuminates everywhere, or not.

But under the absence of obstacles or under the presence of reflective objects, the light illuminates everywhere, intentionlessly, indiscriminately, and unconditionally.

The light is always there, as it is. It is up to everyone to either move away from or remove the obstacles that hinders them from seeing the light, or not being in the dark.

Some prefer to be in the dark without the presence of light, and that is their freedom of choice and desire.

Without the existence of light, none can come in contact with or experience the light.

Without the presence of wisdom and peace, none can come in contact with or experience wisdom and peace.

Wisdom and peace exists in all and everyone regardless of whether they realize it, or not.

Be the selfless reflector of wisdom and peace, and let others whether to reflect upon and realize it, or not.

 

Go beyond the worldly egoistic conditional ancestral/cultural/spiritual/religious/communal/political/national/philosophical/commercial thinking and belief, values and practice, that give rise to and empower all kinds of dualities and all kinds of madness, of selfishness, possessiveness, sense of belonging and ownership, self-esteem and self-worth, superiority and inferiority, deserving and undeserving, hurtful ideas/desires/behaviors/actions/reactions, fear, greed, hypocrisy, control, manipulation, exploitation, cruelty, self-righteousness, and violence.

Be the selfless reflector of the truth of selflessness, or the dharma/dhamma.

Be the selfless reflector of all kinds of diversities (the many different qualities of names and forms), that allows the selfless minds to reflect and see themselves, or not.

Perform action, and let go.

Just give, and let go.

Just be kind, and let them be. 

The existing problem in the developed countries is a great reflection for the other countries that aspire to become like them

Just as most people would look 'up' to some other 'more successful' people, and aspire to become like them, similarly most 'undeveloped' or 'under developed' countries will look 'up' to some other 'more advanced or developed' countries, and aspire to become like them.

No doubt that in the beginning stage of such 'advanced and higher' development in the most developed countries in the world, there is certain extend of 'prosperity' where certain people who study hard and work hard can achieve certain living income that can support an easier and more comfortable life condition with some additional pleasurable enjoyment, however, after certain years of 'prosperity', 'convenience', 'comfort' and 'enjoyment' that derived from and give rise to different kinds of 'exploitation' and 'corruption', all kinds of 'problems' starting to show up in the 'most advanced and developed' countries in the world, especially now in this time being, and it will continuously becoming more problematic to all and everyone living on earth that doesn't belong to anyone, it's very obvious that all these 'most advanced and developed' countries are all having certain similar 'problems' due to the imperfect system created by those who are under the influence of ignorance and egoism empowered by limitless egoistic desire, vision, aspiration and ambition.

Many young people in the less developed countries are being empowered and highly motivated to look up at the most advanced and developed countries in the world, to transform their countries to also become like one of these 'highly advanced and developed' countries, under the similar system and approach.

They should take a deep reflection towards all the existing 'problems' in all these 'highly advanced and developed' countries in the world, where all kinds of discrimination, exploitation, corruption, oppression, desperation, greed, hatred, unrest and disharmony are rising and increasing, and see if they still want to 'develop' their country under the similar 'system' that will eventually hurt all and everyone after enjoying certain years of 'prosperity' of easier life condition, comfort, convenience and pleasurable enjoyment for certain people, while be considerate to be making certain adjustment or taking some other different approach in order to 'develop' their country 'effectively'.

Similarly, people can reflect upon the existing 'problems' in those countries that are run by particular 'system' that is under the influence of particular 'cultural', 'spiritual', 'religious', 'political', 'national', 'commercial' or 'social class' ideas, thinking, belief, values and practice, that give rise to all kinds of separateness, discrimination, oppression, hatred, violence, unrest, disharmony, greedy vision and ambition, fear, exploitation and corruption in themselves and into the world.

The history, and what is happening now in the world, is a great reflection for those who have great aspiration and ambition to be developing their country or community to become more 'advanced and developed' with higher prosperity and better living condition for many people in their country.

There is nothing wrong and it's very good for any country to be developed and improved for achieving greater peace and higher quality of existence for all and everyone, unselfishly and indiscriminately.

Certain 'development' will bring more peace and harmony into the world, while certain 'development' will contribute to more unrest and disharmony in the world. Be wise on choosing what type of 'development' and 'approach' towards real prosperity and better living condition that will benefit all and everyone, unselfishly.

Certain good people are trying to 'clean up' the mess or 'reducing' the destructive impact of such 'advanced development' with certain great ideas and practices of so called 'sustainable living', however, it won't change much as all and everyone are still unwittingly 'supporting' such 'advanced development for easier living condition, convenience, comfort and enjoyment' under a faulty 'system' that continuously contribute to further and further destructive impact in the diverse society physically and mentally, and in the surrounding environment under such 'advanced development system'.

It's like exerting energy and effort into cleaning and fixing a cracked dirty pot to enjoy the purest and cleanest food, however, the pot can never be cleaned and fixed as continuous dirt are still pouring in and cracks are still happening to the pot. Eventually the pot will be completely broken, and there's no pot for anyone to hold any purest and cleanest food. The pot is the world or the living environment. The purest and cleanest food is the great ideas and kindness to create all kinds of goodness in the world, and the dirt and cracks in the pot is the destructive impact of a faulty 'system' to be achieving a so called 'advanced development' or 'particular cultural, spiritual, religious, political, national, commercial and social class influenced development' in the world.

A constructive 'system' that is not under the influence of any particular cultural, spiritual, religious, political, national, commercial, or social class ideas, thinking, belief, values and practice, that is void of selfishness, greed, possessiveness, discrimination, oppression, separateness, hatred and violence, that respect all kinds of diversities as they are, that promotes peace and harmony in the world of diversity, through the annihilation of ignorance and egoism.

Inquire towards the truth of everything.

None need more than sufficient basic needs to live a simple happy peaceful life

A simple happy peaceful life doesn't mean living under insufficiency of lacking the basic needs for life maintenance.

A simple clean and tidy living and resting space or shelter as well as enough basic clothing that protect the physical body from the impact of harsh weather, injuries, insects and wild animals in a healthy natural non-polluted surrounding environment, clean air, adequate simple nutritious food consumption that generates enough energy and nutrition for maintaining the basic function of the physical body and the thinking faculty, clean safe drinking water, basic hygiene and sanitation, certain indoor or outdoor physical and mental activities that don't require any additional equipment or gadget, basic living skills, basic correct understanding or universal conscience with basic common sense, openness, self-control, self-reliance, self-effort, self-inquiry, self-realization, contentment, and certain degrees of mental and emotional independence, are all the basic needs for maintaining a wholesome selfless impermanent life existence of the selfless physical body and the selfless thinking faculty.

There are boundless different kinds of unnecessary commercial ideas, products and activities, food productions, dining options, entertainments, fashions, accessories, gadgets, lifestyles, beliefs, values, practices, physical and mental leisure activities that require certain space, equipment or gadget, varieties of furniture, luxury accommodations, home decorations, pets decorations, toys, commercialized sports activities related commercial products, theme parks related commercial products, tourism related commercial products, celebration days, cultural, spiritual and religious events with their respective rituals or objects for different occasions, health and fitness products, beauty cosmetics products, skin care/body care/facial care/hair care products, spiritual healing related products, health food products, health care products, slimming products, anti-aging products, luxurious pleasurable material and sensual enjoyment of the senses for the body and mind, tourism holiday activities, and etc, where all these ideas, products and activities beyond basic needs for life maintenance are deriving from the intention of empowering wealth generation and accumulation through business investments, property investments, productions, tourism, commercialism and capitalism, under the creativity of the creative minds utilizing the many different technologies and higher technologies designing for catering the 'inspired' and 'empowered' desires and ambitions beyond basic needs for life maintenance of the ever restless discontented ambitious passionate minds under the influence of ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness.

