If our mind can be in peace and remain equanimous, under any conditions and situations, especially when we lost what we
like and want, or when we don't get what we like and want, or when we
are getting what we don't like and don't want, and we are still be able to be kind and compassionate towards ourselves and other beings without discrimination towards different qualities of names and forms, including those whom we think are 'bad' and 'wrong', or those who are unkind to us whether intentionally or unintentionally, is yoga.
