The selfless leader for all in the world of diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything

It's okay, if the mind doesn't know what is leadership and how to be a leader, or is not interested to get involved in leadership, or reluctant to hold the heavy duty and responsibility of a leader that makes important influential and impactful decisions that influence and impact all and everyone and everything in a world of many diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, but more importantly, there is the selfless conscious and/or unconscious intention that is based on indiscriminate and unconditional kindness or the selfless power of compassion (the selfless intentionless indiscriminate power of selfless action/manifestation that gives rise to the selfless manifestation of all kinds of names and forms and activities) to SERVE all and everyone selflessly, indiscriminately and unconditionally.

None need to become a leader in order to serve all and everyone and the surrounding living environment.

All and everyone can serve all and everyone and look after the general welfare of the surrounding living environment that doesn't belong to anyone or anything selflessly, indiscriminately, and unconditionally, out of one's self-initiative and under the presence of correct understanding and the mental and emotional maturity or independence, by performing one's respective duty and responsibility individually and independently, that inter-support the selfless existence and function of all and everyone and everything, selflessly.

The world is in a state of madness, or chaos, or unrest, is because many leaders who think and believe that they know what is leadership, that they know how to lead, and that they have intense enthusiasm/desire/ambition to be the leader of any particular community or all diverse communities, but not really, as they are functioning or operating under both the conscious and unconscious intention/urge/desire/ambition under the absence of indiscriminate and unconditional kindness and/or the universal conscience of basic correct understanding, but they are functioning under the presence of incorrect understanding that gives rise to the sense of belonging, separateness, personal and community selfishness, self-protectiveness, self-righteousness, self-survival, fear, insecurity, discontentment, possessiveness, ownership, greed, pride, the urge to control/over-power/interfere/manipulate/exploit, or all kinds of hurtful damaging ideas, desires, visions, aspirations, ambitions, behaviors, actions, and reactions that hurt oneself, one's particular community, the many other diverse communities, and the surrounding environment that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

It is not even, "We all are one big community. The world belongs to all of us."

It is better to NOT knowing how to lead, or lack of interest in becoming a leader to lead or control the others, than to have the prideful enormous ambition to be a proud and powerful leader to lead and/or control all the others under incorrect understanding or selfish ambitious intention, but more importantly, all and everyone are having the indiscriminate and unconditional kindness or the selfless power of compassion to serve one another, or all and everyone selflessly, indiscriminately and unconditionally, by looking after and performing one's respective individual duty and responsibility independently under the selfless support of all and everyone, that are inter-supporting one another indiscriminately and unconditionally, for all and everyone to be existing and functioning as what all and everyone are, while performing one's respective individual duty and responsibility individually and independently.

The world of many diversities doesn't really need any leader to lead anyone, if all and everyone are mentally and emotionally matured or independent, where all and everyone know how to look after their own well-being, and perform their each respective duty and responsibility individually and independently, that inter-supporting one another, that enables all and everyone to be existing and functioning as what they are.

Just as Swami Sivananda Guruji taught, "If all leaders retreat into the forest, the world will still be running as it is, and most probably, more smoothly."

However, under the prolonged manipulation and suppression deriving from the many minds that have been functioning under the influence of the veil of ignorance, that have been manipulating the many minds to think and believe and behave in certain way, while suppressing the 'normal' and 'healthy' growth or development of correct understanding and mental and emotional maturity or independence in the many minds, and hence, there are many minds of the human beings functioning under the influence of incorrect understanding and under the absence of mental and emotional maturity or independence, where they don't have the basic correct understanding or the mental and emotional maturity or independence, to manage or look after themselves and their life existence and function properly, and hence, they need to have not just any leader, but a wise and compassionate selfless leader that can teach, if not, to lead and guide them on how to look after themselves and their life existence and function properly, until they developed the essential correct understanding, and achieved mental and emotional maturity or independence, being a self-initiative and responsible human being towards looking after themselves and others and the surrounding environment, where they don't need any leader to lead/guide them on how to look after themselves and their life existence and function, but they know how to manage themselves and their life existence, where they can carry out or perform their respective individual duty and responsibility towards themselves and others in the world of many diverse individuals and communities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything (looking after one another as well as the surrounding environment out of self-initiative) independently, that enables all individuals to perform their own different respective duties and responsibilities to serve all and everyone selflessly, by working together and inter-supporting one another selflessly, indiscriminately and unconditionally.

That is why the highly importance of if there is a need of a leader, or many leaders, then the leader(s) need(s) to know Thyself, that has/have the basic essential universal conscience or correct understanding, that are mentally and emotionally matured or independent, that is/are wise and compassionate, that serve(s) all and everyone selflessly, indiscriminately and unconditionally.

A successful leader is not only a leader that leads and guide a group of followers that are dependent on the existence of a leader to lead and guide them, to think for them, to solve problem for them, to make important influential and impactful decisions for them, and to look after them or to manage/influence/control/manipulate their life existence and function to be in certain way and not in certain way, but is also a wise and compassionate teacher that teaches, supports, and allows the group of followers to be developing and attaining mental and emotional maturity or independence, to be free from the influence of ignorance and its by-products, where there is no longer the need of any leader or teacher to guide and teach them, to think for them, to solve problem for them, to make important influential and impactful decisions for them, and to look after them and manage/influence/control/manipulate their life existence and function to be and not to be in certain way, but all and everyone are capable of looking after themselves individually, and performing their respective individual duty and responsibility independently, that inter-supporting one another in the world of many diversities, not only one's own particular community, but all the diverse communities, that enables all and everyone to be existing and functioning as what all and everyone are.

 

To know what is the essential quality of a wise and compassionate leader that is also a teacher for all kinds of diversities in the world of many diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, the mind just need to look into the physical body that doesn't even belong to the physical body itself, not to say, it doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

The physical body is selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self. Similarly the world of many diversities or the surrounding living environment is selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self. 

The selfless existence and function of the physical body of any living organisms depends on the selfless support of the selfless energy and the many selfless elements for the physical body to be existing and functioning as what it is. Similarly, the selfless existence and function of all kinds of names and forms in the world of many diversities are existing and functioning as what they are under the selfless support of the selfless energy and the many selfless elements for all and everything to be what they are - Momentary, Selfless, Impermanent, Limited, Conditional, and Non-self.

All the many different individual cells (just as the many different individual living organisms in the world, or the many different individual human beings of the many different diversities in the world of human being) are selfless. All cells are existing and functioning under the selfless support of the selfless energy and selfless elements that come together and form the many different individual cells. While all the many different individual cells come together and form the many different individual components that are selfless, where the many different individual components come together and form the many different individual mechanisms/functions that are selfless, and the many different individual mechanisms/functions come together and form the many different individual systems that are selfless, that allows the selfless physical body to be existing and functioning as what it is, selflessly.

None and nothing can exist or function by oneself, alone, without the selfless inter-support of all and everyone and everything that enabling a conducive surrounding environment for existence.

Even the selfless energy that enables all and everything to be manifesting to be what they are, is also the selfless manifestation deriving from the selfless support of the many different selfless elements. While the many different selfless elements also inter-supporting one another to be existing and functioning as what they are.

The entire physical body that is being formed under the existence and function of the many individual selfless elements under the selfless support of the selfless energy, that form the many different individual parts or components, functions, mechanisms, and systems of the physical structure, forming the head, the skull, the brains, the central and peripheral nervous system, the nerves, the senses, the organs of the senses, the eyes, the ears, the nose, the mouth, the teeth, the tongue, the lips, the face, the jaw, the scalp, the hair, the neck, the spine, the core, the ribs, the limbs, the organs of actions, the arms, the shoulders, the elbows, the hands, the wrists, the fingers, the hips, the legs, the knee joints, the ankles, the feet, the toes, all the different bones, all the different muscles and muscle groups, the fatty tissues, the connective tissues, the ligaments, the tendons, the organs, the heart, the lungs, the stomach, the liver, the kidneys, the spleen, the pancreas, the big and small intestines, the gall bladder, the bladder, the rectum and anus, the genital organs, the glands, the hormones, the secretions, the blood, the blood vessels, the veins, the heat, the energy, the minerals, the fats, the glucose, the proteins, the nutrients, the water, the oxygen, the skin, the nails, the throat, the voice box, the food passage, the air passage, the membranes, the thinking and acting faculty, the thoughts/inputs/outputs processor, the perception, the intellect, the cognition, the memory, the emotion, the conscious awareness, the different states of conscious/semi-conscious/unconscious, the instinctive intentionless indiscriminate survival instinct, the auto-immune, the cells, the atoms, the protons, the neutrons, the neurons, and etc, where all and everyone cannot and doesn't exist or function as what they are, if without the selfless existence and function of one another that carry out their own respective duty and responsibility, that inter-supporting the existence and function of one another, under the selfless support of the selfless energy and the many different selfless elements that all work together and inter-supporting one another selflessly, indiscriminately and unconditionally.

What is superiority and inferiority?

What is social classification or caste?

What is pride and shame?

What is success and failure?

What is gain and loss?

What is 'I' and 'mine'? 

All are selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self. 

All and everyone needs to be able to perform their own respective duty and responsibility individually and independently, selflessly, indiscriminately, and unconditionally, where all are working together and inter-supporting one another selflessly (consciously and/or unconsciously, intentionally or unintentionally, directly or indirectly) without superiority or inferiority, without gain or loss, without pride or shame, without 'I' and 'mine' or 'the others that are not I and not mine', that enables the existence and function of all and everyone to be existing and functioning individually and independently, as what they are.

All cells/components/functions/mechanisms/systems don't even need to be conscious or aware of oneself to be existing and functioning as what they are, not to say, to know one another personally, or develop a personal or community ties/connection/friendship/relationship. But all and everyone interact and communicate with one another selflessly, indiscriminately and unconditionally, that allowing the entire physical body (the world of many diversities) to be existing and functioning as what it is, or enabling a conducive surrounding living environment that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, for all the different elements/cells/components/functions/mechanisms/systems/organs (the reflection of the many diversities in the world) to be existing and functioning as what they are in the selfless impermanent limited and conditional mortal physical body that is non-self, that doesn't belong to itself, or anyone and anything (the reflection of the world of many diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, even though all and everything are forming the world selflessly, and sharing the space of the surrounding living environment selflessly and momentarily).

One doesn't need to know all the others personally in order to be kind to all and everyone indiscriminately and unconditionally, regardless of who or what they are, young or old, men or women, healthy or unhealthy, agreeable or disagreeable, kind or unkind, selfish or unselfish, wise or ignorant, friendly or unfriendly, constructive or destructive.

All living organisms come with the selfless intentionless indiscriminate survival instinct for them to be surviving or maintaining the selfless existence and function of the living organisms unconsciously/autonomously up to a certain extend of a limited duration of life span, even if under the absence of the selfless intentionless indiscriminate conscious awareness to be consciously aware of one's own existence and function and/or the surrounding living environment.

However, many living organisms also come with the selfless conscious awareness in the selfless perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty to be aware of one's own existence and function or the surrounding environment, or to be aware of/to know/to understand/to discriminate the conditions/states of oneself and the situations in the surrounding environment, to act or react, to make choices or decisions, to move or don't move, to be active or inactive/take rest, to strengthen or weaken, to improve or deteriorate, to stay or leave, to replenish and restore and rehabilitate or not, and etc, that is neither good nor bad, that might be beneficial or detrimental, that might or might not expand the life span/survival to the maximum, depending on the 'understanding' and 'knowledge' in the selfless thinking and acting faculty/modification/function/mechanism of the living organisms that come with the selfless conscious awareness, that are operating under the presence and absence of the selfless conscious awareness, consciously, semi-consciously, and unconsciously.

All kinds of diversities that come with their respective different duties and responsibilities might or might not need to be organized under an organizer (leadership), functioning under the selfless instinctive survival instinct and/or the presence and absence of the selfless conscious awareness, to be performing certain conscious and/or unconscious actions that give rise to certain results/outcomes.

Such as,

- Find or build a shelter to be sheltering from harmful and risky condition and situation, without possessiveness or ownership.

- Find and consume sufficient food and water to replenish energy/water upon hunger and thirst or energy depletion, without greed or hoarding or exploiting.

- To let go or not letting go/to move away or not moving away, upon coming in contact with extremely hot or cold or sharp abrasive object that can cause unnecessary damage or injury.