The existence of all these unnecessary ideas, products and activities are exploiting the nature and natural resources to the maximum to the point of destruction, while generating lots of unnecessary inevitable rubbish or pollution into the world, and give rise to so much exploitation and corruption that lead to many unnecessary damages and suffering in the world under such greedy ambitious inspirational aspirations and desires of the restless passionate egoistic minds functioning under the influence of ignorance and egoism.

The buddhas and gurus foreseen all kinds of alarming damaging effects in the world deriving from such ignorance, egoism, restlessness, discontentment, dissatisfaction, greed, desires, aspirations, ambitions, success, wealth, status, indulgence, possessiveness and pride, that give rise to so much unnecessary damages to the natural environment, unrest, separateness, discrimination, selfishness, exploitation, corruption, unequal basic needs availability and distribution, unbalanced between abundance and insufficiency, desperation, suffering, hunger, violence and war in the world, and hence, the existence of the basic and yet essential teachings and advice of living a life of simplicity and contentment, dispassion and renunciation.

None need more than sufficient basic needs for life maintenance to be living a simple happy peaceful life in this world.

None need the additional ongoing stimulation of sights, sounds, smells, tastes, sensations, imaginations, visualizations, feelings, and etc, to be pleasing the ever discontented boundless passionate desires, to live a healthy happy life, physically, mentally and emotionally.

There will be minds that disagree with this and don't like to hear this, while thinking and believing that "There's nothing wrong or damaging to be enjoying whatever that is available to us, as long as it's not hurting oneself. Life is too dull and boring without some pleasurable entertainments and enjoyments. The global and local economy depends solely on the boundless desires and aspirations of consumerism inspired and empowered by all these business capital investments, property investments, productions, tourism, commercialism and capitalism, or else, the economy will collapse, there will be no jobs, and everyone will be suffering. But, at least those who have the opportunity and motivation and are capable of making a success out of all these to be generating and accumulating wealth won't be suffering so much. Life still goes on for those who achieved such success and wealth regardless of many others who are being exploited and living in poverty because they don't have the credibility or motivation to achieve success to get out of such desperate situation that exists under exploitation by those who are smart and credible, and those who are smart and successful deserved all kinds of abundance, enjoyments and comforts because it's their own ability, effort and aspiration. There's nothing wrong with smart people who work smart accumulating wealth and enjoying life to the maximum by exploiting the nature and the non-smart people who have to work hard and still not making enough for living. Be smart. Be inspired, and be empowered to be smart and achieve limitless success and wealth."

That's right. Keep inquiring towards what's wrong with this thinking or understanding, for the minds that think and believe that there's nothing bad or damaging with a little bit of extra desires, ambitions, success and enjoyments in life. Unfortunately, very few minds would see what is the 'problem' with this 'system' of a new modern society of 'empowerment towards achieving success and wealth and pleasurable enjoyment' as well as no limit of 'higher success, higher wealth and higher pleasurable enjoyment'.

That's why by being inspired and empowered to be having higher education, higher intelligence, motivation, ambition and the accumulation of knowledge, achievement, success and wealth, doesn't guarantee that the mind will have correct understanding, or is free from the influence of ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness.

It's the freedom of all and everyone for their understanding and desire and don't desire, as well as dealing with the consequences of the understanding and the desire and don't desire.

When the climate eventually collapsed, followed by the food production collapsed, where there's very little livable condition left on earth, when hunger, desperation, violence and wars are everywhere, then we will see if the minds still think and believe that they and their next generations won't be affected by the consequences of their 'nothing wrong' greedy boundless desires and aspirations.

Inquire towards the truth of everything.

Influencers, activists, and world leaders

All kinds of social media influencers, activists and world leaders are all having certain influencing power that can impact the world in certain way, as many people in the world are not mentally and emotionally independent, as they are being conditioned to be mentally and emotionally dependent under certain intention of certain people under the influence of ignorance and egoism. Unless people have attained mental and emotional independence, most people are easily be influenced by someone or something either wittingly or unwittingly, and they need to have a leader to lead them, to be governed and controlled by certain man made law and order, to maintain certain order in the world. There's neither right nor wrong, neither good nor bad. It depends very much on whether the influencers, activists and leaders are free from the influence of ignorance and egoism, or not.

It would be better for the world, if there's needless of the existence of any influencers, activists or leaders, if people are mentally and emotionally independent, free from the influence of ignorance and egoism, live life under correct understanding and self-control, and not being influenced by anyone and anything in this world of ignorance and egoism.

Influencers can be anything and anyone from any backgrounds or any fields, that has certain 'motivational' and 'attractive' elements that attract the attention, interest and admiration from certain admirers or followers, where the admirers or followers are being influenced in certain way by their presence, ideas, creativity, talents, knowledge, skills, thinking, belief, values, practice, personality, charisma, lifestyle, life experience, achievements, inspirations, aspirations, behavior, action and reaction, either wittingly or unwittingly, regardless of whether it's wholesome or unwholesome influences. Objects, events, arts, nature, insects, animals, history, pleasurable enjoyment, painful suffering, and all kinds of selfless impermanent changes can be the unintentional influencers for certain people.

Many influencers are 'sharing' their ideas, activities, lifestyles, life experiences, talents, skills, knowledge, achievements, motivations, inspirations and aspirations via the many public social media platforms mostly with the intention to be influencing as many people as possible in certain way, under certain intention and aspiration. Very few are simply sharing something without any intention or ambition to be influencing anyone for anything, but somehow, some people are being influenced by them and what they share, selflessly and intentionlessly.

Apart from creating certain attractive and motivational social media contents to be attracting the attention of many people to gain followers and/or subscribers regularly, many of the popular social media influencers are merely the slaves of political agenda, commercialism and capitalism. There's nothing wrong with trying to make a living through selling and advertising many different products, lifestyles and ideas for the world of politics, commercialism and capitalism, however, many are not just about making enough for a living, but it's about accumulating limitless wealth, that can provide them with the kind of high-end lifestyle as well as financial security that they desire. It's more about being on a platform to be gaining attention, popularity, name, fame and wealth, or what many people refer as 'success'.

There are also some influencers are purely trying to bring some cheerfulness and motivation to many others in the world of all kinds of tension and madness, to share their unique intelligence, knowledge, experience, creativity, talents and skills with many others, and spread some awareness towards achieving a better, kinder, happier, less corruptions and less suffering world with their kindness and wisdom. As long as they don't create any 'sensitive' and 'prohibited' contents that are directly going against or are being offensive towards certain people or organization, they are fine.

There are some other influencers that are not necessarily being influential via social medias, but they have certain inspirational and aspirational elements that attract the attention, interest or admiration from certain people in their life. All activists and world leaders are some kind of influencer, while not all influencers are intentional activists or world leaders.

Activists are existing because there are many exploitation and corruption in the world deriving from ignorance and egoism, where many people, animals and nature are being impacted by such exploitation and corruption. If there's no exploitation or corruption in the world, if there are no greed and selfishness in the world, there's no need the existence of activists who are sacrificing themselves trying their best fighting against those who are responsible for all kinds of exploitation and corruption to make the world a better, kinder, healthier, happier, less corruptions and less suffering place for all and everyone.

Advocates under specific cause are also performing certain actions to bring certain relief and awareness to the people based on their advocacy, however, not many of these advocates will be continuing doing what they are doing, as either it's only momentary sparks of passion that motivates them to be advocating something under certain intention where those sparks eventually vanished, or they realized that all these advocacy don't really change much, there are more and more different kinds of insufficiency and suffering in the world, as the root cause of exploitation and corruptions that give rise to all kinds of insufficiency and suffering in the community is still there, and growing. While maybe then some of the passionate advocates might turn into activists eventually, who are dealing with the real challenge of confronting those who are responsible for all kinds of exploitation and corruption that give rise to so much unnecessary suffering and desperation that lead to unrest in the world. Even though advocates couldn't do much, but at least their actions are bringing certain degrees of superficial relief and awareness to the people who are in desperation, where most of them don't really know why are they in such desperation under the existence of exploitation and corruption in the world.

