The initiation towards learning and practicing yoga

If the selfless thinking mind is resting in unconditional peace, being undisturbed or undetermined by the presence and absence of all kinds of pleasant and unpleasant, agreeable and disagreeable, desirable and undesirable experiences, conditions, situations, ties and connections, relationships, interactions and affairs in one's life and in the world, or the selfless impermanent modification of the mind, as it knows what is non-attachment and non-identification, non-craving and non-aversion, non-judgment and non-expectation, or it is void of egoism, then this mind doesn't need to learn or practice yoga at all. Although there's no harm to be looking after the physical and mental health and fitness condition, to enjoy a higher quality of life, by performing certain kind of physical or mental activity, exercise or training regularly in moderation, without pushing the body and mind beyond its limitation, that helps to be maintaining up to certain degrees of good health and fitness level, that is subject to selfless impermanent changes, without egoism of attachment and identification, craving and aversion, judgment and expectation towards the selfless impermanent physical condition and the states of the mind has to be or not to be in certain way.

If the selfless thinking mind thinks and feels that itself is being disturbed, offended or hurt by something, where it is in a disturbed unpleasant discomfortable states of mind, occupying by doubt, confusion, disturbance, dissatisfaction, disappointment, hurt, grief, sorrow, fear, worry, hostility, offensiveness, defensiveness, unhappiness, meaninglessness, low self-esteem, low self-worth, pride, shame, guilt, regret, agitation, violence, anger, hatred, resentment, vengeance, jealousy, unrest, suffering, and etc, without knowing how to not attaching and not identifying towards what the mind thinks and believes is disturbing or hurting it, or towards the selfless impermanent modification of the mind, and it wants to do something to be free from such disturbed suffering states of mind, and somehow, it has the opportunity to come in contact with the teachings and practice of yoga and/or buddhism, and hence, ignited the desire to be learning and practicing yoga and/or buddhism, to see if that can help the mind to be free from the disturbed suffering states of mind.