- To stay or move away upon the presence of detrimental hurtful and harmful condition and situation.

- Problem solving based on logic, or science, or fact, or truth.

- Outsourcing, or seeking external help and assistance selflessly, indiscriminately and unconditionally, if lack of intelligence, or knowledge, or experience, or skill, or talent, or energy/fitness, or manpower, or conducive condition, or opportunity in oneself or in one's community. Meanwhile, the act of giving help and assistance to the ones that need help and assistance are also being carried out selflessly, indiscriminately and unconditionally.

- Respecting nature (selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, non-self) and the nature's law of cause and effect.

Meanwhile, 

Greed, insecurity, fear, possessiveness, separateness, selfishness, hoarding, stealing, coveting, anger, hatred, pride, shame, offensiveness, defensiveness, aggressiveness, violence, discrimination, exploitation, urge to control/manipulate others, interference, invasion, occupation, force, politicking, plotting, scheming, all kinds of personal and community comforting and manipulative beliefs, rituals, story telling, myths, superstitions, values, and practices, or corrupted thinking and behavior, incorrect understanding, superiority and inferiority, high and low confidence/self-esteem/self-worth, and etc, are merely the by-products of the veil of ignorance, that don't need to be existing for survival, that doesn't help to maintain peace and harmony among the many diversities, but more likely to cause unnecessary damage and destroy peace and harmony among the many diversities, just as the corrupted auto-immune that attack and hurt itself and all the other cells/components/functions/mechanisms/systems in the entire physical body, just as all kinds of madness in the history and that are happening everywhere in this world that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, in NOW.

A corrupter leader, or leadership, or government of any particular community or all diverse communities, regardless of monarchy or anarchy, democratic or authoritarian, that is meant to be serving and protecting the people, but then it is hurting, harming, and killing the people as well as the surrounding living environment, is like the (corrupted) head gives order to the heart, ordering the heart to hurt and damage and destroy the lungs and some any other organs or systems, while ordering the hands to destroy the eyes and the mouth, and ordering the legs to destroy the fingers.

Like wise, if the minds of the human beings are not mentally and emotionally matured or independence, and are functioning under the influence of ignorance or incorrect understanding, it is like the different bodily organs or systems want to hurt and destroy one another.

All those impurities/ignorance/corrupted thinking and behavior that hurt oneself and all and everyone exist along the presence of the idea, or notion, or thinking, or belief, or understanding, or attachment, or identification, or possessiveness, or sense of belonging, or sentiment, or pride in the minds towards, "Our ancestors were born and lived on this land. We were born on this land. We are the earliest family and community that have been living on this land for generations/We found this land/We were given this land/We bought this land/We own this land. This land belongs to us. This is our land. This is our home. This is our village. This is our town. This is our state. This is our country. This is our nationality. This is our world. This is our pride. We have the rights to be here and live here. All the others that are not us, that are not one of us, they don't have the rights to be here and live here. We need to protect our land from foreigners. We need to expand our family and community. We need to find and have and occupy and own more other lands/space/natural resources."

Where in truth, none and nothing belongs to anyone or anything.

 

The essential qualities or elements under different names and forms of a wise and compassionate selfless leader for all kinds of diversities are equally existing or non-existing side by side along one another. If one is presence, all the other elements will also be presence. If one is absence, all the other elements will also be absence.

Clarity of thinking and unconditional peace in the selfless modification of the mind, regardless of functioning or operating consciously, semi-consciously, and/or unconsciously.

Correct understanding, or wisdom.

Indiscriminate and unconditional kindness, or the selfless power of compassion/action/manifestation.

Non-grasping.

Non-attachment.

Non-identification.

Non-craving and non-aversion.

Non-comparison and non-judgment.

Non-expectation.

Non-possessiveness.

Non-separateness.

Neither superiority nor inferiority. All are equally essential for all and everything to be existing and functioning as what all and everything are.

Non-greed.

Non-hoarding. 

*Non-extremity.

*Extremity - Greed/hoarding/excessive unnecessary expenditure and indulgence as well as stinginess/deprivation/intense austerity, will only be harming oneself and impacting all the others and the surrounding environment in certain way. Just as over and under eating and drinking many different types or specific type of food and drink, or over and under activity and inactivity/awake and asleep will eventually cause damage to the selfless bodily systems of oneself, as well as might be impacting the others and the surrounding environment in certain way.

Non-violence.

Non-forcing.

Non-interference.

Non-control.

Non-grouping.

Non-politicking.

*Neither anarchy nor monarchy.

*Neither democratic nor authoritarian.

*Neither leader nor follower.

*Because nothing will work if the minds, especially the minds that have the power to lead and that make important impactful decisions that impact all and everyone and the surrounding environment that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, are functioning under the influence of the veil of ignorance, where the core of leadership is not based on selfless indiscriminate and unconditional kindness or compassion to serve all and everyone and the surrounding environment selflessly, indiscriminately and unconditionally, without the ego and egoism.

The wise and compassionate leader cum teacher exists temporarily to be guiding and teaching all the others to become independent under their own self-initiative, to be able to look after themselves and one another, and be able to perform their respective duty and responsibility towards themselves and others and the surrounding environment selflessly, indiscriminately and unconditionally.

All and everyone under the many different personalities and characteristics of the many different degrees of intelligence, knowledge, backgrounds, fields, interests, talents, skills, experiences, or strength and weakness, and have their own respective unique duties and responsibilities that need to be carrying out by each and everyone themselves individually and independently, that inter-supporting all and everyone to be existing and functioning as what they are, that give rise to a conducive surrounding living environment for all and everyone, not just for one single individual or one particular community.

 

The basic universal conscience or basic correct understanding :-

None and nothing belongs to anyone or anything.

The existence and function of all and everything depending on the existence and function of one another that inter-supporting one another to be existing and functioning as what all and everything are. 

The existence and function of all and everyone and everything don't even belong to all and everyone and everything themselves. 

The world of many diversities doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

The universe, the space, the sun, the earth, the water, the air, the nature, the lands, the oceans, the rivers, the lakes, the mountains, the plants, the natural resources, the atmosphere, all kinds of diverse living organisms and non-living objects, don't belong to anyone or anything.

The selfless impermanent limited and conditional existence and function of all and everyone and everything in are inter-depending and inter-supporting among one another to be existing and functioning as what all and everyone and everything are, individually and independently.

All parenting method, school education, corporate and business training and management, governmental organization, knowledge, skill, talent, experience, effort, attention, or enthusiasm are being carried out and/or utilized based on indiscriminate and unconditional kindness or the selfless power of compassion/action/manifestation to serve all and everyone and everything and the surrounding living environment selflessly, indiscriminately and unconditionally, that allows all and everything to be existing and functioning as what all and everything are.

The physically, mentally, and emotionally matured and independent adults help and look after the young children until they are independent physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Like wise,

The young and strong and the healthy and fit (mobility) individuals help and look after the old and weak and the sick and unfit (immobility) individuals.

The higher intelligent and knowledgeable and correct understanding ones help and guide the less intelligent and less knowledgeable and incorrect understanding ones to develop higher intelligence and knowledge and correct understanding.

The wise ones reflect and show and initiate wisdom to the ignorant ones.

The kind ones reflect and show and initiate kindness to the unkind ones.

The peaceful ones reflect and show and initiate peace to the peaceless ones.

The liberated ones help and guide the suffering ones to also be liberated from suffering.

The ones with more opportunities help and guide the ones with less opportunities.

Serve. Love. Give. - Selflessly, indiscriminately, and unconditionally.

Purify. Meditate. Inquire. Realize. - Selflessly, consciously, semi-consciously, and unconsciously.

Inquire the truth of everything.

Attain direct self realization towards Selflessness, Impermanence, Limitation, Conditional, and Non-self. 

The teachings and the practice of yoga and buddhism (The dhamma)

Just like the many different selfless autonomous bodily systems and components that enable the selfless living organisms to be existing and functioning as what they are, the selfless perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting mind is one of the many different selfless mechanisms of the selfless impermanent limited and conditional physical body/structure of the sentient living organisms.

The selfless impermanent limited and conditional physical body and all its different selfless components/functions/mechanisms/systems, including the perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty (the mind stuff/the modification of the mind), are merely some momentary mortal limited adjuncts that has a beginning and an end of existence.

All those different bodily systems/components/mechanisms/functions in any living organisms can only be existing and functioning as what they are (as well as the ceaseless maintenance of existence and function) under the availability of the selfless support of the selfless energy and selfless elements.

Regardless of mobile/immobile, sentient/non-sentient, conscious/non-conscious, thinking/non-thinking, cognitive/non-cognitive, intellectual/non-intellectual, and emotional/non-emotional living organisms or non-living objects, all and everything are selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self.

All living organisms can be functioning and existing instinctively operated under the influence of the selfless intentionless indiscriminate survival instinct under the complete absence of conscious awareness/mobility/freewill by choice activity*, although, many living organisms also come with the extremely precious conscious awareness to be consciously aware of itself and the surrounding environment, as well as being endowed with the precious mechanisms of conscious perception/cognition/intellect/emotion/remembrance/thinking/desire and don't desire/expression/action/mobility/organs of actions as well as the conscious freewill by choice physical and mental activities, where all those conscious, semi-conscious, or unconscious activities are neither good nor bad, that may or may not maximize the chances of survival, that may be constructive or destructive/beneficial or detrimental to the selfless impermanent limited and conditional survival/existence/function of oneself and the others and the surrounding environment.

*The state of semi-conscious and unconscious is absolutely highly important for the living organisms to be existing and functioning properly, as well as for the ceaseless maintenance for continuous existence/function or survival up to certain limitation, where there is the essential rest/idleness between conscious wakefulness/activities for the essential recuperation/energy conservation/rehabilitation/regeneration and to be avoiding continuous energy depletion/continuous restlessness/continuous ceaseless activities that leads to complete energy depletion or irreversible exhaustion (dysfunction/system failure/ceased operation/ceased functioning/ceased existing). 

Even though all living organisms, regardless of sentient or non-sentient, self aware or non-self aware, conscious or unconscious, functional or dysfunctional, responsive or non-responsive, interactive or non-interactive, instinctive or non-instinctive, intentional or unintentional, autonomous (non-conscious freewill by choice) or non-autonomous (conscious freewill by choice) physical and mental activities wittingly or unwittingly, with or without understanding, correct or incorrect understanding, wisely or ignorantly, are all selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self, however,

There is the difference BETWEEN the different selfless autonomous bodily systems and components that are functioning autonomously and ceaselessly as what they are, to be maintaining the selfless life existence and function of the selfless physical body even without the need of the thinking and acting mind being consciously aware of and/or controlling all those ceaseless selfless physical and/or mental activities for life maintenance, AND the selfless perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty that is functioning as what it is, either under the presence or absence of the conscious awareness (the different states of conscious/semi-conscious/unconscious), is that the autonomous bodily systems and components are purely autonomous and intentionless instinctive bodily functions without conscious freewill, while the perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting mind is functioning BOTH autonomously/intentionlessly/instinctively operated under the influence of the selfless survival instinct without conscious freewill under the absence of conscious awareness, as well as functioning consciously/intentionally under conscious freewill that exists along with the presence of conscious perceiving/knowing/learning/experiencing/inquiring/understanding/knowledge accumulating/remembering/decision making/choice making/problem solving/action taking/desire and don't desire/self-control/different types of conscious intentions or motivations under the presence of conscious awareness, that can be influencing or impacting the selfless impermanent changes in oneself and the surrounding environment in certain way, or influencing and impacting the way of thinking/ideas/desires/behavior/action/reaction that give rise to respective consequences of thinking/ideas/desires/behavior/action/reaction (the manifestation of intentional and/or unintentional cause and effect, or the generation of conscious and/or unconscious action and consequences of action, either wittingly and/or unwittingly) that impacting the selfless existence and function of oneself and the surrounding environment in certain way.

The truth of Selflessness, Limitation, and Conditional doesn't mean that there is no selfless limited conditional conscious freewill in the selfless limited and conditional perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty under the presence of conscious awareness to choose what to believe or don't believe, to desire or don't desire, to inquire or don't inquire, to appreciate or don't appreciate, to practice or don't practice, to reason or don't reason, to understand or don't understand, to learn or don't learn, to improve or deteriorate, to hold on or let go, that is influencing/conditioning/impacting the conscious/semi-conscious/unconscious thought/emotional process, the desire/intention, the behavior, the action and reaction in certain way and not in certain way under the presence and absence of correct understanding or incorrect understanding.