'Real' activists (as there are some 'fake' activists existing being manipulated or employed by certain people in the world to fight against the real activists, to create certain damaging behavior problems, and then blaming the real activists as trouble makers, giving them bad reputation, to make people dislike and disagree with them), they are the opposite of many of the popular social media influencers and world leaders in power. They are not the slaves of politics, commercialism and capitalism, but on the contrary, it's going against all these for many good reasons, to be looking after the welfare of all and everyone in the long run, either locally or globally. They are the guardians of the world. They are the fearless fighters fighting for many others who couldn't fight for themselves under certain reasons.

It's very very hard and risky to be an activist. They have to be facing many life threatening situations because they are creating certain 'obstacle' for many selfish greedy powerful people from pursuing their greedy ambitions that will hurt all and everyone in return. Some of them don't even relate themselves as activists. They don't have to do this, and they can just live an 'easier' life, ignoring all kinds of exploitation and corruption, but out of love towards the world that is being exploited to the maximum, where there are many lives are in suffering under many kinds of exploitation and corruption, they are doing this. Even if they have no intention to be doing this for many others, but they are. Even if many people would think and say, "We didn't ask you and don't need you to do this for us," but either directly or indirectly, all and everyone are indebted to all these fearless activists to fight for many things that many people don't even aware of.

Many people are either being ignorant towards many corrupted things that are happening in the world, or they are being manipulated by many selfish greedy ambitious people, who are inspirational to many young people, to be inspired and be aspired to also become 'successful' like them, which is all about greed, selfishness, discontentment, wealth accumulation and hoarding, high-end lifestyle, pleasurable enjoyment, luxurious comfort and higher social status treatment, commercialism, capitalism and investment, by exploiting all and everything to the maximum. Many of the social medias influencers are nothing but the 'slaves' of all these, promoting all these, by influencing as many people (who follow and admire them) as possible, to be inspired, and be aspired to be part of the game of boundless passionate desire and exploitation.

Activists can be exhausting themselves, if they don't know how to let go, and don't know what is non-attachment, non-identification and non-expectation, being determined and hammered by repeated disappointment, threats, hostility, and the increasing selfishness, madness, cruelty, discrimination, exploitation, corruptions, oppression and violence in the world. But if they know how to let go, and know what is non-attachment, non-identification and non-expectation, they will have all the power and energy to be doing what they are doing.

Some people mistaken activists as extremists. Real activists are very different from extremists. Different kinds of extremists would be intentionally generating lots of violent damages and harmful effects in the world in order to achieve what they want to achieve, while activists are doing their best to protect the world from unnecessary damages and harmful effects. Activists also need to be aware of themselves not to turn into extremists, if without correct understanding under great disappointment or intense anger.

No matter how much effort and good will that the influencers and activists have, towards influencing as many people as possible to be making the world a better, kinder, happier, healthier, less corruptions and less suffering place, but the power that can be really impacting the world is in the hand of the world leaders.

Many people strongly believe in the power of the people under democracy, that's true, however, it depends on whether the majority of the people are wise and compassionate, or not, or are free from the influence of ignorance and egoism, or not. What is happening in the world now, is reflecting whether the majority of the people in the world are wise and compassionate, or not.

The world leaders are the ones that has the 'power' to make crucial decision that can be impacting the world in certain way, as they are the law makers, either being voted in and elected by the majority of the people, or by self-proclaimed. While the majority of the people are easily being manipulated to support certain people to be elected and be given that power. If majority of the world leaders are wise and compassionate who can be making use of their position and power to be doing the right thing for looking after the welfare of all and everyone and the surrounding environment, without selfishness and discrimination, then the world would be a better, kinder, happier, less corruptions and less suffering place, however, many of them are not, that's why the world is being what it is now. While many of the world leaders are merely the 'slaves' of some selfish greedy ambitious so called highly 'successful' people in the world.

All the wise and compassionate beings like past and present Buddhas, Gurus and yogis, or the strongest, smartest, fittest, healthiest, loveliest, most talented, most intelligent, most beautiful, most charming, most influential, most powerful and most incredible human beings, or even the so called 'superior entity' that doesn't belong to anyone which is 'illegal', 'offensive' and 'punishable' to mention, say or write its name in certain countries, also can't do anything about that. Ignorance to the deepest.

Not the power of the people, not the power of the world leaders, not the power of the most popular influencer, but the power of ignorance.

None need the 'success' of accumulation and hoarding of limitless wealth, high-end lifestyle, pleasurable enjoyment, luxurious comfort and higher social status treatment powered by commercialism and capitalism to live life. The world will be free from unnecessary damages and suffering deriving from exploitation and corruption, if more people understand that they can live a simple peaceful happy life with enough basic needs for living for all and everyone, if none is being greedy and selfish and ambitious.

Many people are growing up under such belief, values and practice about achieving such 'success', 'enjoyment' or 'abundance' as the goal or meaning of life. There are many motivational empowerment workshops, talks and advocacy to be empowering people to be inspired and aspiring to achieve such 'success' to get out of the desperate situations that were caused by such empowerment in the first place. They don't see that there's anything damaging or selfish about being inspired and aspiring to achieve such 'success', unlimited 'enjoyment' and 'abundance'. In the end, all and everyone who are sharing this space that doesn't belong to anyone will be suffering under such inspiration and aspiration, regardless of those who are living in abundance or desperation.

Those who are living in abundance think that they can avoid being affected by the consequences of their greedy selfish ambitions, while doing some charity works from time to time, it doesn't. Because the damages coming from exploitation and corruption are constantly happening, regardless of whether there are generous people doing some kind of charity works, or not. If people let go of chasing after 'success', 'enjoyment' and 'abundance', there's no need generosity or charity work in the world, as there won't be such desperation or unnecessary suffering deriving from such inspirational aspiration.

Even many yoga practitioners, yoga lovers and yoga teachers, especially those that are identifying and projecting themselves as 'luxury yogi', 'celebrity yogi', 'modern stylish yogi', 'trendy high-end lifestyle yogi', 'inspirational yoga influencer' who are advertising and promoting a world of luxury lifestyle and pleasurable enjoyment empowering commercialism and capitalism to be 'influencing' and 'inspiring' others to be aspiring to become like them, are under the influence of such ignorance.

Only through self-awareness, self-reliance, self-control, self-discipline, self-effort, dispassion, renunciation, self-inquiry and self-realization, can one be liberated from all these boundless ignorance and the consequences of ignorance.

Fear or aversion towards losing something?

The one that has fear towards losing something loses everything

Those who have certain position and power to be making crucial decision that could impact the general welfare of a particular area in the world, as well as be given the precious opportunity to be igniting certain awareness in the ignorant minds towards the ignorance in themselves, even with the initial good will of trying to do something right for oneself and many others, hoping for a less corrupted world deriving from corrupted thinking, belief, values and practice, which led them to be gaining that position and power by fighting very hard against corruptions, however, due to fear towards losing that position and power, they are reluctant to be doing the right thing, in order to harvest more support to keep that position and power, and even if they get to keep that position and power by not doing the right thing, they will still be losing everything, in the end, being the 'slave' of those who don't support those who would do the right thing due to ignorance, while forgot about all the others majority who had been supporting those who would do the right thing, which led them gaining that position and power in the first place.

There should be no fear of losing any position or power, for those who truly want to do something right for themselves and for the world.

It's about making good use of that 'impermanent' position and power to be doing the right thing as much as possible, particularly the upmost important thing to do with that position and power, is to be igniting awareness in the minds that are under the influence of ignorance to be aware towards the ignorance in themselves, which is the main reason why there are so much corruptions existing in that area. The only way to reduce or eliminate corruptions in an area effectively, is by igniting awareness in the minds to be aware of the ignorance in themselves. Just by criminalizing, prosecuting, punishing and imprisoning those who are corrupted, doesn't help the area to have less corruptions, as the root cause is still there.

