Fully engage our body and mind with the cultivation for peace and compassion. There's no time and space to entertain nor be interested in anger, hatred, hurts, guilt, regrets, sadness, disappointment, dissatisfaction, jealousy, ill-will, ill-thinking, fear, worry, bitterness, resentment, grumble, fault finding, criticism or condemn, as every moment and all the space is fully occupied by peace and loving kindness.