Something that is limited, that is permanent during the momentary existence, that cannot be changed/modified, that is what it is, such as the mango is mango, or the banana is banana. The mango cannot be changed to become banana, and vice versa.

Something that is conditional, that is impermanent, that is changing accordingly being conditioned by the existing conditions, that can be conditioned in certain way, which means that it can also be conditioned or re-conditioned in some other different ways, such as the sweetness of the mango or banana can be different under the different conditions, and the mango or the banana can be eaten as it is, or can be made into many different forms of food under different appearances, textures, smells, tastes, or temperatures.

Even if the availability of all kinds of options and opportunities are limited and conditional, it doesn't mean that there is no conscious freewill choice making to be choosing among the different options and making use of the different opportunities that are available in NOW, to be performing certain action that impact the condition in oneself and the surrounding environment, either constructively or destructively, depending on the understanding in the mind that is conditional, being conditioned by the reasoning under the influence of certain belief, values, aspirations, and practices (which means that it can be re-conditioned), and depending on the knowledge in the mind that is both limited and unlimited.

The accumulation and remembrance of knowledge/information can be true or false, can be partial/incomplete or complete/absolute, can be corrupted or non-corrupted, and the mind can only know what it knows, and what it doesn't know, it doesn't know, and hence, the accumulation/remembrance of knowledge/information is limited.

Meanwhile, what the mind doesn't know (the unknown) until the end of its selfless impermanent limited and conditional momentary existence and function, regardless of whether it knows Thyself (absolute knowledge), or not, is unlimited. Just like there is no limitation of the infinite space. One (all kinds of limited adjuncts/names and forms) can only go as far as one can go (limited by momentary existence and function) in the infinite space, but beyond that limitation (how much the mind can know within its limited duration of existence and function), is unlimited.

Whatever that had happened in NOW, is fixed, that cannot be undone or changed. But, whatever is happening and not (yet) happening in the present moment NOW, is uncertain (not fixed), that can be determined, or conditioned, or influenced by the conscious/semi-conscious/unconscious actions and reactions in NOW. Where the conscious actions and reactions are determined by the understanding and knowledge in the minds. The minds that know this, they won't predict/assume, not to say, to affirm/conclude that, "The future is like this or like that."

It is always NOW, and the NOW is never the same, it is ceaselessly changing, moving, impermanent, uncertain, and conditional.

All are selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self. That is fixed, that cannot be changed, that is what it is.

Life existence will come to an end. That is fixed, and cannot be changed. The limited duration of life existence and the impermanent condition of the different systems/functions/mechanisms of the body and mind (even if they are being limited by certain inherited genetic traits inheritance/illness/injury/damage/decay), is not fixed, is conditional, that can be enhanced/improved or damaged/deteriorated, consciously or unconsciously, wittingly or unwittingly, intentionally or unintentionally, under the presence or absence of correct or incorrect understanding and knowledge, that is not fixed, that is conditional.

The cause is fixed, is limited. The effect is not fixed, is conditional.

The seed is fixed. The outcome of the seed is not fixed, is conditional.

All will die, is fixed.

Whether one is kind or unkind, peaceful or not peaceful, happy or not happy, holding onto (grasping) or letting go (non-grasping), experience or doesn't experience, learn or doesn't learn, understand or doesn't understand, correct understanding or incorrect understanding, and etc, during one's selfless impermanent limited and conditional momentary existence and function before one dies, is not fixed.

Human beings are what they are, is fixed, is limited. They are human beings, they are not birds, not insects, not fish, not trees, not tables and chairs, not mango or banana. And no matter what and how all and everything are, what are the different names and qualities, all are subject to decay and disintegration/ceased function/ceased existence. That is fixed.

The thinking and behavior pattern of human beings (regardless of what types of genetic traits inheritance) that is impacting all and everyone and everything in this world of diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, is not fixed, is conditional.

Whatever happens in between birth (existence) and death (ceased existence), is not fixed, is uncertain, is impermanent, is conditional, that can be determined/influenced/impacted by the conscious choices of actions and reactions under the presence or absence of correct/incorrect understanding and knowledge that can be acquired, inquired, and accumulated as much as possible until the end of life existence.

Beyond the momentary mortal life existence, all kinds of understanding and knowledge are useless.

But the presence and absence of correct or incorrect understanding and knowledge are highly impactful during the momentary mortal life existence that influence one's state of mind, way of thinking, desire/don't desire, behavior, action, and reaction, that not only impacting the life existence and function of oneself, but also impacting all the others and the surrounding environment that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

All and everything will come to an end, eventually. That is fixed. But the states of mind/the affairs/the activities/the experiences/the conditions/the situations during the momentary existence and function of all the countless individual minds that are still existing and changing in NOW, are not fixed.

 

There are always inevitable ceaseless unconscious evolution/impermanent changes in all and everyone and everything.

There are also ceaseless mind perception of names and forms, or mind inputs consciously and/or unconsciously during all states of conscious, semi-conscious, and unconscious, regardless of whether the body and mind is responsive towards all kinds of stimuli, or not.

But more importantly, there is also the highly precious conscious mind evolution in the sentient (conscious) living organisms that are functioning under the presence of conscious awareness, where the sentient (conscious) living organisms have the conscious awareness to be aware of itself and the surrounding environment, to consciously perceive/experience/know/reason/discriminate/understand/recognize/remember/accumulate knowledge and skill/choose/decide/desire and don't desire/problem solving/action taking, either selfishly or unselfishly, constructively or destructively.

Regardless of whether conscious/semi-conscious or unconscious, intentional or unintentional, selfish or unselfish, constructive or destructive physical and mental actions and activities, they all are selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self.

All that are neither good nor bad, and all that are limited and conditional, where the conscious mind evolution can lead towards any outcome depending on the choices of action/inaction, under the different internal and external influences, of the conscious and unconscious understanding and desire or intention, depending on which is more predominant in NOW, that is also impermanent, limited, and conditional, that can be influenced and modified by conscious freewill/choice/desire/intention/action/inaction (such as all kinds of yoga and meditation practice and observation), until the mind attain direct self realization towards the truth of all that, where the mind is undetermined or uninfluenced by both internal and external influences, devoid of grasping/attachment/association/identification/craving and aversion, regardless of pleasant or unpleasant, desirable or undesirable, agreeable or disagreeable, enjoyable or non-enjoyable, and soothing or painful. All are selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self.

There is only the timeless attributeless all pervading selfless universal consciousness that pervades the infinite space, within and without all kinds of names and forms, that gives rise to the limited and conditional conscious awareness in the limited and conditional sentient conscious living organisms, is permanent, unlimited, unconditional, that is neither self nor non-self. The notion of self, or the self-acknowledgement of 'I', is merely a shadow that exists along with the limited and conditional mind perception of duality or separateness between the perceiver and the perceived.

Self doesn't exist in non-duality or oneness in the one and only timeless attributeless selfless universal consciousness, or the infinite space, or in all kinds of names and forms that are all selfless, but it only exists in the form of thought, or idea, or thinking, in the selfless modification of the selfless thinking faculty of the selfless physical body/structure, under the selfless support of the selfless energy and selfless elements.

The teachings and practice of yoga and buddhism as it is (NOT the many contaminated second-hand and 'countless-hand' teachings and practices of yoga and buddhism being contaminated by many worldly egoistic impure ideas, beliefs, values, practices, desires, visions, ambitions, and aspirations), are not merely a set of philosophical philosophy or mystical myths/beliefs/values/practices/spirituality, but it is concrete science of existence/manifestation/biology/chemistry/physiology/psychology.

Swami Sivananda Guruji was a medical doctor who was born under the family lineage of the highest caste of Brahmin in the community of Hinduism, and he could have enjoyed a rather easy and comfortable life if he wanted, but he realized that the total accumulated worldly knowledge and skill for the survival and maintenance of life existence, to be looking after and enhancing the physical general health condition, and the respective medical consultations/treatments/drugs/medicines/operations upon dealing with the acute and chronic physical injury and illness may help to improve the general physical health condition of the people and/or maybe prolonged the life span of the living organisms, but all that didn't and couldn't eliminate both the inevitable and evitable painful sorrow and suffering in the minds of the sentient/conscious living organisms, where the physical good health condition and prolonged life span and all kinds of accumulated learning, education, knowledge, and skill under higher intelligence as well as under the presence of higher advanced science and technology, is nothing to do with the essential peace and harmony in the mind under the absence of ignorance or under the presence of clarity of thinking and correct understanding. And hence, he renounced his profession as a medical doctor as well as his family and community life of the highest caste or social classification in Hinduism, and immersed into persevered and determined practice of yoga and meditation (Sadhana) for a prolonged duration until he attained direct self realization towards knowing Thyself, towards the truth of existence, the mind stuff, the ignorance and suffering, and towards the truth of selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self, that is not different from the teachings of buddhism.

Where the teachings or the dhamma is being expounded in many different ways for the many different minds, to initiate or activate the conscious mind evolution towards the realization of unconditional peace and kindness, but all are based on the middle path, non-violence, open mind, non-grasping, non-identification, non-blind believing/following/worshiping/glorifying/practicing/propagating, self-investigation, self-introspection, renunciation, dispassion, desirelessness, non-craving/non-aversion, non-judgment, non-expectation, intense yearning towards knowledge, liberation, freedom, and peace, the elimination of the veil of ignorance, the mind purification and silencing process, patience, perseverance, determination, forbearance, adjustment, adaptation, accommodation, acceptance, right attentiveness, right effort, right attitude, correct understanding, meditation, silence, the annihilation of the restless impure egoistic thought activities or modification of the mind, or the elimination of restlessness, impurities, egoism, and the idea of 'I' or the ego, Samadhi, self-effort, self-initiation, self-independence, self-inquiry, self-realization, selfless service, unconditional peace and kindness, wisdom, compassion, truthfulness, simplicity, contentment, non-possessiveness, non-greed, right discrimination that leads towards non-discrimination, the nature's law of cause and effect, and the truth of selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self.

The selfless perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting mind functioning under the presence of the selfless conscious awareness is inevitably perceiving/experiencing/recognizing inevitable suffering, upon being conscious towards the restless random thinking process, the impermanent states of the mind, the impermanent ideas/thoughts/feelings/emotions/impurities arising and passing away, the selfless impermanent limited and conditional existence and function, the impermanent changes, the limitation, the conditional conscious and unconscious internal and external influences, and non-self, where nothing is 'I' or 'mine', where the selfless existence and function of the names and forms doesn't even belong to the names and forms themselves, not to say, nothing belongs to anyone or anything.

The selfless mind that is functioning under the influence of ignorance also inevitably perceiving/experiencing/recognizing all kinds of evitable suffering due to being ignorant towards the truth of selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self in the momentary mortal existence and function of itself and all kinds of names and forms, while ceaselessly generating action and reaction consciously and unconsciously/wittingly or unwittingly/intentionally or unintentionally under the influence of the veil of ignorance a.k.a. restlessness, impurities, egoism, and the illusive idea of 'I', that hurt oneself, and/or others and the surrounding environment, that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

The veil of ignorance (that consists of the conscious self-awareness or self-acknowledgement* of the illusive idea of 'I' (the ego/Ahamkara), that gives rise to conscious egoism of attachment, identification, desire of craving and aversion, comparison, judgment, and expectation/anticipation/projection, that give rise to all kinds of impurities that give rise to restlessness a.k.a. the veil of ignorance, that hinder the perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty to perceive/know/understand/see things or the perception of names and forms as they are) exists along upon the beginning of the selfless formation and activation of the selfless existence and function of the selfless physical body that comes with the selfless mechanisms of the selfless perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty, or the selfless impermanent limited and conditional mind stuff.

*Self-awareness/acknowledgement (the illusive idea/thought/thinking/notion of the non-existing individual independent self existence of 'I') is completely different from the selfless conscious mind functioning under the presence of the selfless conscious awareness that is consciously being aware of what is happening in the body and mind (know Thyself) and in the surrounding environment - All and everything are selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self.