Corruptions or impurities are like the countless leaves that keep falling down from a tree to the ground that will never come to an end. One will be restlessly cleaning up everyday and leaves will still be falling down everyday. There's no need to keep cleaning up the area full of 'corrupted leaves' by uprooting the entire corrupted tree from the root. There's no longer a 'corrupted tree sprung from corrupted root' that generates 'corrupted leaves' endlessly. And that root of all kinds of ignorance and corruptions in the society, is in the minds under the influence of ignorance and egoism.

The only one that can uproot the root of ignorance from the minds, is the mind itself through self-awareness being aware of the ignorance in itself, and many minds might not have that tiny little bit of self-awareness to be aware of the ignorance in themselves under the thick layer of ignorance being conditioned by ignorant egoistic thinking, belief, values and practice, however, under the help of a selfless reflector, awareness can be ignited or reflected in such minds, regardless of how thick layer is the veil of ignorance, as even that layer of ignorance is conditional and impermanent. Ignorance is conditional because it can be increased or reduced, and even be annihilated, depending on the many factors that can be influencing the degrees of ignorance.

But, the reflector, especially a clear one, not a dusty and shattered one, needs to be available. All kinds of leaders in the world, are unintentionally a reflector for the mass that are under the influence of ignorance. That's why they need a leader that make decision for them as they can't make decision for themselves, that tell them what they should do and shouldn't do. Those who are free from the influence of ignorance, they don't need a leader to lead them. These world leaders can be a corrupted reflector selfishly and ignorantly, or they can be a clear reflector, if they want.

Unless they are completely selfish and ignorant, the leaders in the world, who have a little tiny bit of self-awareness, who don't just want to make a successful career out of that position and power, but with a tiny little initiative or goodwill to help the world to be less corrupted, to have less corruptions, they must make use of that precious opportunity to be igniting awareness into the minds that are lost in ignorance.

Such position and power loses its meaning and power, even if one gets to keep that position and power, by being a 'slave' of the ignorant ones in order to keep that position and power, empowering ignorance in the minds. One will be swallowed by that position and power, in the end, by empowering the ignorance in the people, that is similar to be breeding a large group of uncontrollable monsters in one's home.

The corruptions in the world of yoga

"What kind of corruptions that could be existing in the world of yoga that is about peace, wisdom and compassion?"

Corruptions exist in everywhere, including in the world of yoga and/or buddhism, because most minds are still functioning under the influence of ignorance, egoism and impurities.

Under the influence of ignorance and egoism, it's normal that the mind is being ignorant toward certain corruptions in itself, not to say, towards the existence of certain corruptions in the world, or not knowing towards what kind of corruptions are there, because under the influence of worldly passionate egoistic thinking, belief, values and practice, all those ignorant egoistic corruptions appear to be normal and nothing corrupted, in accordance to the worldly passionate egoistic thinking, belief, values and practice. Some minds are even unaware of themselves are being abused or exploited, and are following the corrupted instructions coming from the corrupted minds to be practicing yoga or living life in certain way.

Openness and fearlessness is being mistaken as trying all kinds of high risk activities and trying all types of substances or practices that are available in the world, even if it's harmful to oneself and others

Meditation is being mistaken for stimulating and expanding the power of creativity or attaining super extraordinary power to influence and control everything under one's desire

Unconditional love, non-attachment and non-possessiveness is being mistaken as engaging in random unlimited and uncommitted intimate love affairs or relationships with multiple lovers, or random sexual activities with multiple partners without commitment or responsibility

Compassion is being mistaken as passionate love and affection, sympathy and empathy, giving happiness to others and removing unhappiness from others, and pleasing others by gratifying their desires of craving and aversion to make them happy or less unhappy or suffering

Selflessness is being mistaken as unselfishness or self-sacrifice

Non-duality, particularly neither good nor bad, is being misused as justification for engaging in ignorant irresponsible hurtful damaging behaviors, actions and reactions

All these are unreal is being mistaken as "I can do whatever I want, and there's no consequences, just like in dreams."

All are imperfect is being misused as the justification to be making mistakes repeatedly and generating ignorant hurtful behavior, action and reaction, either intentionally or unintentionally

Freedom or liberation is being mistaken as void of self control, non-limitation or non-restriction of thoughts, actions, speech, expression and the indulgence in pleasurable enjoyment regardless of whether they are causing harmful consequences or not, as well as the gratification of all desires being unconditioned and unlimited by time, space, causation, condition and situation

The realization of selflessness and that everything is impermanently changing selflessly governed by the nature's law of cause and effect, and none can remove the ignorance and suffering from another, but oneself, as well as the increasing of ignorance and madness deriving from ignorance in the world, is being mistaken as all these doesn't matter, the world won't become better but worst, and all are meaningless and depressing, and hence, it's better to just commit suicide. This understanding is still within the influence of ignorance. The minds that truly realized selflessness, they don't perceive matter or doesn't matter, meaningfulness or meaninglessness, uplifting or depressing. Siddhartha Gautama Buddha, Ajahn Chah and Swami Sivananda continuing to be performing selfless service diligently to be disseminating dhamma into the world without egoism of attachment, identification or expectation after they had attained the direct realization towards selflessness until the moment the physical body ceased functioning or the life existence comes to an end under its respective cause

Selflessness and non-attachment is being mistaken as "Since there's no 'I' existing, then all these doesn't matter, there's no need to practice non-attachment, self-control, self-inquiry, or anything, and if the practice is about non-attachment, not attaching towards good or bad, right or wrong, then it doesn't matter good or bad, right or wrong, there's no need to do good and not doing bad, there's no need to be right and not being wrong, there's no need to practice anything at all." Such is the deep ignorance that gives rise to such ignorant understanding. The truth of selflessness in all and everything, as well as the teaching about 'all these are unreal, it's like a dream,' doesn't mean that all these don't exist, or there's no consequences of actions. The realization of selflessness, or the truth of selflessness in all and everything doesn't change the truth of all and everything is constantly changing impermanently and selflessly under the nature's law of cause and effect, where all actions will bring along the consequences of actions, either pleasant or unpleasant, desirable or undesirable, agreeable or disagreeable, pleasurable enjoyment or painful suffering, regardless of whether the mind realizes selflessness, or not, is being good and kind, or not. The selfless conditional and limited physical body will still have to go through all kinds of selfless impermanent changes of decay, weakness, illness, injury, discomfort, pain, aging, and eventually disintegrating and decompose, being limited by time, space and causation. If the thinking mind is functioning under the influence of ignorance and egoism, then it will be in painful suffering due to the presence of attachment, identification and the desire of craving and aversion towards all these selfless impermanent changes that it perceives through the senses and sense organs of the physical body. While the sincere practice of mind purification to be eliminating ignorance and egoism, and the persistent self-inquiry under a purified thinking faculty towards "all these within the selfless impermanent modifications of the mind" will free the mind from suffering while under going all the selfless impermanent changes that are not necessarily pleasant, desirable, agreeable and enjoyable under the absence of attachment or grasping, as well as upon attaining direct self-realization towards the truth of selflessness

Control of mind is being mistaken as developing the super mind power to be knowing and controlling other people's mind

Positive thinking is being mistaken as developing positive mind power to be interfering, influencing, controlling or changing the undesirable reality to be the way that the mind would like it to be, such as defying decay and aging, or making everything to become all good and nothing bad, or all positive and nothing negative, empowering the attachment and craving towards good health condition or goodness, and the attachment and aversion towards bad health condition or badness

Renunciation, seclusion and solitude is being mistaken as selfishness, anti-social, unhealthy, hating other human beings, a form of irresponsibility or running away from duties and responsibilities, and being blamed as the cause of the suffering of loneliness

Retreat is being mistaken as a time and space for enjoying self-pampering health and beauty treatments, indulging in luxurious pleasurable enjoyments of the senses, enjoyable group activities and yoga community or yoga family connectivity holiday getaway camp

The practice of silence (Mauna) and non-interference towards the nature's law of cause and effect is being mistaken as ignoring and non-taking action towards the ignorance and corruptions in the world, or silent acceptance towards and non-exposing any corrupted conducts and affairs within the community, or silently accepting and non-moving away from any ill-treatments and abusive behaviors inflicted unto oneself and/or others

Momentary pleasant and agreeable side-effects of the persevere yoga and meditation practice are being mistaken as 'spiritual achievement' or 'enlightenment'

There's neither right nor wrong. It's everyone's freedom and responsibility towards their own desire and don't desire, their actions and consequences of actions.