There is no permanent independent unchanging infinite self, or the idea of 'I', or the self acknowledgement of 'I', or egoism of attachment, identification, desire of craving and aversion, comparison, judgment, and expectation/anticipation/projection in every single cell, component, system, function, and mechanism among the many different cells, components, systems, functions, and mechanisms in the selfless body and mind that enable the selfless impermanent limited and conditional momentary mortal existence and function of the body and mind being what they are, as they are.

If all that (an infinite Self, the idea of 'I', egoism) exist in all the cells, components, systems, functions, and mechanisms of the selfless physical structure, the physical structure cannot exist or function as what it is, not to say, to survive, as all egoistic cells, all egoistic components, all egoistic systems, all egoistic functions, and all egoistic mechanisms will be fighting against one another and hurting one another, to be over-powering, interfering, intimidating, bullying, exploiting, and in control of all the others, that is not any different from self destruction or self harm, just like in this world of human beings that are functioning under the influence of the veil of ignorance.

However, there is this natural selfless manifestation of the veil of ignorance in the selfless modification of the mind, of the restless continuous stream of ceaseless conscious and unconscious thought activities, that gives rise to the illusive idea of 'I' and egoism under the presence of conscious awareness, that give rise to all kinds of impurities, that both powering and powered by restlessness, and that cause so much unnecessary hurtful destructive damages unto oneself and others and the surrounding environment that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, consciously and/or unconsciously, wittingly and/or unwittingly, intentionally and/or unintentionally, deliberately and/or randomly, either due to certain inevitable deformity, or malfunction, or dysfunction, or damage (by birth or after birth) in the bodily systems that relate to or impact the function of the brains directly or indirectly (the hardware of the perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty of the physical body), and if it is not due to any direct or indirect deformity, or malfunction, or dysfunction, or damage in the bodily systems that relate to or impact the function of the brains, then it is merely because of the thinking and acting faculty or the mind is unwittingly being over-powered by the selfless natural manifestation of the veil of ignorance, being over-powered by the selfless impermanent states of restlessness - restless thought activities, the idea of 'I' and egoism of attachment, identification, craving and aversion, comparison, judgment, and expectation, the remembrance of the past and the wild imagination or projection of the future, the mental and emotional restlessness/exhaustion/fatigue/disturbance/dissatisfaction/disappointment/fear/insecurity/pride and shame/anger/hatred/greed/jealousy/selfishness/possessiveness/aggression/offensiveness/defensiveness/hostility/painful sorrow/violence/politics/hypocrisy/manipulation/intimidation/interference/exploitation/bullying, and etc, of all kinds of evitable suffering, being empowered and conditioned by all kinds of worldly egoistic impure ideas, beliefs, values, practices, desires, visions, ambitions, and aspirations, on top of unwittingly being over-powered or conditioned by the selfless intentionless survival instinct to desire, behave, act, and react in certain way.

Ignorance, or the veil of ignorance, is NOT something bad, or wrong, or negative, or evil, or short-coming, or weakness, or shameful, or punishment/painful suffering deserving. Not at all.

It is a natural intentionless selfless manifestation that comes along with the selfless formation/activation/function/operation of the restless thinking and acting faculty, or the selfless mind stuff, or the selfless modification/function/mechanism of the mind, consciously, semi-consciously, and/or unconsciously.

Similarly, the conscious and unconscious intentional selfless manifestation/creation/existence of all kinds of intentionless/attributeless worldly egoistic impure ideas, beliefs, values, practices, desires, visions, ambitions, and aspirations that are being created and used by the egoistic impure restless minds intentionally to be influencing and conditioning the way of thinking, reasoning, understanding, desire, behavior, action, and reaction of the many minds, in order to achieve the selfish personal and community agenda/ambition, are also the by-products or creations of the minds functioning under the influence of the veil of ignorance. All those worldly egoistic impure creations are intentionless and attributeless*, even though they are the intentional creations of the egoistic impure restless minds being created under certain conscious and unconscious intention/urge/desire, under the influence of the veil of ignorance on top of the selfless survival instinct.

*Intentionless and attributeless - all kinds of worldly impure egoistic ideas, beliefs, values, and practices have no intention, or quality, or power to manipulate the minds, or not. It depends on whether the minds are functioning under the influence of ignorance, or not, or whether the minds are mentally and emotionally matured and independent, or not, that determines whether the minds will be manipulated, influenced, and conditioned by all kinds of worldly egoistic impure ideas, beliefs, values, and practices, or not.

All these names and forms are neither good nor bad, even though the minds might be influenced, manipulated, and conditioned by them to think, feel, reason, understand, desire, behave, act, and react in certain way or not in certain way. But all these names and forms cannot influence, or manipulate, or affect the minds that are free from the influence of the veil of ignorance, or are mentally and emotionally matured and independent.

That is why the egoistic impure restless minds that have certain personal and community agenda/ambition to 'manipulate/condition/influence/control' all the others to be and not to be in certain way, they don't like/don't agree with/oppose/against/hinder/suppress all the other minds to achieve mental and emotional maturity and independence, because they can no longer manipulate, or influence, or bully, or exploit the minds that are mentally and emotionally matured and independent, regardless of within a personal relationship, within a family, among parents and children, among siblings, among relatives, among friends, among teachers and students, among colleagues, among competitors, among leaders and followers, among influencers and admirers, among the members of a particular community, among the different communities, or among the different diversities.

The natural intentionless selfless manifestation of the veil of ignorance in the selfless modification of the mind is neither good nor bad, although under the influence of the veil of ignorance, the minds might generate ideas/desires/intentions/actions/reactions/activities/behaviors that might cause intentional or unintentional hurt or damage unto oneself and others and the surrounding environment, physically and/or mentally and emotionally, wittingly and unwittingly.

It is only the minds that haven't attain direct self realization towards the selfless impermanent limited and conditional mind stuff, or the veil of ignorance, or the truth of selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self in all kinds of names and forms (of living organisms and non-living objects, in this infinite space of the universe that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, that governed by the nature's law of cause and effect), will perceive/recognize/understand/think/believe that 'ignorance' or 'the veil of ignorance' is something bad, wrong, negative, evil, short-coming, weakness, shameful, or punishment/painful suffering deserving. And these minds would feel offended, or belittled, or humiliated, if being relate or associate to the term of 'ignorance' or 'the veil of ignorance'.

The uplifting news is that, just like all kinds of names and forms under many different qualities, 'ignorance' or 'the veil of ignorance', is also selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self.

It is not the body or the mind, it is not part of the body or the mind, and it doesn't belong to the body or the mind, and vice versa.

That is why there are many minds are unwittingly functioning under the influence of the veil of ignorance while being ignorant towards that, and more importantly, it is also absolutely possible to free the modification/function of the mind from the veil of ignorance.

The veil of ignorance can be weakened and thinned-out, and even, be annihilated under certain self-initiated persevered and determined non-violent practice and observation.

Most minds are ignorant towards the veil of ignorance, or being ignorant towards the selfless impermanent limited and conditional existence and function of the perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty, or the selfless restless mind stuff under the presence or absence of conscious awareness, under the three states of conscious/wakeful, semi-conscious/semi-awake/semi-sleep/dreaming, and unconscious/deep sleep/coma.

There is absence of conscious/semi-conscious/unconscious mind stuff or thought activities in the state of Turiya/Silence/The annihilation or subjugation of the restless selfless mind stuff/Samadhi, beyond the three states of conscious, semi-conscious, and unconscious.

Even all the past and present saints and sages, all enlightened beings/minds or buddhas, Siddhartha Gautama Buddha, Swami Sivananda Guruji, Ajahn Chah, and many other teachers of dhamma, all had/have been functioning under the influence of ignorance or the veil of ignorance, that gives rise to doubts and the mind perception of all kinds of suffering, that ignited the intense yearning towards knowledge, liberation, freedom, and peace, that led to the path of renunciation, meditation, and self inquiry, that led to the direct self realization towards the truth of all these.

All kinds of genuine yoga and buddhism practices and observations (NOT the contaminated yoga and buddhism practices and observations being contaminated by all kinds of worldly egoistic impure ideas, beliefs, values, practices, desires, visions, ambitions, and aspirations) under different paths and methods to suit the many different minds under different conditions, situations, temperaments, and personalities under different degrees of ignorance, are there to help the selfless mind under the presence of conscious awareness and the intense yearning towards knowledge, liberation, freedom, and peace, to develop and empower the essential elements, to prepare the mind for meditation that leads towards Turiya/Silence/Samadhi, and for purifying the intellectual reasoning power to be performing self inquiry under a calm, quiet, clear, or pure modification of the mind devoid of the influence of the worldly passionate egoistic impure ideas, beliefs, values, practices, and desires, to be inquiring towards the truth of existence or the world of selfless manifestation of diverse names and forms, or the mind stuff, or the perceiver and the perceived, or the ignorance and suffering, or the illusive idea of 'I' and egoism, or all and everything that the mind comes in contact with, or the truth of selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self, of seeing/knowing the truth of things as it is.

That is why the highly importance of the prolonged persevered and determined observation of renunciation, dispassion, seclusion, solitude, silence, as well as the development of mental and emotional independence (open-mind, not being determined or influenced by the worldly egoistic impure ideas, beliefs, values, practices, desires, visions, ambitions, and aspirations, to think/feel/reason/understand/behave/desire/act/react in certain way or not in certain way, consciously and/or unconsciously).

Do not blind-believe, blind-follow, blind-practice, blind-agree/disagree, blind-glorify, or blind-propagate anything from anyone, including all kinds of yoga and buddhism teachings and practices from anyone and anywhere, including all that is here.

The timeless dhamma is in all and everyone and everything and everywhere. All are existing along the dhamma that is veiled by the veil of ignorance. All are dhamma. The dhamma is what all and everything are.

Attain direct self realization towards the dhamma, or the teachings and practice of yoga and buddhism that leads to the direct self realization of the dhamma (the truth of things as it is).

Purify. Meditate. Inquire. Realize.

Inquire the truth of everything. 

The important intention behind the priority of looking after oneself before looking after the others

The minds that couldn't understand 'completely' towards the importance of the priority to be looking after the over-all physical and mental well-being of oneself, might think and believe that it is a form of selfishness, that it is empowering selfishness, and that it becomes a rightful justification for anyone to be selfish.

While some minds might think that to be looking after the over-all physical and mental well-being of oneself, or self-care, or to love oneself and be kind to oneself, is about passionately indulging in all kinds of physical and mental pleasurable enjoyments for the body and mind, as much as possible, and at all cost. But, it is absolutely nothing to do with all that.

Destructive hurtful self-righteousness and all kinds of selfishness, possessiveness, hoarding, cruelty, oppression, control, anger, hatred, discontentment, greed, prejudice, discrimination, unjust, and violence in the world, are deriving from the minds that have been neglecting their own mental health well-being, or don't know how to look after themselves, or being conditioned and impacted by the many ignorant ideas, affairs, activities, interactions, and behaviors in the world of ignorance, where the selfless modification/state/function of their mind, or the selfless mind stuff, is unwittingly/unconsciously being conditioned or over-powered by the veil of ignorance a.k.a. restlessness, impurities, egoism, and the idea of 'I', to think and behave in certain way and not in certain way.

The minds that want to exercise the priority to be looking after oneself first before one looks after the others, they need to know that there might be different intentions behind the notion or the priority to be looking after the over-all well-being of oneself, that significantly differentiate the act of "looking after oneself before one can look after the others" as something selfish or unselfish.

It is also not about "If I don't survive, or if I died, then how can I be here to look after or help the others? And hence, my survival and my well-being is the highest importance or priority." That is an incorrect understanding.

The teachings and practice of yoga and/or buddhism is about, "In order to be able to be looking after all and everyone and everything (including oneself) as well as the surrounding environment effectively and unselfishly, all and everyone needs to know how to look after the over-all physical and mental well-being of oneself independently, by freeing one's modification of the mind from the influence of the veil of ignorance, to have clarity of thinking and correct understanding, out of one's own freewill or initiative, via one's own effort and determination, without forcing or violence. Only upon the presence of clarity of thinking and correct understanding, one can truly contribute peace and harmony in oneself and in the world of many diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, effectively and unselfishly."

No doubt that one needs to be able to survive in order to be existing in this space to be looking after all the others, if possible, but it is not at all about 'the survival of myself', or 'the survival of my family/community/people', but it is purely about 'the survival of all and everyone and everything that is only possible under the selfless cooperation of all and everyone and everything to be working together selflessly, and inter-supporting one another indiscriminately and unconditionally'.

Just like all the many different selfless individual cells/components/systems in the selfless body and mind, that exist and function as what they are individually, that perform their own respective duty and responsibility as it is under the selfless support of the selfless energy and the many selfless elements, until they ceased functioning and ceased existing, where all the many different individual cells/components/systems are functioning as what they are selflessly and independently, while at the same time, they all work together and inter-supporting one another selflessly, unconditionally, and indiscriminately, just by focusing on performing their own respective duty and responsibility, that enables the selfless body and mind to be existing and functioning as what it is.

If the body and mind cannot function or exist as what it is, and ceased functioning/existing because of some cells/components/systems are corrupted or dysfunction where they are hurting/damaging/fighting against one another, then what are all those cells/components/systems? They all are nothing.

If the surrounding living environment, or the world that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, is being damaged and becomes unsuitable for living/surviving, what are we? Who am I? What are you? We all are nothing.

What is pride and arrogance? What is superiority and inferiority? What is my survival and your survival?

It is merely about "Serving all the others of countless diverse living organisms, non-living objects, and the surrounding environment in the world of many diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, selflessly, unselfishly, unconditionally, and indiscriminately. To be maintaining peace and harmony among one another by looking after one another unselfishly, is the one and only way for the survival of all and everyone."

It is not about 'I', or 'me', or 'myself', or 'the survival of myself', or 'the survival of my family and my community', or 'the survival of the others', or 'I sacrifice myself for you and the others', or 'materializing all my desires and aspirations towards building a desirable world according to my desire', or 'my achievement and enjoyment to the maximum before I die'.

Everything that we consciously do (constructive and wholesome activities) or don't do (destructive and unwholesome activities), regardless of something that we do for ourselves, or for the family, friends, and community, or for the neighbours, or for the livelihood/job/work/business, or for the world, is all about "To serve all and everyone and everything selflessly, unselfishly, independently, indiscriminately, and unconditionally."

That is the ONLY conscious intention, or reason, or motivation behind the priority of looking after the over-all well-being of oneself, that will contribute peace and harmony in the world of many diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

The many different individual selfless minds need to be looking after the well-being of themselves independently, that allows them to have the mental fitness of the clarity of thinking and correct understanding, as well as the physical fitness, to be performing their respective duty and responsibility independently and effectively, which then allows all and everyone to be working together and inter-supporting one another selflessly, unselfishly, unconditionally, and indiscriminately, not merely for the survival of all and everyone, that means nothing if without peace and harmony in oneself and in the world of many diversities, but also for the over-all physical and mental well being of all and everyone as well as for the general well-being of everything and the surrounding environment, that allows all and everyone and everything to be here, existing and functioning as what all and everyone and everything are, under the presence of peace and harmony among the many diversities in the world that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

First, one stops hurting oneself, then, one stops hurting all the others and the surrounding environment.

That is already contributing peace and harmony into the world. 

And if there is opportunity and possibility to be doing something for others utilizing the availability of one's physical and mental good health condition, energy, intelligence, knowledge, experience, position, skill, and talent that can benefit all and everyone and everything and the surrounding environment, one can do so without the sense of obligation/duty/responsibility, but merely for the sake of upholding world peace and harmony, selflessly and unconditionally.

Self-righteousness, pride, fear, possessiveness, greed, anger, hatred, discrimination, unjust, prejudice, temptation, threat, force, bullying, oppression, control, and violence, or the idea of "I am (We are) stronger and more powerful than the others", can never promote or achieve world peace and harmony, but will only cause deeper damage and destruction unto all and everyone and everything and the surrounding living environment to the maximum.

The only thing that hinders world peace and harmony, is the minds that are too proud to let go all that.

The world of human beings doesn't have to be like that. 

Inquire the truth of everything.

The selfless universal consciousness and the selfless mind stuff

The selfless universal consciousness and the selfless mind stuff are both selfless, where there is neither permanent nor impermanent self existence or self identity existing in the one same all pervading selfless universal consciousness that pervades all and everyone and everything, or in the selfless mind stuff of the many different individual selfless mortal bodies and minds.

However, under the influence of ignorance, 

Some minds might think and believe that the consciousness (that gives rise to conscious awareness) is an individual consciousness, where the individual consciousness is part of the mind stuff (the different selfless functions/mechanisms/modifications of the selfless perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty of the selfless physical body), that they are one non-distinctive subject, that they belong to one another, and that they exist along with one another and they ceased existing simultaneously upon the end of the selfless existence and function of the selfless physical body.

Meanwhile, some minds might think and believe that each and every single mind comes with the respective individual consciousness, that has a permanent independent immortal individual self identity that exists infinitely, but 'somehow/doesn't know why' and 'doesn't know/remember since when it all began', or 'due to an initial ignorant downfall or sin (the original/first seed of karma that gives rise to ceaseless births and deaths or endless reincarnations) in accordance to some cultural/spiritual/religious beliefs', to be undergoing ceaseless and endless reincarnation being reincarnating into countless different momentary mortal life existences under certain names and forms transitioning under many different realms accordingly to the ceaseless and boundless accumulation of 'karma' under different qualities that have been generated individually and collectively in every single different and separate life existence, where the individual consciousness is being born into another life existence upon the death of each mortal life existence under different names and forms that exists impermanently and momentarily in different realms in accordance to the accumulation of 'karma' that have been accumulating since the beginning of the very first mortal life existence until the present mortal life existence, that seemingly can never be exhausted completely, because every single thought and every single action/reaction will give rise to a new cause that lead to effect, while the effect of each cause is also a fresh new cause, inevitably and naturally, forming a wheel of an infinite loop of ceaseless accumulation of boundless karma, because there are ceaseless karma/cause and effect being generated consciously and unconsciously in every single moment, just by being existing and functioning as it is.

Contemplate upon this -

The ONE same all pervading timeless attributeless selfless universal consciousness that pervades the entire infinite space, not to say, within and without all and everyone and everything, is not the impermanent, limited, and conditional selfless mind stuff, and vice versa.

The selfless mind stuff is impermanent, limited, and conditional, where there is the beginning of existence (formation and maintenance of names and forms) and the end of existence (decay and disintegration of names and forms), and there are ceaseless changes of decay and disintegration in between existence and ceased existence, inevitably depending on the selfless support of the selfless energy and the many different selfless elements to be existing and functioning and changing/decaying/disintegrating as what they are, governed by the nature's law of cause and effect, being limited and conditioned by time, space, and causation.

The selfless universal consciousness is permanent, unlimited, and unconditional, beyond existence and non-existence/ceased existence. It is unborn or non-manifested. It is independent, beginningless, endless, attributeless, changeless, and effortless, untouched by the selfless energy and selfless elements or the intentionless indiscriminate nature's law of cause and effect. It is unlimited, unconditioned, and undetermined by time, space, and causation.

The selfless universal consciousness is not part of the selfless mind stuff, and vice versa.

The selfless universal consciousness doesn't belong to the selfless mind stuff, and vice versa.

The limited and conditional existence and function of the selfless mind stuff is subject to decay and disintegration.

The timeless attributeless selfless universal consciousness is untouched by decay and disintegration.

The existence and function of the body and mind is subject to growth, ceased growing, decaying, illness, injury, dysfunction, malfunction, aging, weakness, and ceased functioning and ceased existing.

The ONE same timeless attributeless all pervading selfless universal consciousness that pervades and exists in all and everyone and everything, regardless of whether in a young baby, or in a child, or in an adult, or in an old person, or in a selfish ignorant and cruel person, or in a noble wise and kind person, or in an insect, or in an animal, or in a plant, or in any thing, is the one same consciousness, that is attributeless and timeless (permanent/independent/unlimited/unconditional/non-changing/non-decay/indestructible) that doesn't increase nor decrease, that is neither young nor old, neither good nor bad, nether wise nor ignorant, neither kind nor unkind, neither a human being nor not a human being, neither a living being nor a non-living object.

Not to say, it is untouched by the selfless impermanent changes/decay/weakness/disease/injury/aging/living/ceased living/conscious/unconscious/sentient/non-sentient/all kinds of qualities/all kinds of names and forms that exist and happen in all and everyone and everything that are selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self.

It is the timeless selfless silent witness that is witnessing the knowledge and the knower of the knowledge.

The timeless selfless silent witness is neither the knowledge nor the knower of the knowledge.

The knowledge and the knower of the knowledge exist along one another, and they don't exist without one another.

Regardless of whether the existence or non-existence/ceased existence of the knowledge and the knower of the knowledge, the timeless selfless silent witness (the timeless selfless universal consciousness) exists as it is, before, during, and after the existence and ceased existence of all kinds of names and forms.

Contemplate upon this -

The selfless universal consciousness gives rise to a 'bridge' (conscious awareness) that connects the two sides of the river ('the perception of names and forms/the experiences/the knowledge' and 'the perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting mind/the experiencer/the knower'). Without any of the sides of the river, it is not a river, or there is no river (The mind perception of a world of selfless impermanent limited and conditional momentary existence of diverse names and forms).

There is needless of the existence of a 'bridge' that served as the connection between the two sides of a river, if they is no flowing water/liquid/mud (all kinds of selfless manifestations of names and forms that form 'The world'), if there are no two sides of a river (The perceiver and the perceived), or there is no river (The world of names and forms that is perceived by each individual mind that is existing and functioning under the presence of conscious awareness). The flowing water/liquid/mud, the two sides of the river, and the river, are co-existing and co-ceased existing all together, simultaneously.

The world only exists to the mind that are functioning under the presence of conscious awareness. The world doesn't exist to the mind that doesn't exist, or doesn't function as what it is under the presence of conscious awareness, to be consciously aware of 'The world'. For example, 'The world' doesn't exist to the mind that is in deep sleep or in deep coma, or to the mind that had ceased existing.

The selfless existence of a river that exists as what it is, that is being formed/manifested/shaped under the existence of the two sides of the river that are existing due to the intentionless continuous stream of flowing water/liquid/mud (manifested under the selfless support of the selfless energy and selfless elements) that flows under the intentionless effect of the gravity (the intentionless indiscriminate nature's law of cause and effect),

that gives rise to and influencing the directions/different branches/different shapes and sizes of natural lakes or ponds forming (the different conditions and situations of the world, or the different manifestations of the different existences and functions of names and forms under different qualities/conditions/situations, or the selfless impermanent changes in all kinds of names and forms, or the selfless conscious and unconscious evolution of the body and mind),

and the different intentional or unintentional interventions/obstacles (actions/causes and effects being generated under the influence of some conscious by choice actions/activities under certain conscious desires under the influence of certain constructive or destructive intention and correct or incorrect discrimination/understanding, as well as under the influence of unconscious autonomous instinctive activities/urges operating under the influence of the selfless intentionless survival instinct/genetic traits inheritance/autonomous bodily systems that impact the body and mind and the surrounding environment in certain way), that give rise to intentional and unintentional changes and impacts to the river, such as dam building, lakes or ponds formation, or flood, or landslide, and so on,

where all that exist along with the existence of one another simultaneously, and don't exist if without one another.

 

The selfless manifestation of a selfless impermanent limited and conditional world that consists of 'all kinds of names and forms' and 'the countless individual perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting minds', ceaselessly changing under the influence of all kinds of conscious and unconscious activities and selfless impermanent changes/evolution/decay and disintegration, that are happening/manifesting under the selfless support and influence of the selfless energy and the different selfless elements, where all that are non-self, that don't even belong to the names and forms, or the perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting minds, or the conscious and unconscious activities, or the selfless impermanent changes/evolution, or the selfless energy and the different selfless elements, themselves.

And, 

A container (the mind perception of a selfless impermanent limited and conditional worldly life existence) doesn't exist as what it is if without the formation of the body of a container (the selfless impermanent limited and conditional life existence and function of the body and mind) to be existing and functioning as what it is, to hold something inside it (the selfless mind perception of a momentary mortal worldly life existence perceiving and experiencing all kinds of names and forms or experiences).

The container doesn't exist or function as what it is, if there is nothing that can be hold by the existence and function of a container. The selfless formation/existence of a container and its selfless function is manifested under the selfless support of the selfless energy and the different selfless elements, and governed under the intentionless indiscriminate nature's law of cause and effect.