Inquire towards the truth of everything.

Without dispassion and detachment, all kinds of yoga practice are merely some physical and mental activities

All kinds of physical and mental yoga practice of yoga asana practice, pranayama practice, pure organic way of clean living and vegetarian food consumption, positive thinking, concentration and meditation practice, even when the mind gets to experience certain degrees of tranquility beyond names and forms induced by the physical and mental yoga and meditation practice, or gets a glimpse of beyond bodily consciousness of transcendental bliss under the momentary one-pointed stillness state of the mind, don't necessary guarantee self-realization, or the liberation from ignorance, egoism and impurities, or the end of suffering, or they don't serve the purpose of mind purification to be eliminating the ignorance, egoism and impurities effectively, if without dispassion and renunciation, or the eradication of passionate desires of craving and aversion, or the detachment from the worldly passionate egoistic ideas, affairs, ties, interactions, activities, thinking, belief, values and practice deriving from ignorance and egoism, that empowers ignorance, egoism, impurities and restlessness.

Without dispassion, renunciation, detachment and the eradication of the passionate desires of craving and aversion, all kinds of physical and mental yoga practice are merely some physical and mental activities like any kind of physical sports and fitness exercises or mental function, ability and knowledge enhancement exercises, regardless of how long one has been performing such activities and has been gaining all sorts of physical and mental improvements from engaging in such physical and mental training activities regularly, and constantly learning, studying and accumulating all kinds of knowledge about everything, the mind will still be under the influence of ignorance and egoism.

That's why there are quite many corruptions or corrupted abusive conducts and affairs in the world of yoga and buddhism, from among those of the top level of so called the founder of certain lineage, school or organization, the top people of the management of certain lineage, school or organization, the guardians, the principal teachers and advanced disciples with so called many years of engagement and experience in the advanced yoga and meditation practice, or the devoted disciples of buddhism of monks or nuns, and among those that think and believe that they have been learning and practicing yoga and meditation practice under certain lineage, school or teacher for many years, and that they are the advanced yoga practitioners who perform advanced yoga practice, and/or they are the advanced yoga teachers who teach advanced yoga practice or advanced yoga classes to others.

As under the influence of ignorance and egoism, there will be egoistic attachment and identification towards the momentary side-effects of the yoga asana, pranayama, concentration and meditation practice, such as the momentary sense of tranquility, or the momentary sense of beyond bodily consciousness of lightness and void of physical sensations, or what the mind refers as transcendental bliss, which then the mind generates attachment, identification and craving towards such momentary effects induced by the practice. There's idea of "This is amazing," "I am experiencing this," "I am enjoying this," or "I have achieved higher level in my yoga and meditation practice," or even, "I am enlightened."

Even without performing any kinds of yoga asana, pranayama, concentration and meditation practice, such momentary effects of the momentary sense of tranquility or the momentary sense of beyond bodily consciousness of lightness and void of physical sensations can be easily induced by certain types of drugs. There are quite many people hooked on such effects induced by certain drugs and are addicted to such drugs induced momentary effects. These momentary pleasant blissful states of the mind doesn't remove the ignorance, egoism and impurities. And many minds, even the adept yoga and meditation practitioners, mistaken that momentary lightness, numbness, tranquility, or pleasant blissful state of mind as the state of 'enlightenment', but then in everyday life, their thinking and conduct are still corrupted.

That's why the presence of all those momentary physical and mental side-effects of the yoga asana, pranayama, concentration and meditation practice are not relevant to whether the eradication of ignorance, egoism and impurities is taking place, or not. In fact, during the intense mind purification process of eradicating ignorance and egoism, there are 'unpleasantness', 'irritation', 'pain' and 'discomfort' arising in the mind and/or the body.

That's the power of ignorance, egoism and impurities. One can be practicing certain yoga and meditation practice regularly and passionately under certain lineage, school or organization for many many years, while gaining and enjoying the momentary side-effects of many different types of physical and mental benefits and enhancements, or has been accumulating many different information or knowledge through reading, hearing, studying and memorizing, and full of passionate love and enthusiasm towards yoga and the yoga practice, but the mind is still ignorantly functioning under the influence of deep ignorance and egoism, that leads to corrupted thinking and conduct, unwittingly.

The minds that are in the process of eradicating the ignorance, egoism and impurities from the thinking faculty, are void of passionate love and enthusiasm towards anything, including yoga and the yoga practice. The mind doesn't need to have passionate love and enthusiasm towards yoga and the yoga practice, to be performing the yoga practice and realize yoga under the intense yearning for liberation. Similarly, the dispassionate yogis don't fall in love with the chanting, bhajan, kirtan, mantras and prayers that serve the purpose of influencing the state of the mind via such sound vibration, to render the mind one-pointed that leads to meditation. While the meditation practitioners don't fall in love with meditation. The passionate love and enthusiasm is indeed one of the 'cheeky' hindrances that hinders the mind to evolve, to annihilate the selfless modifications of the selfless thinking faculty, to attain self-realization.

It's not the fault or the responsibility of the teachings and practice of yoga and/or buddhism being what they are, as there are minds that have been and/or are practicing the teachings and practice as they are, under the correct understanding and right effort, that purify the selfless thinking faculty effectively as it is, that leads the minds towards self-realization upon the annihilation of ignorance, egoism, impurities and the restless modifications of the mind. It's solely the responsibility of the minds themselves that are practicing the teachings and practice with or without the correct understanding and right effort.

That's why the highly importance of non-blind believing, non-blind following, non-blind practicing, non-blind propagating, investigation towards the truth of everything, self-inquiry, self-reliance, self-discipline, self-control, dispassion, renunciation, seclusion, solitude void of any company (Asanga), detachment, non-attachment, non-identification, desirelessness, non-craving, non-aversion, wise company (Satsanga), void of ignorant egoistic company (Kutsanga), correct understanding and right effort throughout the journey of yoga and/or buddhism.

Inquire the truth of everything.

Unconditional peace, love and acceptance or non-interference doesn't mean inaction

The mind that realized unconditional peace and love, being free from ignorance and egoism, being undetermined and undisturbed by all kind of corruptions or corrupted behaviors deriving from the many corrupted minds in the world of ignorance and egoism, can be performing many actions selflessly, being free from egoistic attachment, identification, judgment and expectation towards the actions and the fruit of actions.

The realization of selflessness and compassion, being able to love and accept all and everything unconditionally as they are, and devoid of any egoistic desire or intention to be interfering with the ignorance in other minds that is impacting the condition and situation in the world, it doesn't mean that the selfless mind that is devoid of desire or intention will be in a state of inaction or actionless, cease performing any actions in the world to be maintaining the life existence of the physical body, or not making use of the remaining life existence of the physical body to be performing selfless actions of disseminating dhamma into the world of ignorance and egoism, that might or might not bring any awareness to the minds that are lost in ignorance and suffering. Or else, Siddhartha Gautama Buddha, Swami Sivananda and Ajahn Chah wouldn't be performing so many years of selfless actions of disseminating the dhamma/teachings until their physical body ceased functioning at their own cause respectively.

The selfless mind can be performing many actions out of compassion without egoistic attachment, identification, desire, judgment and expectation, that might or might not help the corrupted and suffering minds that are under the influence of ignorance and egoism to be aware of the ignorance and egoism in themselves, and be initiated to be free from ignorance and egoism, or not. There's no attachment or expectation towards such actions and the fruit of actions has to be or not to be in certain ways. The mind is undetermined and unaffected by the actions and the fruit of actions.