What and how the active user of the container (the perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting mind under the presence of conscious awareness) uses and maintains the container (the mind perception of a selfless impermanent limited and conditional momentary mortal worldly life existence and function of a body and mind under the presence of the selfless conscious awareness) and what type of contents (all kinds of physical/mental/emotional activities/experiences/actions/reactions via the organs of the senses (all kinds of inputs) and the organs of actions (all kinds of outputs) under what type of conscious and unconscious intention/desire and correct or incorrect discrimination/understanding, and the respective consequences of all that) that the user puts into the container under what type of intention and discrimination/understanding, either under the influence of conscious by choice desires/activities/actions/reactions generated by the selfless perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting mind under the presence of conscious awareness and under specific intention and discrimination/understanding, and/or under the influence of unconscious instinctive intentionless activities/urges/stimulus/responses operating under the influence of the selfless intentionless survival instinct/genetic traits inheritance/autonomous bodily systems, is nothing to do with the container, or the contents, or the nature's law of cause and effect, or the selfless energy and the different selfless elements that enabling the formation of the container and the contents to be manifested/formed as what they are under the nature's law of cause and effect.

The timeless attributeless selfless universal consciousness a.k.a. the timeless selfless silent witness, is untouched or unaffected by all that, the existence and non-existence/ceased existence of the perceiver and the perceived, the knower and the knowledge, the experiencer and the experience, birth (forming) and death (disintegration), good and bad, right and wrong, positive and negative, meaningful and meaningless, peaceful and peaceless, selfish and unselfish, wise and ignorant, kindness and cruelty, awake or asleep, conscious/semi-conscious or unconscious, and so on, as well as all kinds of cause and effect being generated ceaselessly and selfless impermanent ceaseless changes/evolution in between existence and ceased existence, regardless of whether under the influence of conscious by choice desire generated by the selfless perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting mind under the presence of conscious awareness under specific intention and discrimination, or under the influence of unconscious instinctive activities/urges/stimulus/responses operating under the influence of the selfless intentionless survival instinct/genetic traits inheritance/autonomous bodily systems.

The selfless universal consciousness is attributeless, nameless, formless, identity-less, beginningless, endless, changeless, timeless, thoughtless, actionless, maintenance-less, non-manifested, non-decay, or complete effortless, undetermined and uninfluenced by the presence and absence of the selfless energy and selfless elements, or the selfless manifestations/existence/impermanent changes/ceased existence of countless selfless names and forms under different qualities governed by the nature's law of cause and effect, devoid of impure egoistic restless mind stuff of perceiving/experiencing/thinking/discrimination/understanding/remembering/intention/identification/action/reaction, of all kinds of duality and separateness, of 'known' and 'unknown', of 'I'-ness and 'mine'-ness, of grasping, of desire/don't desire, of inevitable restlessness of ceaseless conscious and unconscious physical and mental activities/ceaseless maintenance/ceaseless effort for ceaseless maintenance until the end of existence.

And hence, the selfless universal consciousness is permanent, independent, unlimited, and unconditional (infinity), that is neither self (oneself and that belong to oneself) nor non-self (not oneself and that doesn't belong to oneself).

Meanwhile, the selfless mind stuff, or the different impermanent conditions/states/modifications/functions/mechanisms/bodily systems of the many different individual mortal bodies and minds, are being limited and conditioned by the impermanent, limited, and conditional attributes/conditions/limitations under different names and forms, the ceaseless selfless impermanent changes or the inevitable natural process of decay and disintegration, that have a limited duration of existence and function, of limited and conditional physical and mental activities (perishable/destructible/limited/conditional/impermanent/finite), that require ceaseless maintenance, that inevitably dependent on the availability of the selfless support of the selfless energy and different selfless elements for coming into existence and function (formation), for powering the ceaseless conscious and unconscious physical and mental activities, or the ceaseless maintenance for maintaining the limited duration of the momentary existence and function and changes/growth/ceased growing/decay/disintegration of the mortal body and mind.

And hence, the many different individual selfless mortal bodies and minds are non-independent, impermanent, limited, and conditional, that are non-self, where the selfless impermanent limited and conditional existence and function and changes/decay/disintegration of the bodies and minds don't even belong to the bodies and minds themselves.

The direct self realization towards Selflessness and Non-self deriving from performing self-introspection to be investigating towards 'What is going on in the thinking faculty of the physical body', and performing self-inquiry to be inquiring towards the truth of all and everything that the mind comes in contact with under an open mind and non-grasping, will enable the mind to know and understand towards the truth of "What is the 'I' that the mind perceives, identifies, acknowledges, and remembers as itself?", or 'the mind stuff', or 'the modification of the mind', or 'the mind perception of a momentary worldly mortal life existence', or 'the perishable impermanent limited conditional momentary mortal existence of all kinds of diverse names and forms', or 'the ignorance', or 'the evitable and inevitable suffering', or 'cause and effect', or 'the veil of ignorance', or 'the ego and egoism', or 'the impurities', or 'the restlessness', or 'the different states of mind', or 'the ceaseless births and deaths/reincarnation', or 'the mind conditional and habitual thinking behavior pattern', or 'the universal consciousness', or 'conscious mind awareness', or 'the different states of conscious awareness', or 'time, space, and causation', or 'existence in NOW', or 'neither past nor future', or 'conscious mind evolution', or 'liberation', or 'freedom', or 'silence', or 'transcend', or 'unconditional peace', or 'fearlessness', or 'timelessness', or 'non-duality', or 'oneness', or 'non-separateness', or 'non-violence', or 'all kinds of myths and story telling', or 'all kinds of selfishness and possessiveness', or 'the intentionless survival instinct', or 'the many different ideas, beliefs, values, desires, aspirations, behaviors, and practices' in this world of names and forms that are subject to Selflessness, Impermanence, Limitation, Conditional, and Non-self.

Do not blind-believe, blind-follow, blind-agree/disagree, blind-practice, or blind-propagate anything from anyone, including all kinds of yoga and/or buddhism teachings from anyone and anywhere, including all that is here.

Inquire the truth of everything.

Purify. Meditate. Inquire. Realize.

Attain direct self realization towards the truth of everything.

The different stages of open mind

One of the important key words in the teachings and practice of yoga and/or buddhism, is open mind.

There are some misunderstanding in certain minds towards open mind, that give rise to aversion, or rejection, or fear towards open mind, especially in the prideful egoistic impure restless minds that have certain individual and/or community agenda/aspiration to be manipulating and controlling the others or the members of the community to think, believe, reason, understand, evaluate, desire, behave, act, and react in certain way or not in certain way, in accordance to their particular likes and dislikes, desires and don't desires, agreements and disagreements. Because the mind that is opened, that is mentally and emotionally independent, cannot be influenced or manipulated by anyone or anything.

To know what is open mind, one can inquire towards what is closed-mindedness.

The minds that are closed-minded, they are unwittingly being conditioned and over-powered by the selfless survival instinct that exists in all living organisms for basic life maintenance, as well as being manipulated and conditioned by their elders/parents/guardians/teachers/leaders/members of their particular community to think and believe that their particular personal and/or community thinking, belief, reasoning, understanding, values, practices, and the desires or don't desires, likes and dislikes, agreements and disagreements (based on their particular belief, values, and practices that are being generated under the influence of survival instinct on top of the influence of ignorance) are somehow more authentic, good, right, pure, superior, or true than all the other types of personal and/or community thinking, beliefs, reasoning, understanding, values, practices, and the desires or don't desires, likes and dislikes, agreements and disagreements that are different from theirs, that are contradicting with theirs, that appear to be intimidating towards their particular belief, values, practices, desires, visions, and aspirations, where they have the ambitious vision or aspiration to conquer the world and build a world that they prefer based on their particular personal and/or community thinking, beliefs, reasoning, understanding, values, and practices.

They strongly think and believe that the world, or the surrounding living environment, or the land and space with all kinds of natural resources for life maintenance, where they and their ancestors were born, where they live on, or occupy, or claimed ownership and possession, is something that rightfully/automatically/naturally belonged to them, that is theirs, personally and/or communally (only limited to their particular family/community). And if there are some other land and space that they haven't claimed ownership or possession, authorization, control, and occupation yet, they will want to invade, conquer, occupy, and claim ownership or possession, to take authorization and control over those land and space that come with the natural resources that don't belong to anyone or anything.

Meanwhile, these minds will be determined, or disturbed, or offended, or intimidated by what the mind doesn't like, doesn't agree with, and doesn't desire, that they think and believe, or judge and recognize as opposing, or disrespectful, or offensive, or intimidating towards their particular personal and/or community thinking, belief, reasoning, understanding, values, and practices, that are intimidating and hindering their ambitious vision and aspiration for conquering the world and building a world that they prefer under their particular personal and/or community desires and don't desires.

People, or the minds of human beings, would like to think and believe that, (or even, some of the biologists say,) "This human's selfish and possessive behavior pattern is conditioned by the internal genetic traits (genes) inheritance and survival instinct governed by glands and hormones under the nature's law of cause and effect, that all human beings and some other living organisms are genetically being engineered to behave in certain way and not in certain way, and there is no freewill to be liberated from all that. Even if there is evolution or changes towards better or worst, it is also evolving under the effect of the pre-existing cause/genes from birth. If people think and behave in certain way and not in certain way, whether they are wise or ignorant, selfish or unselfish, peaceful or peaceless, kind or unkind, what they like and don't like, what they desire and don't desire, whether they will be successful or failed in everything, healthy or unhealthy, long-lived or short-lived, determined or non-determined, resilient or non-resilient, good or evil, greedy or not greedy, hurtful or not hurtful, and etc, it is because they were born/destined/conditioned to be in such way."

Because the passionate impure egoistic restless prideful minds would like to be able to justify and prove that, it is not their responsibility towards all their thinking, desires, and actions, as well as the consequences of all their thinking, desires, and actions. That they have no freewill at all, but all their thinking, desires, and actions that are being generated either consciously or unconsciously, are all being conditioned and influenced by the underlying subconscious/unconscious survival instinct, or urge, or cause/genes/glands/hormones/energy/elements. That there is no conscious freewill of conscious choice making to choose, to over-come, to transcend, to think or don't think, to understand or don't understand, to feel or don't feel, to desire or don't desire, to improve or don't improve, to behave, act, and react in certain way or not in certain way. And even if there is limited conscious choice making, thinking, desire, and action, it can never over-ride the underlying genetic traits inheritance and survival instinct.

That is their freedom of thinking and understanding.

The minds that know Thyself, will also know and understand that, "Even the underlying genetic traits inheritance and survival instinct is also selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self. Human's way of thinking/desiring/behavior/action/reaction, or the modification/state of the mind, is merely the indication/reflection of whether the minds are functioning under the influence of ignorance, a.k.a. the idea of 'I', egoism, impurities, and restlessness, that can be annihilated/transcended through certain self-initiated, non-violent, genuine, persevered, and determined observations and practices, under intense yearning towards knowledge, liberation, freedom, and peace, initiated by the coming in contact with the truth of selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self that exists in all and everyone and everything and everywhere, where the modification/state of mind is occupied by disturbance, dissatisfaction, restlessness, impurities, painful sorrow, and suffering upon coming in contact with the truth of selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self under the influence of the veil of ignorance, but the annihilation of ignorance upon the direct self realization towards the truth of selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self will liberate the modification/state of mind from disturbance, dissatisfaction, restlessness, impurities, painful sorrow, and suffering.

Under a disturbed, churning, restless, impure, egoistic, and suffering modification/state of mind, the mind would think, desire, behave, act, and react in the way that hurt itself and others and the surrounding environment. While under the undisturbed, calm, quiet, pure, ego-less, and peaceful modification/state of mind, the mind doesn't think, desire, behave, act, or react in the way that hurt itself and others and the surrounding environment."

The state of mind is selfless, impermanent, limited, and conditional, where it can be influenced by the selfless thinking and acting faculty under the conscious mind awareness being aware of the states of the mind, to be performing certain action or inaction that can be influencing the state of the mind, to eradicate the veil of ignorance, a.k.a. restlessness, impurities, egoism, and the idea of 'I', and upon the annihilation of the veil of ignorance, the selfless mind can know Thyself, of the selfless mind stuff, or the impermanent modification/state of mind, or the selfless functions/mechanisms of the perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty, the selfless universal consciousness that gives rise to the conscious mind awareness to be aware of its internal selfless existence and function and the external surrounding environment, and all kinds of selfless names and forms that the selfless mind perceives through the selfless senses, as it is. 

While yes. If you are being conceived and born under specific parental inheritance of specific characteristics/qualities/names and forms, and physical/mental/emotional health condition/limitation being conditioned and limited by internal genetic traits inheritance by birth that are fixed, that is what you are, that you cannot change or modify, even if there is the conscious freewill.

But nope. Your 'conditional habitual' way of thinking, belief and disbelief, values, practices, reasoning, understanding, learning, doubting, investigating, inquiring, intentions, and aspirations that are influencing your thinking, desires, behaviors, actions, and reactions are mostly being conditioned and influenced by the external influential conditions/situations/experiences/affairs/relationships/interactions/activities/food consumption after birth that are not fixed, that you can choose what type of condition, situation, experience, affair, relationship, friendship, interaction, activity, or food consumption that you want to be engaging with, or not.

You can over-ride or transcend the underlying survival instinct and the genetic traits inheritance that is what it is, that you can't change, and not being determined by all that internally of all kinds of characteristics/traits/qualities and physical/mental/emotional conditions and limitations under certain names and forms that are fixed, not to say, you can transcend and not being determined by all your external experiences/affairs/relationships/interactions/activities under any kind of surrounding environment, condition, or situation, that are pleasant or unpleasant, agreeable or disagreeable, desirable or undesirable, enjoyable or non-enjoyable/painful, physically/mentally/emotionally.

Because all that are selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self.

All the thoughts, feelings, emotions, that are coming and going in the modification of the mind either being generated consciously or unconsciously, are not you, they are not part of you, and they don't belong to you, and vice versa.

You don't have to live, think, believe, reason, understand, desire, behave, act, or react like your ancestors, your parents, your siblings, your family, your community, your friends, your favourite idols, your highly respected leaders and teachers, your highly admired influencers, or anyone.

You don't have to fit in, or be qualified to fit in, or to please anyone, and you don't need to be receiving attention, acknowledgement, recognition, approval, agreement, acceptance, understanding, friendship, love, liking, mental/emotional support, encouragement, companionship, admiration, praise and compliment, from anyone, not even from yourself, or your own immediate family/parents/siblings, not to say, all the others or the leader and members of the particular community, to be what you are, and you don't even need to have, not to say, to develop and empower the sense of self-esteem and self-worth, pride, confidence, goodness, righteousness, positiveness, joyfulness, deserving, accomplishment, or meaningfulness deriving from the achievement, attachment, identification, or possession towards certain qualities of names and forms, if you know Thyself, if there is mental and emotional independence. Although you can be kind*, friendly*, helpful, and understanding towards all and everyone unconditionally and indiscriminately, without the idea of 'I' and egoism, because you understand (that many other minds might not understand what you understand, and it's okay).

*Friendliness and kindness towards all and everyone without discrimination unconditionally regardless of agreeable or disagreeable, is not about building and accumulating passionate personal interactive friendship or intimate relationship with all and everyone, particularly those who are like-minded and agreeable to meet up and get together from time to time to interact, chit-chat, gossip, exchange information, or enjoy life/spend time doing certain activities together.

Being what you are as you are, that you don't need to become or pretend to be the same like all the others, that you don't need to fit in, or even, distancing/retreating yourself from the worldly minded egoistic society to be looking after your own well-being, it doesn't mean that you are deliberately making yourself to be distinctive and separated from all and everyone, but in contrary, you understand that beyond all the differences in all and everyone for being what all and everyone are, being uniquely different from one another, it is the one same universal essence/nature/truth in all and everyone and everything - Selfless, Impermanent, Limited, Conditional, and Non-self. That allows you to be able to respect all the differences in all and everyone and everything, as they are, unconditionally and indiscriminately, and it is okay that all are imperfect, limited, and impermanent.

It is only the minds that haven't attain direct self realization towards selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self, will think and believe that there is no conscious freewill/awareness/understanding in the selfless mind, that is also selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self, to have conscious choice making that can activate the conscious mind evolution to transcend all that selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self restless impure egoistic mind stuff that is merely existing and functioning being part of the selfless impermanent limited and conditional existence and function of the mortal physical body that is non-self, that doesn't even belong to the body and mind itself, not to say, none and nothing belongs to anyone or anything.

Only the prideful mad minds functioning under the influence of ignorance would think and believe that they own and possess all and everyone and everything, either by education/temptation/manipulation or by force/violence/bully/threat/intimidation, under their boundless and endless greedy ambitious desires and aspirations.

No doubt that all and everyone are having their own particular not by choice underlying genetic traits inheritance and physical/mental/emotional condition and limitation that are fixed, that cannot be changed, even if all and everyone have the conscious freewill towards many other things that are not fixed. There is nothing bad or wrong with that, and it doesn't need to be changed into something else that it is not, at all.

The momentary mortal existence and the different functions/mechanisms of the body and mind (and all and everything) is selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self, that is the truth of everything, that is permanent, that cannot be changed, and it doesn't need to be changed to become something else that is NOT what it is, that is NOT selfless, NOT impermanent, NOT limited, NOT conditional, and NOT non-self.

The truth of selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self, appears to be something unpleasant, undesirable, disagreeable, and painful to the minds that are functioning under the veil of ignorance, that haven't attain direct self realization towards all THAT.

The truth of selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self, is just what it is, neither liberating nor binding, but the direct self realization towards all THAT is absolutely liberating to the minds upon the direct self realization towards all THAT, where the liberation is not about be free from the truth of selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self, but it is about the liberation from ignorance, and the by-products or consequences of ignorance, of all kinds of suffering, restlessness, impurities, egoism, and the idea of 'I'.

This liberation is available to all minds effortlessly*, and most importantly, without force, or violence, or threat, or judgment, or punishment. And the presence of force, or violence, or threat, or manipulation, or story telling, or hypocrisy, or judgment, or punishment, is the greatest hindrance towards the realization of this liberation.

*Effortlessly - Holding on vs Letting go, Grasping vs Non-grasping

Holding on or grasping requires effort and continuous effort to keep holding on and grasping.

Letting go or non-grasping doesn't require effort, and hence, it is effortless, or natural.

 

It is only the minds that are still functioning under the influence of ignorance, that are being conditioned by all kinds of worldly egoistic impure cultural/spiritual/religious/political/commercial ideas, beliefs, values, and practices, that strongly think and believe that they have an immortal permanent independent infinite individual self existence or identity, that have the ambitious desire, or aspiration, or wishful thinking to defy/deny/modify/change/be liberated from/transform what they are, to become something else that they are not, to be liberated from selflessness, impermanence, limitation, conditional, and non-self, to become or transform into something else that has an infinite immortal individual existence/identity that is non-selfless, non-impermanent, non-limited, non-conditional, and non-non-self.

Under the influence of such intentional ignorance on top of the influence of the selfless intentionless survival instinct, these minds, individually and/or communally, regardless of whether they are from which particular family/community or parental lineage genetic traits inheritance, they all have the similar desire or aspiration to interfere, to conquer, to convert, to change, to educate, to manipulate, to threaten, or to control all the others to live life, to think, to believe/disbelieve, to desire, to aspire, to evaluate, to behave, to act, and to react in certain way and not in certain way, to build a world or community (that begins in the personal relationship/family ties and connections) that is in accordance to their particular vision or ambition under their particular desire and don't desire.

That is what has been happening in the world of human beings, the existence of all kinds of selfishness, possessiveness, greed, hoarding, exploitation, cruelty, hatred, jealousy, discrimination, separation, defensiveness, offensiveness, pride and shame, superiority and inferiority, hypocrisy, story telling, manipulation, intimidation, bullying, oppression, occupation, aggression, fighting, killing, hurtful destructive ideas and behaviors, unrest, or violence, that exists within one's mind, among different individual minds, among different communities, that impact all and everyone and everything in this world of diversity that doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

The world of human beings doesn't have to be like that, at all.

 

How you (the selfless impermanent limited and conditional momentary perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty) react and feel towards all that (that is fixed, that you can't change), or deal with all that, or live with all that, as well as what you can learn (know and understand) and do (act) about many other things that are not fixed, that are conditional and impermanent, that are possible to be strengthened or weakened within your limited physical/mental/emotional ability, is at your own conscious choice making in NOW upon the presence or absence of certain conscious perception, experience, knowledge, and understanding, and under certain conducive/easy or detrimental/challenging condition and situation in NOW.

Knowledge and understanding are not fixed. One can be constantly learning, inquiring, accumulating, and improving one's knowledge and understanding, if one desires and has the opportunity to do so. None and nothing can stop you from ceaselessly learning, inquiring, knowing, and understanding, unless the selfless body and mind ceased functioning and ceased existing, or there is some damage/injury/dysfunction/malfunction/deformity in the selfless functions/mechanisms of the body and mind.

The thinking, the emotions, the desires, the behaviors, the actions, and the reactions are very much being influenced by the existing knowledge and understanding in the mind, under the presence of conscious mind awareness, under the presence or absence of grasping or non-grasping. And hence, there is conscious freewill towards all that, towards choosing what one thinks and desires, and how one feels, behaves, acts, and reacts, either constructively or destructively, unselfishly or selfishly, wisely or ignorantly, to hold on or to let go.

Genetically/physically/mentally/emotionally, we all are uniquely different from one another. Our physical/mental/emotional characteristics, condition, limitation, ability, and disability are different from one another. But, beyond the differences under the many different genetic traits inheritance, we all are the same - Selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self. All sentient and non-sentient living organisms and all non-living objects are the same - Selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self.

Unless the body and mind is completely functioning unconsciously under the instinctive autonomous function of the bodily systems under the availability of the selfless support of the selfless energy and selfless elements for life maintenance, but without any conscious awareness or response towards one's own existence/function/modification and the surrounding environment, that one doesn't even have the basic function to perceive, or understand, or recognize what is this or what is that, if it is not like that, then, you have the conscious freewill/awareness/basic understanding during the state of conscious wakefulness and semi-conscious/semi-awake/semi-sleep/dream state, to choose what you desire or don't desire, and how you want to think, feel, behave, act, and react towards all and everything that you perceive and experience, internally upon the selfless impermanent changes that are happening ceaselessly within the body and mind, and externally upon coming in contact with the objects of the senses, even if your existence and function are selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, non-self, and only existing and functioning momentary for a short duration.

Not all minds, but there are some minds can be aware of, or know that there is dreaming during the sleep state, they know that whatever they perceive during the sleep state is just dreaming, that it is not real, and they can remember all or some of the contents of the dreams, they can even control the dreams/pause the dreams/continue the dreams/replay the same dreams/change the contents of the dreams, and wake themselves up during sleep state or dreaming, or even, from the deep sleep state. These minds are also having high degrees of creativity/imagination/visualization/image memory, that is not necessarily beneficial to oneself and the world, if the minds are still functioning under the influence of ignorance.

If these minds can have certain degrees of self control or conscious freewill during sleep/dream state, not to say, of course they have high degrees of self-control or conscious freewill during the state of wakefulness, even though all states (conscious/semi-conscious/unconscious) are selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self, and there is no grasping, or attachment, or identification being generated towards all states, including the state of changeless timeless attributeless thoughtless actionless Turiya/Atman, or the selfless silent witness of all states, beyond the impermanent states of conscious wakefulness/semi-conscious sleep or dreaming/unconscious deep sleep or coma, of ceaseless conscious/semi-conscious/unconscious physical and mental activities happening and changing under the selfless support of the selfless energy and selfless elements for life maintenance.

This precious conscious mind awareness of self-awareness and self-control can be developed and enhanced via the regular practice of concentration and meditation and silence, that is beneficial for conscious mind evolution to know Thyself.

That is why it is so important for having doubt, open mind, and self-inquiry to be inquiring towards the truth of all and everything, regardless of all kinds of information/knowledge that are coming from anyone or anywhere, including all the teachings of yoga and/or buddhism that are existing under many different names and forms coming from everyone and everywhere.

An open mind, is a mind that is devoid of grasping and identification.

There are different stages of open mind. Just like there are different degrees or stages of partial/incomplete understanding that lead towards complete/absolute understanding under the different degrees of calmness and clarity.