Habitual random egoistic reactions without awareness under the influence of ignorance, is different from selfless actions that are free from the influence of ignorance and egoism being performed under the presence of wisdom and compassion, and under the absence of the idea of 'I', or the ego. Such selfless actions without egoistic desire or intention to be interfering with or changing other minds being what they are, are not the same as autonomous egoistic reactions reacting towards something under the influence of egoistic desires and don't desires, likes and dislikes, agreements and disagreements that has intention and expectation towards the fruit of 'action' (egoistic reaction) to be in certain ways.

Such as preparing for the practice of concentration and meditation. One performs necessary actions regularly to prepare the body and mind to have the focus and be able to be in a steady position comfortably for concentration and meditation. That is nothing to do with reaction. Performing certain practice that help to free the mind from ignorance, is also nothing to do with reaction. And then, during the practice of concentration and meditation, one is being aware of and observes the pleasant and unpleasant physical sensations/thoughts/feelings arising, changing, and passing away without attachment or grasping, without craving or aversion. That is non-reaction.

Without the desire or intention to change the world to be or not to be in certain ways, the selfless mind can be performing certain actions selflessly under the presence of wisdom and compassion that might or might not help to bring more peace and harmony or lessen the ignorance and the consequences of ignorance in the world. It's free from the attachment, identification, desire or craving and aversion, or the intention of "I don't desire, like or agree with this, and hence, I want/need to do something to change this to become something that I desire, like and agree with."

Upon being aware of certain corruptions or corrupted behaviors/affairs in the world deriving from ignorance and egoism in the corrupted minds, and free from being disturbed by the existence of such corruptions, unconditional love and acceptance or non-reaction doesn't mean that the selfless mind that is resting in unconditional peace won't be performing any actions that might bring certain awareness into the world that might or might not help the corrupted minds to be aware of the ignorance in themselves, and be initiated to be free from such corruptions, or not. It also doesn't mean that the selfless mind won't be performing any actions that might or might not help all the other minds that are also under the influence of ignorance and egoism to be developing certain degrees of awareness or correct understanding so that they can be aware of such corruptions existing in the world, and hence, be free from being taken advantage/exploited/abused or disturbed by the many corruptions deriving from the many corrupted minds.

Certain yoga or budhhism practitioners/teachers/leaders might be confused by the teachings and practice of unconditional love and acceptance, non-reaction, non-interference, desirelessness, intentionlessness, or silence (where all these names and forms are being misunderstood as actionless or inaction), where they couldn't comprehend that selfless actions being performed under the presence of wisdom and compassion upon the annihilation of ignorance and egoism in the mind, are not contradicting with the teachings and practice of unconditional love and acceptance, non-reaction, non-interference, desirelessness, intentionlessness, or silence, at all. 

Some other common misunderstanding towards the teachings of yoga and/or buddhism, such as about karma, where the minds that are still under the influence of ignorance and egoism would think and believe that when people are experiencing certain painful suffering, ill treatment, cruelty, or abuse inflicted by some others either intentionally or randomly, out of ignorance, lust, greed, authoritarianism, or self-righteousness, that it's their own bad karma accumulated from the past out of their own bad and wrongful actions/behaviors, that they should go through all those painful suffering, ill treatment, cruelty, or abuse in silence without trying to refuse/defend/move away from/avoid such unpleasant painful treatments in order to 'burn off' those past accumulated bad karma in order to be free from the binding of karma. That understanding is mere ignorance.

Because of such ignorant misunderstanding, many corrupted minds make use of such corrupted thinking and belief as an excuse or justification to be taking advantage, exploiting, or abusing some others to be satisfying their own lustful desire, or to be relieving certain type of disturbance, tension, or frustration in themselves, or merely to be feeling superior, powerful, and in control. And then, the others who are aware of the existence of such corruptions, would feel that it's wrong or not appropriate for them to be doing or saying something, to acknowledge and expose such corruptions, or to avoid or reduce further similar or some other types of corruption, that might or might not help to minimize such corruptions to be continuing happening or existing under such incorrect understanding about karma. They thought and believe that the practice of SILENCE or non-reaction is about closing their eyes, ears, and mouth, don't see, don't hear, don't speak, and don't act, and that it's actually good for the people to be suffering enormously and continuously, in order to be 'burning off' their past accumulated bad karma. Such deep ignorance.

Another common misunderstanding that is related to such corruption that involves exploitation and physical/sexual abuse in the world of yoga and buddhism, is about compassion.

Under the influence of ignorance and egoism, the minds think and believe that compassion is about showing sympathy and empathy towards other people's suffering, by encouraging and empowering mental and emotional dependency among one another, to be cheering and comforting one another, to be giving and receiving love and affection between one another, and in order to help to relieve the suffering or unhappiness in others, one should be comforting or pleasing others in order to make others happy or to lessen others' unhappiness. And such misunderstanding is the perfect excuse or justification being used by certain corrupted minds to be taking advantage, exploit, and abuse some other ignorant minds that are in certain suffering and in desperation towards seeking certain comfort, love, affection, and relief or liberation from suffering.

Out of misunderstanding towards compassion, some people might not be aware of they are actually empowering the ignorance and egoism and corruptions in the minds or in the world, when they think and believe that they are being compassionate performing compassionate actions out of compassion.

Upon attaining certain degrees of correct understanding or direct realization, and established in unconditional peace, free from passionate egoistic desires, greed, and impurities, being undetermined and undisturbed by duality, selfless actions can be performed without egoistic attachment, identification, desire of craving and aversion, judgment and expectation, of disseminating the dhamma or the teachings of yoga and/or buddhism without attachment or identification towards the action and the fruit of action, while being aware of all kind of wholesome/unwholesome affairs in the world without judgment towards "This is good or bad, right or wrong, positive or negative, meaningful or meaningless, appropriate or inappropriate, and auspicious or inauspicious."

Just as water being water. Air being air. Space being space. Fire being fire. Earth being earth. Selfless. Desireless. Intentionless. But ceaseless intentionless actions are happening selflessly, inter-influencing one another, and enabling all and everything to be forming, changing and disintegrating at their own cause and pace.

Knowing that all kind of corruptions or corrupted behaviors are deriving from ignorance and egoism. It's about the presence or absence of ignorance and egoism. It's not about judging something as right or wrong, good or bad/evil, appropriate or inappropriate, based on any particular thinking and belief, values and practice. And none, not even the enlightened buddhas or gurus, can purify, remove, or eliminate the ignorance in the mind of others, but the mind itself. The buddhas or gurus are just showing the way, disseminate the dhamma/teachings, without desire, intention, judgment, or expectation, and without directing towards any specific type of corruption or specific individual, as all are the products of ignorance.

Without any egoistic intention or desire to interfere with the nature's law of cause and effect, or to influence and change other minds or the world to be something else that it is not, without egoistic authoritarian to be judging, disciplining, or punishing other minds for their imperfection or ignorance, and without the desire of 'healing' anyone or anything, or 'saving' anyone out of the ocean of suffering, one can be acknowledging all kind of ignorance in the world and perform selfless actions that might or might not help to ignite certain awareness in the minds that are functioning under the veil of ignorance, without specifically directing towards any particular type of corruption or specific individual, allowing all minds whether to come in contact with dhamma, or not, whether to receive or reject the gift of dhamma, and whether to be free from ignorance, or not.

As even under the law of cause and effect, where planting mango seeds lead to the growth of mango tree that gives the fruits of mango and not other kinds of fruit, and one reaps the fruit from the tree that grows out of the seed that one planted, however, there are many elements that can affect the entire process from the moment after the seed is planted. If there's no, or not enough essential supportive elements that enable the mango seed to grow properly and healthily, it might not grow into a mature tree, or it might not give any fruits at all, or it might not give fruits of mango with the specific/perfect texture and taste, or it might stop giving fruit after a few years of giving many fruits, or it might be attacked and damaged by disease or insects, or it might be destroyed by mankind or nature either intentionally or unintentionally. And no matter what is the quality, whether it's a good tree with good fruit or a bad tree with bad fruit, whether it's a mango tree or an apple tree, all are impermanent, all are arising, changing, and passing away. And more importantly, all are selfless.

That's why it's ignorance to tell others that they deserve to be suffering what they are suffering because it's their past accumulated bad karma or sin, and that it's very good for them to be suffering 'more' in order to 'burn off' their bad karma or sin.

Regardless of what type of actions that will bring respective consequences, it's not about 'burning off' or 'getting rid of' karma, or particularly bad karma/the seeds of unpleasant actions and consequences, as what most minds would like it to be. It's not about greedy for accumulating merits and virtue and good karma to be enjoying good karma or the seeds of pleasant actions and consequences, as what most minds would like it to be. It's about freeing the mind from ignorance and egoism.

The most evil mind that had done many evil actions in the past also can attain liberation upon the annihilation of ignorance and egoism. It's not about intentionally to be 'burning off' all kinds of karma or sin through self-torturing or be tortured by others. That's why the importance of some basic self-independence, mind purification, and correct understanding that would allow the mind to investigate the truth of everything, and NOT blind-believing, blind-following, blind-practicing, blind-agreeing/disagreeing, and blind-propagating anything.

The teachings and practice of yoga and buddhism emphasized on the importance of developing self-independence, particularly mental and emotional independence, dispassion, renunciation (nothing to do with becoming a nun or monk living among a nun/monk community in an ashram or a monastery), seclusion, solitude, self-awareness, self-control, self-discipline, self-effort, self-investigation, self-inquiry and self-realization, to free the mind from the veil of ignorance, egoism, impurities, and restlessness.

It's the annihilation of the desire of craving and aversion which is the root cause of all kinds of ignorance induced corruption and suffering.

It's the realization towards the one same nature of selflessness and impermanence in all and everything (What all and everything are - Selfless and impermanent), and respecting the nature's law of cause and effect.

It's transcending or going beyond duality. It's quieting, disciplining, and purifying one's mind through self-control and self-discipline for performing self-inquiry or contemplation to attain self-realization to be free from ignorance and the suffering deriving from ignorance.

It's NOT about 'healing', 'energy exchange', 'community support', 'miracle touch/hug/treatment', 'mystical/transcendental experiences', 'super extraordinary power', 'receiving blessings from certain higher entity', or giving and receiving 'love and affection' among one another.

It's not about other minds are free from ignorance and corruptions, or not. It's about this mind that is here perceiving all these. Look after this mind, to free this mind from ignorance, and resting in unconditional peace.

Before the annihilation of ignorance and egoism, the mind is being disturbed by the absence and presence of all kind of pleasant/agreeable/desirable experiences (so called 'good karma') and unpleasant/disagreeable/undesirable experiences (so called 'bad karma') under the desire of craving towards pleasant/agreeable/desirable experiences, and aversion towards unpleasant/disagreeable/undesirable experiences, and hence, it perceives suffering upon the desire of craving and aversion is not being gratified, and so, it has the desire to be free from suffering.

Upon the realization of selflessness, or upon the annihilation of ignorance and egoism, the mind is not being disturbed by the absence and presence of all kind of pleasant/agreeable/desirable experiences and unpleasant/disagreeable/undesirable experiences, as it is free from the desire of craving and aversion, and hence, it is devoid of suffering and the desire to be free from suffering.

That's why it's not about 'burning off' karma, but it's transcending 'both good and bad karma' or cause and effect through the annihilation of ignorance and egoism.

Transcending good and bad karma, or being free from the desire of craving and aversion, doesn't mean that one sees a wall right in front of oneself and deliberately run into the wall and hurt oneself, or one sees a stone is coming towards oneself, but deliberately not moving away and being hit by the stone and be injured by that. That's pure ignorance.

Yoga for world peace - The absence of ideas and activities deriving from ignorance and egoism

Yoga exists for world peace, and world peace is only possible via the absence of ideas and activities deriving from ignorance and egoism in the minds that are occupying this space of the universe that doesn't belong to anyone, upon the minds are free from ignorance and egoism via self-awareness, self-effort, self-discipline, self-reliance, self-inquiry and self-realization. It's not even what many kind and loving minds think and believe and propagate that "The world doesn't belong to me, or you, or them, but it belong to all of us. We need to unite and stand together as one big family to prosper and protect our world under one similar vision," as that is what passionate egoism, survival instinct, possessiveness and desire is about, and that is why there are never ending unrest and man made problems and suffering in the world.

Even when people, particularly those who have certain influential power on influencing and determining the local and/or global general condition and situation, who also think and believe that they love yoga and they are practicing/teaching/promoting yoga, are aware of yoga is for world peace and have the great 'enthusiasm' and 'aspiration' and 'good intention' to be 'promoting world peace' under the name of yoga, but out of ignorance and egoism, not only that they are not really promoting peace and harmony among the vast diversities via the annihilation of ignorance and egoism, but either wittingly or unwittingly, intentionally or unintentionally, directly or indirectly, they are empowering ignorance and egoism in the world, promoting attachment, identification, desire, comparison, judgment, expectation, greed, selfishness, separateness, discrimination, prejudice, anger, hatred and violence.

Although there are many people are interested in learning and performing some form of yoga asana, breathing, relaxation, concentration and meditation exercises under many different branding and styles regularly that give them some momentary health and fitness benefits, however, not many are interested to hear or learn about the essential teachings and practice of yoga, and even might be strongly against the teachings and practice of yoga about the annihilation of ignorance and egoism by freeing the minds from being conditioned by worldly passionate egoistic family, social, cultural, religious/spiritual, commercial, national and political ideas, thinking, belief, values, practice and activities.

In the many different kinds of family, social, cultural, religious/spiritual, commercial, national or political ideas, thinking, belief, values, practice and activities under many different names and forms in the world, there is something in common, where most of the ideas and activities are deriving from passionate egoistic minds under the influence of ignorance and egoism and survival instinct, and all of them emphasized on 'grouping' and the empowerment of egoism of attachment, identification, craving and aversion, comparison/competition, judgment and expectation, in order to be empowered, surviving, expanding or prospering.

'Grouping' begins from two or a few people ganged up together sharing the similar vision/ambition/desire/aspiration/intention, and then, they invite, recruit, convert, tempt, manipulate, conquer or threaten more other people to join their 'group', in order to gain 'all kinds of support' or 'power'. Such as family want to have more family members in order to help out everyday living physically and financially and to expand the genes; or a gang/tribe/association/community wants to have more active and patriotic members in order to be strong and powerful for expanding/prospering/sustaining, defending themselves or conquering some others; or a business needs to have more and more labourers and customers in order to sustain and grow bigger to bring in more profits; or a nation want to have more hardworking, empowered, ambitious and aggressive young people to pay tax and spend money for promoting the economical growth, and be their labourers, servants, army and soldiers; or all and everyone are being inspired and empowered to be desireful, ambitious, discontented, superficial, materialistic and prideful to be chasing after name, fame, admiration, acknowledgement, recognition, success, wealth, possession, pleasurable enjoyment of the senses, higher social class status, luxurious privilege, VIP treatment, or higher spending power that support and empower the economy that give rise to many corruptions, prejudice, discrimination, labour and natural resource exploitation, and destruction to the environment; or a political party needs the support of the majority to be in power under the democracy system; or a dictator needs a huge army of obedient and heartless soldiers to be in power; or a religion needs as many followers/supporters as possible for surviving/sustaining/expanding, and so on. All these need as many people as possible to be engaging in the game in order to fulfill their respective goal/desire/ambition/aspiration.

This is something very common that exists in family, siblings, friends circle, tribe, ethnicity, culture, society, business, association, religion, spirituality, politics, village, town, state, nation, region, democracy, dictatorship, anarchy or monarchy, and even in the world of yoga and/or buddhism.