The beginning stage of open mind, is about the mind is consciously aware of and understand that there are many different types of living organisms/non-living objects/people/communities in this world sharing the surrounding living environment that comes with the intentionless indiscriminate natural resources for life maintenance, that don't belong to anyone or anything, where there are many different types of personal and/or community thinking, beliefs, reasoning, understanding, values, practices, as well as different types of desires and don't desires, likes and dislikes, agreements and disagreements existing in the world of many diversities, and it is inevitable and essential to be respecting and non-interfering towards one another among the many diversities individually and/or communally for being different from one another, to be maintaining peace and harmony (the essential inevitable elements for a conducive living environment for maximal survival/wholesomeness and/or minimal unnecessary evitable destruction/difficulty) among the many diversities.

Although the mind might still be conditioned by its own personal and/or community thinking, belief, reasoning, understanding, values, practices, as well as the specific desires and don't desires, likes and dislikes, agreements and disagreements, where the mind would be determined, or disturbed, or offended, or intimidated by what the mind doesn't like, doesn't agree with, and doesn't desire based on its particular way of thinking, belief, reasoning, understanding, values, and practices.

 

Then, even though the mind might still be having particular personal and community likes and dislikes, agreements and disagreements, and desires and don't desires, based on the particular type of thinking, belief, reasoning, understanding, values, and practices, to live life, think, reason, understand, evaluate, desire, aspire, behave, act, and react in certain way, however, the mind is less and less, and/or not being determined, or disturbed, or offended, or intimidated by what the mind doesn't like, doesn't agree with, and doesn't desire, because it starts to understand that all and everyone have the freedom to be what they are and what they are not, being different from oneself and/or one's particular community. It starts to respect all and everyone as they are, to be different from one another. Not trying to interfere, or convert, or change, or control the others to be or not to be in certain way, in accordance to one's personal and community likes and dislikes, agreements and disagreements, desires and don't desires.

Then, it is about the absence of blind-believe, blind-follow, blind-practice, blind-agree/disagree, and blind-propagate towards anything, as well as the presence of intense yearning towards absolute knowledge, correct understanding, liberation from ignorance, freedom of existence, and unconditional peace, to be performing self-inquiry or self-investigation to be inquiring/investigating towards the truth of all and everything in oneself, towards all the likes and dislikes, agreements and disagreements, desires and don't desires in one's mind, including the particular existing way of thinking, belief, reasoning, understanding, aspirations, values, and practices, that are influencing the thinking, feeling, behavior, action, and reaction in one's mind and/or one's particular family/community.

The mind begins to doubt and realize that the particular existing personal and/or community way of thinking, belief, reasoning, understanding, aspirations, values, and practices, that give rise to personal and/or community vision or aspiration to conquer the world (interfere, convert, change, and control the others), and to build a desirable world or community based on that particular personal and/or community desire and don't desire, in itself, are not necessarily (completely) true and beneficial to oneself individually, one's community, and all the other different individuals and communities in the world of many diversities, but that 'urge'/'desire'/'aspiration'/'ambition'/'action' to conquer/interfere/covert/control others, is actually hurting and destroying all and everything, impacting its own momentary selfless impermanent limited and conditional mortal existence that is non-self, that doesn't even belong to itself, that inevitably depends on the availability of a conducive living environment under the selfless existence and function of all and everyone and everything that work together selflessly and indiscriminately (the selfless power of compassion) that enables all and everyone and everything being what they are, as they are.

Just like within the selfless physical structure where the perceptive cognitive intellectual emotional thinking and acting faculty under the presence and/or absence of conscious awareness, is merely part of the functions/mechanisms of the selfless physical structure, that depends on the selfless support of the selfless energy and the many different selfless elements/functions/mechanisms/systems/components/organs/glands/hormones/cells/atoms/neutrons/protons/neurons that all work together selflessly and indiscriminately that enabling the selfless body to be existing and functioning as what it is, momentarily, selflessly, impermanently, limitedly, and conditionally, that is non-self, that doesn't even belong to the body itself, not to say, it doesn't belong to anyone or anything.

The presence of breakdown/malfunction/dysfunction/corruption/to be fighting or interfering against one another in any particular element/function/mechanism/system/component/organ/gland/hormone/cell/atom/neutron/proton/neuron is impacting and detrimental to the selfless existence and function of the selfless physical structure.

One who hurts others and the surrounding environment, is actually hurting oneself. 

 

Then, it is about activating the conscious mind purification and silencing process of freeing the selfless modifications/functions/mechanisms of the mind from ignorance, restlessness, or impurities, by letting go the idea of 'I' and egoism of attachment, identification, craving, aversion, comparison, judgment, and expectation, that leads the selfless thinking and acting faculty under the presence of conscious awareness towards transcending or not being determined and influenced by the existing particular personal and community's habitual mind thinking and behavior pattern being conditioned by the internal parental family lineage genetic traits inheritance and survival instinct by birth, the selfless impermanent desirable or undesirable changes in the body and mind, the different impermanent modifications/states of mind, the ongoing external surrounding parental/family/community/school/work/social network/political/spiritual/religious/cultural/commercial conditioning and influential influences, the instinctive unconscious random autonomous desires/urges, and the conscious by choice built up/accumulated habitual likes and dislikes, agreements and disagreements, and desires and don't desires, based on the particular type of personal and/or family/community/political/spiritual/religious/cultural/commercial thinking, beliefs, reasoning, understanding, aspirations, values, and practices in oneself and/or in one's particular family/community, a little by a little, step by step, stage by stage, without rushing, forcing, or violence, without grasping, association, attachment, identification, craving, aversion, comparison, judgment, or expectation.

In this stage, the observation of renunciation and dispassion, solitude and seclusion, and the practice of silence, for a prolonged extended duration, is highly important and effective and helpful.

 

Then, it is about the presence of mental and emotional independence, or the liberation from the influence of ignorance and its by-products or the restless impure egoistic mind stuff, where the selfless mind effortlessly respecting the nature's law of cause and effect, accepting the body and mind being what it is, inevitably having certain parental lineage genetic traits inheritance and physical/mental/emotional conditions and limitations that cannot be changed or modified, under the momentary existence and function of a mortal body and mind that is selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional, and non-self, that requires ceaseless effort for ceaseless maintenance, that is subject to hunger and thirst, that is subject to aging, weakness, stiffness, injury, and illness, that is subject to fragility and mortality, that is subject to decay and disintegration, or ceased function and ceased existence, as well as, respecting and allowing all the others/living organisms/non-living objects/nature/the world of many diversities/selfless impermanent changes to be what they are, as they are, while not being determined, or disturbed, or offended, or intimidated by all and everyone and everything being what they are, that are not necessarily pleasant, or agreeable, or desirable, or beneficial, that might be unpleasant, or disagreeable, or undesirable, or hurtful.

Respecting the perceived reality (internally and externally) in the present moment now as it is, and it is impermanent, while not being determined or disturbed by all that, devoid of grasping, attachment, identification, craving, aversion, comparison, judgment, or expectation.

The personal and/or community ambitious vision or aspiration to build a desirable world or community based on that particular personal and/or community desire and don't desire disappears from one's mind.

The mind stops hurting itself and others and the surrounding environment.

The mind fully understands that the world of many diversities, or the surrounding living environment, or the land and space with the natural resources for life maintenance, as well as all and everyone and everything, doesn't belong to anyone or anything, not to say, it doesn't belong to itself and/or its particular family/community, even if they have been born and living on that land and space for a prolonged duration, or they have been discovering, occupying, and claiming ownership/possession towards any particular land and space earlier than many others who came later.

The open mind is not being determined, or disturbed, or offended, or intimidated by what the mind perceives/recognizes as the absence of pleasant, agreeable, desirable, or enjoyable experiences/names and forms/interactions/activities/relationships/conditions/opportunities, or the presence of painful inevitable and evitable experiences/situations/conditions/limitations/difficulties/suffering and all kinds of ignorance, hurtful behaviors, and ill treatments deriving from the many minds that are functioning under the influence of ignorance.

The mind understands that there are inevitable painful or unpleasant conditions/limitations/difficulties/suffering just by being existing and functioning as what it is, selflessly, impermanently, limitedly, conditionally, and momentarily, and there are many unnecessary evitable unpleasant/disagreeable/undesirable/painful experiences/situations/affairs/relationships/interactions/conditions/limitations/difficulties/suffering, under the presence of all kinds of ignorant egoistic impure selfish thinking/ideas/beliefs/reasoning/understanding/desires/aspirations/values/practices in the many different individuals and communities, that give rise to all kinds of incorrect thinking, hurtful behaviors/actions/reactions, defensiveness, offensiveness, selfishness, possessiveness, discontentment, greed, admiration, jealousy, fear, pride and shame, superiority and inferiority, deserving and non-deserving, low and high self-esteem/self-worth, sense of meaningfulness and meaninglessness/goodness and badness/righteousness and wrongfulness/positiveness and negativeness, discrimination, separateness, unjust, prejudice, hatred, corruptions, exploitation, desperation, cruelty, violence, conflicts, and ill treatments deriving from the minds functioning under the influence of ignorance, existing in the world of many diversities that doesn't belong to anyone or anything, impacting and hurting all and everyone and everything in certain way.

Above all that, there are also many constructive wholesome beneficial ideas/actions/activities in the world deriving from the selfless minds that are functioning under the absence of ignorance and its by-products.

The mind understands that all those unpleasant/undesirable/disagreeable/painful/difficult evitable affairs/activities/conditions/situations deriving from the minds that are functioning under the influence of ignorance and the by-products of ignorance, are all merely because of the presence of ignorance and the by-products or side-effects of ignorance, that is not what they are, that is not part of them, and that doesn't belong to them, that can be eliminated (only) by themselves, willingly and wittingly (consciously) out of their own self initiation and self effort.

Just like the selfless natural disasters being what they are, that inevitably cause certain types and certain degrees of damages or destructions unto lives and objects and nature or the surrounding environment.

Just like there are minds/people that are suffering from certain form of insanity due to certain malfunctioning, or dysfunction, or deformity, or damage of the brains/glands/hormones/nerves/systems by birth or developed/encountering some time later in life, where they have very little or no conscious mind awareness, or self-control, or conscious freewill over their own modification of the mind and behavior, that might or might not cause random damages or destructions unto themselves, and/or others and the surrounding environment.

Just like all kinds of obstacles/dangers/risks/natural or man made disasters being there as they are. One can only try to avoid or move around the obstacles/dangers/risks/natural or man made disasters, as much as possible, to minimize unnecessary evitable direct or indirect coming in contact with the potential effects/damages/destructions that come along with the obstacles/dangers/risks/natural or man made disasters being what they are, as they are.

The mind that understands all that, it understands that it doesn't need to be 'determined by', or 'disturbed by', or 'suffer' for the 'ignorance' and the 'effects/consequences of ignorance' deriving from the minds that are functioning under the influence of ignorance.

It allows all the other minds to take their own pace under their own cause, to evolve as they are, to inquire and realize towards the truth of all that, or not.

Unless there is serious deformity/dysfunction/damage/illness/injury in the body and mind that there is absolutely no conscious mind awareness/freewill/self-control to be aware of its own internal modification/function and the external surrounding environment, all selfless minds under the presence of selfless conscious awareness can be free from the influence of ignorance, however, it has to come from the mind itself to be aware of the presence of ignorance/impurities/hurtful thinking, intention, desire, behavior, action, and reaction in itself, to have the self-initiation to help itself to be free from the influence of ignorance, to annihilate restlessness, impurities, the idea of 'I', and egoism all by itself under right effort, right attentiveness, right attitude, perseverance, and determination, to inquire the truth of everything, to attain direct self realization towards the truth of everything - Selflessness, Impermanence, Limitation, Conditional, and Non-self, to be resting in unconditional peace, to have clarity of thinking and correct understanding, to stop hurting itself and others and the surrounding environment during its momentary selfless impermanent limited and conditional existence and function in the world of many diversities, where all and everyone and everything don't belong to anyone or anything.

Do not blind-believe, blind-follow, blind-practice, blind agree/disagree, or blind propagate anything from anyone, including all that is here. 

Inquire the truth of everything.

It is absolutely possible to be free from ignorance.

You can attain direct self realization towards all these.

There is nothing spiritual, religious, mystical, supernatural, or unreachable in the path of yoga and/or buddhism, or meditation. It is pure solid knowledge and understanding that unveil the unconditional peace in the mind, in NOW, even if all and everyone and everything are existing and functioning momentarily, selfless, impermanent, limited, conditional and non-self.