There are sets of rules and regulations generated by the top leaders or the law makers, where all the members in the 'group' need to follow, respect, carryout, practice, or 'obey', in order for the top leaders to be in control of many things within the 'group'. Those who don't follow, respect, carryout, practice, or 'obey' such rules and regulations, would be judged, criminalized, prosecuted, punished, penalized, threatened, persecuted, or expelled. Within the group, everyone are being empowered to be mentally and emotionally dependent on one another, and everyone need to be equipped with certain 'qualities', comply with certain 'acceptable and appropriate way of thinking and behavior', engage in certain group activities, or contribute certain contribution to the group, to be acknowledged, recognized, approved, accepted, authorized, sanctioned, praised or loved by the leaders and all the others.

Corruptions exist in everywhere is the responsibility of the minds themselves being corrupted under the influence of ignorance and egoism. The diverse existence of the many different kinds of family, tribe, ethnicity, culture, society, business, association, religion, spirituality, politics, village, town, state, nation, region, democracy, dictatorship, anarchy or monarchy, are neither good nor bad, neither right nor wrong. The main culprit is the presence of ignorance and egoism.

'Grouping' that is deriving from and empowered by the attachment and identification towards 'we all are one (in this group)'/'togetherness makes us strong and powerful (to be defending/protecting us and ours from the others that are not one of us)' and having particular vision/aspiration/ambition in order to be sustaining/prospering/expanding/empowered, and many other kinds of corruption exist everywhere even in the world of yoga and buddhism that are solely about freeing the mind from such corrupted passionate egoistic ideas and activities, is due to most minds are very much functioning under the veil of ignorance and egoism.

It's a normal phenomena in the world of yoga and/or buddhism, as these corrupted minds are the minds that needed the teachings and practice of yoga or buddhism (the annihilation of ignorance and egoism) the most, however, they are not at the point of having the basic mind purification or correct understanding yet. Minds that are void of ignorance and egoism don't need the teachings or practice of yoga and/or buddhism. The teachings and practice of yoga and/or buddhism exist along with the existence of ignorance and egoism in the world. If there's no ignorance and egoism existing in the world, the teachings and practice of yoga and/or buddhism have no cause to be existing.

That's why the very basic teachings and practice of both yoga and buddhism is about non blind-believing, non blind-following, non blind-practicing, non blind-agreeing/disagreeing, non blind-propagating, self-reliance, self-discipline, dispassion, renunciation, seclusion, solitude, self-investigation, self-inquiry and self-realization towards the truth of everything, to know Thyself, to realize what is 'I', to realize selflessness.

Those who truly understand and practice yoga and/or buddhism never see or treat the teacher as 'an authority' or 'a superior entity' or 'a healer'. The genuine practitioner or the authentic teacher of yoga and/or buddhism don't project themselves as 'an authority' or 'a superior entity' or 'a healer'. It's unfortunate that there are minds that are under the influence of ignorance and egoism, who are desperately looking forward to be free from certain doubt and suffering, who are lost, who are craving to be loved and comforted, who want to be accepted/acknowledged/recognized/approved/praised by some others, who want to be 'healed', who want to believe in, experience or witness 'miracles' or 'transcendental experiences', who want to feel "I am good enough, I am deserving, I am successful, and I am very special," who want to have shortcut to 'enlightenment', were ignorantly being taken advantage, exploited or abused by those who are corrupted, who are also under the influence of ignorance and egoism.

Siddhartha Gautama Buddha and other genuine teachers and gurus of dhamma never claimed to be 'a healer of anything', or 'a sin/karma remover', or 'a special VIP', or 'an authority', or 'an angel of love and affection', or 'a giver of enlightenment', or 'a skillful magician', or 'super extraordinary miraculous powerful being that provides miracle healing touch/hug/treatment or brings back the dead, changes the past and controls the future', and so on.

The corrupted minds or the pseudo 'teachers'/'gurus'/'friends'/'father figure'/'mother figure'/'brothers and sisters'/'life advisers' are those who project themselves as 'an authority that disciplines/judges/punishes others', 'a superior entity that deserves highest respect or admiration and entitled to special VIP treatment from others', 'a healer of anything', 'an affectionate angel full of over-flowing love to be giving love and affection to others who need love and affection', 'an enlightened being claiming one can take away or reduce other's suffering, sin or bad karma, or provide shortcut to enlightenment', and so on, to be taking advantage, exploit or abuse those who are lost in suffering, doubt and desperation under the influence of ignorance.

And more unfortunate is that, those who are under the influence of ignorance and egoism, who are the ones that need the reflection of dhamma to be free from ignorance and egoism, are the ones that would generate intense disappointment or aversion towards the world of yoga and/or buddhism due to the inevitable existence of corruptions in the world of yoga and buddhism.

Those who have certain degrees of correct understanding, would not be taken advantage, exploited or abused by the ignorant corrupted minds, as well as wouldn't be disturbed, distracted or disappointed by the corruptions generated by the corrupted minds in anywhere in the world of ignorance and egoism. There's no expectation towards certain minds should already be free from ignorance and egoism, or there shouldn't be any corruptions existing in the world of yoga and buddhism that is 'expected' or 'supposed' to be a pure and safe refuge for the suffering ones.

Swami Sivananda - "Do not mix. Do not associate. Do not build ashram. Do not hoard disciples. Live alone. Eat alone. Walk alone. Meditate alone."

Only through the direct realization towards the deep meaning of that, one can be truly embracing all diversities as they are, free from separateness, discrimination, prejudice, intimidation, defensiveness, offensiveness, interference, intrusion, possessiveness, attachment, identification, expectation, craving, lust, mental and emotional dependency, dissatisfaction, disappointment, greed, unrest, disharmony, fear and violence. Although most minds that are under the influence of ignorance and egoism would interpret that as a form of 'selfishness', 'madness', 'wrongfulness', 'abnormality' and/or 'anti-social/community', or even, 'dangerous or intimidation towards their vision/desire/ambition/aspiration of a world that is built on 'grouping' via the empowerment of egoism of attachment, identification and desire. Those who want to be in control of everyone and everything and the world to be and not to be in certain way, according to their particular vision/desire/ambition/aspiration would not like or agree with this. That's their freedom of thinking, action and reaction.

And that's the way of the world it is, the by-products of ignorance and egoism, as everyone with different vision and desire are trying to achieve 'peace and prosperity in the world that they claimed ownership as their world/home/land/country/community' via 'controlling' or 'regulating' everyone and everything to be and not to be in certain way according to their particular vision and desire. Let it be.

It's a very simple inquiry towards peace. If one desires to have peace, but would be determined, disturbed or distracted by the noises and activities in the surrounding environment, and only would be able being in peace provided if the surrounding environment is void of any kinds of noise or activity that oneself doesn't like and doesn't desire, then that is not really peace. If one is able to be resting in peace, being undetermined, undisturbed and undistracted by all kinds of noise and activity in the surrounding environment, without trying to change or control the surrounding environment by getting rid of something that one doesn't like and doesn't desire in order to allow oneself to have the peace that one desires, then that is real peace.

The world is not perfect, and it will never be perfect. There's nothing wrong and it's okay that the world is not perfect, where there are many minds are under the influence of ignorance and egoism, as well as there are minds that are lost completely, or mentally very sick. It's unfortunate that many of those who have the influential power influencing the general condition and situation in the world are not aware of the ignorance and egoism in themselves, where they want to interfere, convert, change, punish or get rid of anyone and anything that they don't agree with, don't like and don't desire, that are against their desire/vision/ambition. Yoga for world peace is not about building a perfect world where all minds are absolutely void of ignorance and egoism, but existing for those who genuinely want to be free from ignorance, and hence, be free from being disturbed by all kinds of ignorance and corruption in the world, to have peace in oneself, and naturally, radiate peace and harmony into the world selflessly and intentionlessly.
